Incoming releasePlatform

Coming in the next platform release

These changes are finished and in final testing. They become available with the next production release, and details can still change before then.

v0.3.234

Proof of Delivery, tracking links, invoice payment links and driver settlements

The next production release adds Proof of Delivery PDFs, tracking links with a map that your customers can open without logging in, automatic customer emails with each order's tracking link and for driver arrivals and departures, and a Payouts page for settling driver and carrier pay. Dispatchers get an Hours of Service board, a driver Issues page, past days' routes and each route's trip history on the Dispatch board, clearer stop limits, and printing of BOLs and labels for many orders at once from the Orders list. Billing teams get built-in reports, card payment links for invoices, invoice PDFs with separate item and charge totals, and a warning when a charge still needs an amount. Companies can also connect their own TollGuru account, create API tokens and choose how long driver data is kept, and emails now carry your logo, accent colour and contact details, with an editor for each template. Dispatchers can also plan on a new Driver Board, filter the board by route status or a date range, and ask the AI assistant which route should take an unassigned stop. This update also adds a QuickBooks-style invoice editor in the New UI, an Invoice include Transfer setting, @mentions in driver chats and a One Full Load per order setting, and each invoice paid by a bulk payment now shows only its own share of the payment.

  • Orders & quotes

Send customers a proof of delivery PDF from an order or delivery stop

Open Proof of Delivery from a booked order's actions menu or a delivery stop's menu on the dispatch board to print, download or email a PDF with arrival and departure times, driver, truck, delivered items and, when captured, GPS location, signature and photos. Turn on Email proof of delivery on completion in Settings → Driver App → Features to send it to the customer when a driver completes a delivery in the driver app. From an order you pick the Billing copy or a Delivery copy, as with the Bill of Lading, and blind stops print blind as they do on the Bill of Lading.

  • Orders & quotes

Share tracking links so customers can follow a shipment on a map without logging in

Turn on Settings → Tracking Links, then copy a link from an order or route menu, or email it from the order's Tracking tab, which also counts opens and lets you revoke it. The page shows your company details and each stop's status on a map, never prices. While the load is moving it adds the next stop's estimated arrival and, as you choose, the truck's approximate area, its live position on the way to the shipment, or only the last completed stop. Links expire after the lifetime you set.

  • Billing & accounting

Settle driver and carrier pay from a new Payouts page in Accounting

A new Payouts page in Accounting, open to company admins by default, lists the routes you add for each driver and outsource carrier (Generate missing routes adds them for a period), with each route's payout amount, what has been paid and what is still due. Enter route payout amounts and record payments, or group a provider's unpaid routes for a period into a settlement and pay it in full or in part. Print, download or email each settlement's statement, and export a year-end summary of payments per provider to CSV. A period follows the work: a route is listed for the stops its driver did in that period, by your local date, however long ago the route was created. Each settlement covers only its period's stops, at the amount you enter for that period, so the next settlement picks up only the next period's work.

  • Compliance & safety

See every driver's remaining Hours of Service time on one board

A new Hours of Service board shows each active driver's duty status, drive, 14-hour shift and cycle time left, time until their next required break, and today's warnings and violations. It flags who will run out of hours within 2, 4 or 8 hours if their status stays the same, and clicking a driver opens their last 8 days. Open it from Drivers → Compliance or Reports; admins can give other roles access. The board appears while Hours of Service (HOS) is on in Settings → Driver App → Features.

  • Compliance & safety

See and answer driver-reported issues on a new Issues page

A new Issues page, opened from the Drivers page or Reports, lists what drivers report from the driver app, such as truck defects, safety concerns, wrong addresses and missing paperwork. Filter by category, urgency, status, driver, truck or date, see photos and location, reply to the driver and update the status. Settings → Fleet also shows how many open truck issues each truck has.

  • Platform

Email customers automatically when a driver arrives at or leaves a stop

Under Settings → Customer Notifications you can email the customer an order is billed to when the driver arrives at or leaves one of its stops, pick which details each email shows and in what order, and preview it. On a customer's Notifications tab you can override these defaults, choose different recipients and see who will receive the emails. Both emails are off until you switch them on.

  • Integrations & maps

Create API tokens to connect other systems to RushHour

Company admins can now create API tokens under Settings → API Tokens, so another system can use the RushHour API without signing in. Each token acts as the person who created it, with only the roles they pick, and can be set to expire after 7 days up to a year, or never. A token is shown only once, the list shows when each was last used, and any token can be revoked.

  • Reports & analytics

Run 18 built-in reports from a new Reports page and export them to CSV

A new Reports page in the sidebar has 18 built-in reports on revenue, receivables, operations, sales, pricing and costs, such as AR aging and driver productivity. Set dates or options, run a report and export the rows to CSV. Company admins can run them all; other roles can be given the View reports permission, but the money reports also need invoice or expense access and the rest stay admin-only.

  • Customer portal

See each customer's Customer Portal access status and disable access when needed

A customer's status now reflects its Customer Portal access: Open with no portal login, Pending while invites wait to be accepted, and Active once a login can sign in. Existing customers are updated to match, so those without a login show Open. Users with the Delete Customers permission can Disable a customer from its profile, which locks out all its portal logins until someone selects Enable.

  • Billing & accounting

Invoices flag charges that still need an amount before approval

Charges from a charge type with Enter Amount? ticked and no price per unit now show Amount Pending in the Company Portal's invoice preview and editor instead of a zero amount, and a Billing review required warning appears on the invoice and its order. The Company Portal won't approve the invoice, or take a payment that approves it, until you enter a price for each pending fee, or 0 for a fee you don't charge, in the popup that opens from the warning or from Approve. Credit lines keep their amount, and invoices that are already approved show their amounts and take payments as before.

  • Billing & accounting

Customers can pay invoices by card from a secure link, without logging in

Approved invoices with a balance due now offer Copy pay link and Send payment link in Accounting, and their emails include a Pay online now link. Your customer pays the balance by card on a secure page without logging in, and the payment is recorded against the invoice. Needs a connected Cardknox account; payment links are on by default and can be turned off in Settings → Billing → Payment links. A link stops taking payments once its invoice is paid or replaced by a newer invoice, and the page tells your customer why.

  • Platform

Branded emails with your logo, and a new page to edit each email's wording

Emails to your customers, drivers and team now use a new layout with your logo, accent colour and contact details. Under Settings → Email Templates, admins can edit each email's subject and content, preview it, send themselves a test or reset it to the default. Branded emails are on by default; turning them off returns to the previous plain format, though emails you have customised keep your wording. Invoice emails print your own payment instructions, for example how to pay by bank transfer. An admin sets them under Settings → Billing → Invoice Payment Instructions; when the field is empty, invoice emails print none. With branded emails off, a subject or content you have not customised is sent in the previous plain format.

  • Orders & quotes

Print BOLs and labels for many orders at once from the Orders list

Tick two or more orders on the Orders list, open the … (Actions) menu at the right of the toolbar and choose Print BOLs & Labels, Print BOLs or Print Labels to print them all in one print job, up to 50 orders at a time. This needs the View BOL permission. The … menu on the Orders and Quotes lists now stays visible, and until two rows are ticked it explains that bulk actions need at least two.

  • Platform

Email each order's tracking link to your customer automatically

Turn on Tracking link emails in Settings → Customer Notifications, with Settings → Tracking Links on, to email each order's tracking link to your customer once, at the step you choose: driver assignment, booking or pickup. By default it goes to the order's contact email, or else to the customer's arrival and departure email addresses. To leave out a customer, choose Don't send on its Notifications tab. Links sent this way stay valid until the order is delivered, for up to a year, and then for the lifetime set in Settings → Tracking Links.

  • Dispatch & routing

See a past day's routes on the Dispatch board, including completed and archived ones

Pick Yesterday, next to Today and Tomorrow, or any past date on the Dispatch board to see that day's routes, including Completed and Archived ones, with every stop planned, assigned or confirmed that day. The Completed Routes switch starts on for past days; turn it off to see only routes with open stops that day, as before. It needs the Route History permission, and a banner warns that editing these routes can reopen a finished route.

  • Compliance & safety

Choose how long driver GPS history and deleted drivers' details are kept

Settings → Profile has a new Driver data retention section. You can choose how many days of driver GPS history to keep, and whether to erase the personal details of drivers your staff delete once a waiting period has passed. Companies already on RushHour keep how this works today: GPS history older than 90 days is deleted, and drivers your staff delete are erased after a 30-day waiting period, during which they can still be restored. That includes drivers deleted before this release. You can change both here. For companies that join after this release, both start off: a driver your staff deletes stays archived and can be restored, and erasure, once turned on, applies only to drivers deleted from then on. Turning erasure off and on again starts afresh. When drivers delete their own account in the driver app, their details are erased after the waiting period by default, including drivers who asked before this release.

  • Orders & quotes

Record customer work days and shipping and receiving hours, shown on order stops

Customer records now hold work days and separate shipping and receiving hours, set when you create a customer or on its Company information tab. Existing customers start with Monday to Friday, and hours can run past midnight. Pickup stop forms show the customer's shipping hours and delivery stop forms their receiving hours, and hovering the customer name on an order stop shows all their hours.

  • Integrations & maps

Connect your own TollGuru account to add toll costs to priced orders

Add your TollGuru API key under Settings → Integrations, and the tolls on a route are added as a Tolls line when an order is priced. Test connection checks the key without saving it, and the TollGuru card shows whether orders are currently priced with toll costs. The saved key is masked and never shown in full in the browser.

  • Orders & quotes

Company admins can record an order's buying price and see its margin

In the price box of a saved quote or of an order that isn't closed, in both the Old UI and the New UI, company admins can switch between the selling price and the buying price (what you pay whoever hauls the load), enter the buying price with the edit icon and save it straight away. An info icon beside the price shows the line-haul margin: the selling price minus the buying price. Other users don't see the buying price.

  • Integrations & maps

See which invoices and payments didn't reach QuickBooks, and send them again

If your company has connected QuickBooks, a new Sync health tab under Settings → Integrations lists invoices and payments with their export status, attempts and last error, and lets you send them again. If the connection expires or is disconnected, a banner links you to reconnect and your team is notified. Closing that banner hides it for 24 hours in every open tab, for you and the current company only; it comes back at once if the connection breaks again.

  • Drivers & driver app

A company-wide drivers' chat shared by all your drivers and the office

Each company now has one drivers' chat that all of its drivers and the office share. Drivers on the latest driver app see it in their chats, can read and post there, and get notifications once they have opened it. Your team finds it under Inbox → Chat on the All tab once any driver has opened their chats.

  • Orders & quotes

Spot addresses saved under the wrong country on customers and order stops

A warning icon now flags an address that seems to be outside the country it is saved under, such as a New Jersey street address set to another country, which can make an order look international. It appears next to Country in a customer's Company information and on pickup and delivery stop forms, and on an order's stop cards. Hover it for details; nothing is changed automatically.

  • Dispatch & routing

Keep earlier days' confirmed stops in a route's Confirmation History

A route's Confirmation History can now keep earlier days' confirmed stops. In Settings → Profile → Dispatch route history, keep the last 1 to 365 days or every confirmed stop while the route exists (default: today only). Or set Route history, in the same section or in Settings → Driver App → Preferences, to Until the last stop is confirmed: an open route keeps up to 31 days, and confirming its last open stop in the Portal completes the route, which stays completed unless you choose Continue the route.

  • Dispatch & routing

See a route's trip history for the dates you pick, with each stop's assigned, confirmed and departure times

Open Trip History from any route card's menu on the Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, or double-click a route card in the New UI, to see the route's status, truck and driver with their IDs, creation time and stop counts. Each stop shows whether it is a pickup or a delivery, its Pickup # or Delivery #, when it was assigned (for a stop moved to this route from this release on, when it reached this route), when a transfer or hub leg was created, and its planned, arrival, confirmation and departure times, where recorded, and you can filter the stops by order number. The panel opens on the board's date or date range; choose From and To dates, a range of up to 31 days, to see another period, and the Assigned Stops and Confirmed Stops counts cover only stops assigned or confirmed on those dates. Switch to Whole route to see every stop over the route's lifetime, with when the route started. It also shows when the route got its driver and was archived, recorded from this release on. Confirmed stops need the Route History permission. View in Dispatch on a closed order opens the board on the days its stops were confirmed.

  • Dispatch & routing

Undo a stop on a completed route without reopening it for the driver

When you undo a pickup, delivery or order from the order page or Orders list and its route is already Completed, you can choose Keep Completed: the stop reopens on that route without notifying the driver, and you confirm it again yourself. Give back to driver returns it to the driver as before. Open Completed Route then shows it on the Dispatch board, and users allowed to archive routes can restore it.

  • Dispatch & routing

Choose whether Assign Transfer also moves an order's other deliveries from the same driver

Turn on Transfer all deliveries from the same driver in Settings → Systems → Order, and Assign Transfer also moves the order's other not-yet-started deliveries on the receiving driver's route through the same transfer point, when their freight comes only from the driver handing over. It is off by default, so only the delivery you pick is transferred and the others can use their own transfer point and date.

  • Orders & quotes

Filter the Orders and Quotes lists to regular or Air/Port orders

You can now filter the Orders and Quotes lists to regular or Air/Port orders, whose stops are in two or more countries, with the Old UI tabs (the Air/Port tab shows a count) or the New UI Shipment Type menu or filter panel. Order Dashboard counts follow your choice. While you create an order or quote, a notice offers to switch it to an Air/Port or regular order when its addresses call for it.

  • Customer portal

Reset a Customer Portal user's password from the Customers list or a customer's page

Company admins can now reset a Customer Portal user's password from the … menu on the Customers list, the new Actions menu on a customer's page or the Customer Portal Access window; the user is signed out and emailed a link to set a new one. These menus also offer Resend invite and Disable or Activate portal access, and Invite to Portal reads Manage portal access once a customer has portal logins.

  • Dispatch & routing

Plan routes side by side on a new Driver Board in Dispatch

Switch Dispatch to Driver Board, in the New UI or the Old UI, to see the Unassigned panel next to a full-height column for each route you add, and drag stops between them with the same rules and prompts as the regular board. Add routes with the board's + button (an active route, or a driver to create a new route for) or with Add to Board in a route card's menu; the board keeps up to 50 routes for you, and pinned columns stay in view while you scroll sideways. New UI columns show each stop on a compact card with order number, customer, pallets, cities, time, priority and indicator icons, with details on hover, and the Old UI gets a header button that puts the Unassigned panel on the left or the right.

  • Dispatch & routing

Filter the Dispatch board by route status

A Route Status filter next to the Completed Routes switch on the Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, shows Active, Pending, Completed or Archived routes in any combination, and clearing it shows every status. Completed covers finished routes. Archived covers routes closed with the older Archive action, which the board used until April 2025, and lists them only for users with the Route History permission. The board opens on Active and Pending, as before, a past day opens with every status, and the switch now turns the Completed and Archived options on or off together. Except on past days, your choice stays in the page address, so a reload or a shared link keeps it.

  • Dispatch & routing

Filter the Dispatch board by a single day or a date range

The Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, now has one date control for a single day or a date range. It offers Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, then this or last week, month or year and All Times, a Single day calendar and a Date range calendar, and arrows that step to the previous or next day or period. The routes, their stops, the Unassigned panel and Driver Board columns follow the chosen dates, a range that has already ended opens the same past-day view as an earlier date, and the dates stay in the page address, so a reload or a shared link opens on them. In the Portal's date range pickers, clicking a single date and then Apply selects just that day, and the Orders list's date filter now also offers Tomorrow.

  • Dispatch & routing

Ask the AI assistant which route should take an unassigned stop

Order cards in the Dispatch board's Unassigned panel now have Ask AI next to Find Route; in the Old UI list view it is in the card's … menu. It opens the AI assistant on that stop: the assistant ranks the routes that can take it, with the same extra distance Find Route shows, explains its pick and answers follow-up questions, then proposes the assignment on a card that changes nothing until you click Apply. The order then goes on that route with the same checks as Find Route, and Undo is offered if the order had nothing on that route before.

  • Billing & accounting

Save turns orange when you change something an order's invoice is built from, and blue again once you save

When an order already has an invoice, Save now turns orange after you change something the invoice is built from, with a tooltip saying how the invoice gets updated: by saving, when the order is completed, or with Update Invoice. In the New UI that means the side panel (customer, contact, PO and tracking numbers, shipment type, pricing and attachments), with Edit turning orange in view mode, and in the Old UI also stop changes such as items and allocations. Changes to the order's date or notes don't count, invoices already exported to QuickBooks are never flagged, and for invoices created before this release Save is orange only until the order is saved. Save turns blue again once you click it, even when that save does not rebuild the invoice, and turns orange again only when the order changes after that; the colour is the same for every user and after a reload. While the invoice is still out of date, the tooltip saying how it gets updated stays on Save, even when Save is blue.

  • Dispatch & routing

New setting: block confirming a delivery until its pickup is on a route

Settings → Profile → Order Info has a new option, Block confirming a delivery until its pickup is on a route, which is off by default. Off keeps today's behaviour: a dispatcher who confirms a delivery whose pickup was never put on a route is warned and can still confirm it, and drivers confirm as before. When it is on, such a delivery can't be confirmed on the Dispatch board, on the order screens, in the driver app or in Telegram until the pickup of its items is assigned to a route, and the disabled Confirm button says why. Closing the order is never blocked.

  • Billing & accounting

A QuickBooks-style invoice editor and invoice page in the New UI

The new interface has a QuickBooks-style invoice editor and invoice page. Invoices downloaded, printed or emailed from it use a new layout: sender and Bill To side by side, one Items and Fees table, and tax in the totals. In the editor, Set Default asks you to confirm, like Set Default in the order's Invoices list, and it is locked on a new invoice and while the order's default invoice is approved or already sent to QuickBooks or by email. Adding billable waiting time to a new invoice no longer stops it from saving. When an invoice has a line with a negative amount, such as a discount, credit or "Paid" line, which the Invoice total does not count, the invoice page, the editor and the invoices they produce leave out the Subtotal and the Total of the Items or Fees group that holds the line, because those did not add up to the Invoice total. Every line, the tax, the Invoice total and the balance due stay as they were.

  • Drivers & driver app

Driver chat gains reactions, threads, voice messages, calls and secret chats

With the driver app update that adds them, drivers can edit and delete their own messages, react with emoji, reply in threads, add group members and set a group's photo, name and auto-delete, send documents and voice messages, share their live location, reference an order, see link previews, make voice and video calls to other drivers and start secret chats. Secret chats are end-to-end encrypted between drivers, so the office cannot read them.

  • Drivers & driver app

@mention drivers and colleagues in driver chats

Office users can now @mention drivers and colleagues in driver chats. A mentioned driver gets a 'mentioned you' notification even if they muted the chat, and a mentioned office user gets a highlighted notification.

  • Billing & accounting

New setting: leave transfer hubs off invoices with Invoice include Transfer

New setting in Settings → Systems → Order: Invoice include Transfer. It is on by default, so invoices stay exactly as they are. Turn it off to bill each item from its original pickup to its final delivery without the transfer hub's address: transfer legs are combined into one line, fees and waiting time recorded at the hub keep their amount but show no address, and the invoice editor's Fee Address list leaves the transfer stops out. The Fee Address list also names every stop that shares an address.

  • Orders & quotes

New setting: allow one Full Load per order

New company setting in Settings → Profile → Order Info: One Full Load per order. It is off by default: Add Pickup and Full Load stay available as before, and the order screens only show a warning when a Full Load order has another pickup. When it is on, an order with a Full Load pickup cannot take another pickup, and Full Load cannot be chosen next to other pickup items; the order screens disable those buttons and say why, and such a save is refused. Orders that already have more than one pickup keep saving, as long as no pickup is added.

  • Drivers & driver app

Edit, react, reply in threads and send voice messages in the Company Portal's driver chat

Company Portal driver chat: edit your own messages, react with emoji, reply in threads, and send voice messages and order cards. Shared locations, orders and link previews now show as cards. A new info panel lists the members, with who is online, and the photos, files, voice messages and links shared in the chat. Company admins can add drivers to a group from it. Messages can be copied, files downloaded, and text, locations and order cards forwarded to another chat. The inbox list says what a message without text contains.

  • Dispatch & routing

Choose what the Dispatch board's date applies to, and find a route by its number

Next to the date control on the Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, a Date applies to menu sets how the selected dates pick routes. Any Stop works as before and stays the default. Route Start lists routes whose first pickup falls on the selected dates (for a route not finished yet, its first pickup still to do). Planned Pickups and Planned Deliveries list routes with a pickup or delivery still to do that is planned by the last selected day, late ones included. Route Lifetime lists the routes that existed on one of the selected days, from when they were created until they were completed or archived, whatever their stops' dates. The menu works while a date is selected, your choice stays in the page address, and the Driver Board columns follow it. Searching the board for a number such as 733 or #733 now also finds the route with that number, and its card shows the route's stops rather than only the orders matching the number.

  • Platform

See your subscription plan and usage, and switch plans, in Settings → Subscription

A new Settings → Subscription page lists the plans your company can choose, each with its monthly price, one-time onboarding fee, included office users, drivers and orders, features and overage prices, and marks your current plan. A company admin moves to another plan by switching it on and confirming; other office users see the page read-only, and free plans say Contact us. The page also shows your usage against the plan's limits and when the monthly order count resets. When about 10% or less of an allowance is left, a counter appears next to New Order, Add Driver and Add User; if your plan enforces its limits, those buttons are disabled once a limit is reached, otherwise nothing is blocked. Profile → Plan Details → Change Plan now opens this page.

  • Billing & accounting

Vehicle cost per mile for the fleet and each truck, and an Expenses page for every truck

Settings → Expenses → New Trucks now shows the fleet's vehicle cost per mile (fixed and variable costs, without fuel and tolls) over the last 6 full months, calculated from the truck costs and the Miles entered there; it shows Not available when no miles are entered. In Fleet, each truck's menu has a new Expenses page with that truck's cost per mile next to the fleet's, a month-by-month split that says why a month was or was not counted, and the truck's New Trucks values (month, Finance, Odometer, exclude expenses, save). The Edit Fleet window also has an Expenses tab, and a truck's name on New Trucks opens its page. The figure is for information only and does not change any price. Available to users who can view expenses. On New Trucks, values now stay in their own month in every time zone, a typed value no longer shows 0 after you click out of the cell, the grid keeps showing the current values while a month or a save loads, an Exclude Expenses period starts in the month you picked, and the Odometer tab warns when a truck has miles for a month but no fuel entered. Each New Trucks value can now be One-time or Recurring, with an optional end month (new Maintenance, Tolls and Other values start as One-time), and an "All values" window lists every value a truck has had in a column. Approved truck expenses from driver receipts, Transactions, the Recurring tab and imports now count in the month of their date: they show under the cell and are included in the totals and the vehicle cost per mile. Expenses waiting for approval, or rejected, are not counted, and miles come from the Miles column only.

  • Platform

A Back button returns to the screen you came from, lists come back as you left them, and records open in one reusable tab

Record screens (orders, quotes, invoices, customers, drivers, outsource companies, the Fleet and Expenses truck pages, Settings → Users → Roles and Permissions, and the document editor) now show a "Back to <screen>" button, such as Back to Dispatch, when you opened them from another screen. It works in step with the browser's Back and Forward buttons, and going back to a list brings back its page, sort and scroll position, plus the filters and search on the Orders, Quotes, Customers, Drivers, Outsource and Invoices lists and the selected route on the Dispatch board. A normal click now opens a record in one reusable tab; Ctrl/Cmd-click, a middle click or the new Open in new tab menu item keep a separate tab, and a record you are editing always keeps its own. On an invoice, Linked Order opens in the same browser tab, and a new Order Invoices link opens that order's invoices.

  • Customer portal

Your customers can subscribe to tracking links in the Customer Portal

In the Customer Portal's notification settings, your customers can turn on tracking links to get each order's link by email or in the notification bell, when your company sends tracking links automatically and the Customer Portal role has View Orders from own account (Settings → Roles).

Improved44

  • Orders & quotes

Full Load orders book extra trucks as sub-orders and keep your item count

On a saved order's Full Load pickup, Quantity of Trucks now sets how many truckloads are booked. Above 1, you can create a sub-order for each extra truck, up to 25 per save, with the same stops, items, charges and price, or continue with one truck; the split is offered only when the Full Load is the order's only pickup item. Quantity of Items stays as you enter it, a Full Load is priced as one truckload whatever its item count, and in the Old UI a Full Load pickup has an Edit Item button.

  • Dispatch & routing

Orders too big for one route are flagged, and routes with room are listed first

On the Dispatch board, an unassigned order with more stops than your Max Route Addresses setting allows now shows Increase Limit, and one needing more pallets than a truck carries shows Over truck capacity, each with a tooltip on what to change. Find Route (previously Auto Reroute) is disabled for those orders. When you select an unassigned order, routes that still have room for all of it are listed first.

  • Orders & quotes

Order Log Activity tab records document downloads, BOL emails and details sent to drivers

The Audit log tab on orders and quotes is now called Log Activity. On an order, it now records when its Bill of Lading, labels or invoice PDF is downloaded, who a BOL was emailed to, and when order or stop details are copied or sent with Copy to Driver, naming the driver. Invoice rows now also show who the invoice was sent to, and users who can edit invoices can add notes to them.

  • Platform

A shorter sidebar, with Customers (CRM) and Inbox opening from the header

Customers (CRM) and Inbox now open from the header instead of the sidebar. The people icon opens Customers and shows how many customers your team has not viewed yet, and the inbox icon opens Inbox. The new Issues and Compliance pages open from buttons on the Drivers page and from Reports, with Compliance shown when Hours of Service is turned on in Settings → Driver App.

  • Integrations & maps

Integrations now open on an Installed tab, with everything available under All

Settings → Integrations now opens on the Installed tab, which lists only the integrations your company has set up, while the All tab shows everything available. A QuickBooks connection that has expired or still needs authorising stays on Installed with its Reconnect or Connect button, and the Map Provider row appears on both tabs.

  • Billing & accounting

Pick an invoice fee address from the order's stops or type any address

The Fee Address field on invoice fees now lists the linked order's pickup and delivery addresses, labelled Pickup #1, Delivery #1 and so on, followed by any stops a transfer added, labelled Pickup From Transfer #1 and Delivery To Transfer #1. You can still type or paste any other address, and it is kept when you press Enter or Tab or click away. If what you type matches one of the listed stops, that stop's address is used.

  • Billing & accounting

Invoice waiting time fills in the stop's recorded arrival and departure

In an invoice's Add Waiting Time window, choosing a stop in the Select Customer list now fills in the arrival and departure times already recorded for that stop, and the waiting time and any fee update to match. Any time the stop has not recorded is left blank. The same happens when you switch stops while editing an existing waiting-time line.

  • Billing & accounting

Invoice fees show Qty and Item Cost, with Fee Cost calculated from them

In the invoice preview and editor, each fee now has Qty and Item Cost columns before Fee Cost. Choosing a fee type fills in its quantity and price per unit, and changing either one recalculates the Fee Cost; a waiting-time fee shows its billable hours and hourly rate. You can still type a Fee Cost directly, and in the items table Qty now sits next to Item Cost.

  • Billing & accounting

Invoices show the order price under Items, with separate totals and any balance due

The order price now shows under Items, not Fees, in the Accounting invoice preview and editor and in invoices you print, download or email, including Customer Portal prints. In the preview and PDF, the items Total includes the order price and additional charges have their own Total. The PDF's Invoice Total shows the full amount, with Paid and Balance Due lines once a payment is recorded; amounts show two decimals.

  • Orders & quotes

Appointment emails typed on an order stop are saved to the customer for next time

When a stop's customer has no appointment email yet, the address you type in Email Address for appointment on a pickup or delivery is now saved to that customer and fills in on their next stop. If the customer already has that address under another email type, you choose Save or Use once. Customers that already have an appointment email keep it, and saving needs permission to edit customers.

  • Dispatch & routing

One Country & Zone filter on the Dispatch board, with zone and outsource company lists that follow the country

On the Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, the Country and Zone filters now share one Country & Zone button in the header. The button shows the selected country and zone, and Clear All resets both at once. The Zone filter and the Zone field in the New Route and Edit Route windows now list only zones in the selected country, with zones that have no country treated as your company's country. In the New UI, those windows also list only outsource companies with an address in that country. Changing the country clears a Zone filter set to another country's zone.

  • Orders & quotes

International orders show each country's route and distance on the order map

Once a cross-border order's hubs are assigned, the order page map draws a separate route in each country, such as pickup to hub and hub to delivery, following roads where possible. No line joins stops in different countries, and hovering a line shows its distance. Add Location, in the New and Old UI, now lists the stops still needing a hub, and you can change a pair's hubs before clicking Done. The map now opens on the first pickup and its first leg.

  • Drivers & driver app

Drivers can keep messaging in a route's chat after the route is completed

In driver app 2.0.4 and later, a completed route's chat still moves to Archived Routes but now stays open, so drivers can follow up on things like a missing signature or a damaged pallet. This also applies to routes completed before this release. Your team sees these messages in the route's conversation under Inbox → Chat → Routes and can reply there.

  • Dispatch & routing

Route confirmation history shows stops on the day they were confirmed

On the Dispatch board, a route's Confirmation History (History in the Old UI) now places each confirmed stop on the day it was confirmed, or the day its confirmation was last updated, in your local time zone, instead of the day it was planned for. It lists stops planned or confirmed within the dates selected on the board. Route planning still goes by each stop's planned day.

  • Dispatch & routing

Assign both ends of a hub leg to the same driver, and see drivers by the stop's country

When you assign a driver to a stop on an order routed through a hub, the Portal now offers to give the stop at the other end of that hub leg to the same driver, or says when the route has no room for it. The driver list also offers Show only this stop's country, kept for later stop assignments until you choose Show all countries, and the Outside order country badge now checks the stop being assigned.

  • Billing & accounting

Sending to QuickBooks skips invoices you already exported for QuickBooks Desktop

With QuickBooks connected, invoices you already exported to a file for QuickBooks Desktop are no longer sent by automatic export or the AI assistant, so they aren't entered twice. Send QB, and Retry now on the Sync health tab, ask before sending one: Send anyway sends that invoice, and Don't send leaves it out. Cancel QB on such an invoice checks QuickBooks for a matching import; if none is found and the invoice was never edited after that export, you can send it without being asked. The Sync health tab marks held invoices.

  • Billing & accounting

Check QuickBooks again for an invoice held because it was exported for QuickBooks Desktop

An invoice held for review because you exported it to a file for QuickBooks Desktop now has a recheck button on the Sync health tab of the QuickBooks integration, once QuickBooks is connected. It looks for the invoice in QuickBooks without sending or changing anything there: if QuickBooks has it, the invoice stays held; if it doesn't, you can send it with Send QB. Invoices edited after that export stay held.

  • Billing & accounting

The Accounting button for QuickBooks Desktop files is now called QuickBooks export

In Accounting, in the New UI and the Old UI, the button that downloads the selected invoices as a file for QuickBooks Desktop is now labelled QuickBooks export, and hovering it shows Export a file for QuickBooks Desktop. On the Documents page, each copy of that file saved from now on shows Generated from QuickBooks export with its number; copies saved earlier keep their original description. The QuickBooks features new in this release use the same name, including the Send QB question before sending an invoice you already exported this way, what Send QB, Cancel QB and the AI assistant tell you about such an invoice, the Sync health tab of the QuickBooks integration with its Recheck QuickBooks import button, and the QuickBooks connection alert. The file you download and how you import it into QuickBooks Desktop don't change.

  • Platform

ZIP codes fill in automatically when you pick a city or a street address

Picking a city on customer, contact, driver, outsource carrier and user address forms, or in Settings → Profile, now fills in the ZIP code when a suitable one is known for that city; you can still pick or type another. Changing the city replaces or clears only a ZIP filled in this way, never one you entered or saved. In Settings → Locations, picking a suggested street address fills in its ZIP code when one is found.

  • Platform

The About page shows release dates and explains health checks that need attention

Settings → About now shows when the running API and Portal versions were released, and how long ago. Any system health check that reports a problem gets an info button explaining what it affects, the likely causes and what to do next. The Maps and Payments checks also no longer report a problem while those services are working normally.

  • Reliability & performance

The AI Knowledge window loads faster for long lists of learned rules

The AI Knowledge window on the Documents page now loads faster when the AI has learned hundreds of pricing rules or document layouts. Lane rate, accessorial rate and custom rule entries are also labelled by name on each rule and in the filter list, in English and Hebrew.

  • Platform

Continue straight into the Portal after replacing a temporary password

When someone signs in with a temporary password and the Portal asks them to choose a new one, saving it now signs them in with the new password and takes them straight to the page they were opening. They no longer have to sign in a second time.

  • Orders & quotes

Turn off the duplicate item-name check to let items on a stop share a name

Validate unique item names under Settings → Systems → Order is on for every company, so the order item forms and stop confirmation keep rejecting a repeated item name on the same stop, as before. Turn it off to let items on the same stop share a name.

  • Orders & quotes

Select text in Copy to Driver, and see the option only when a stop is left to send

In the Copy to Driver window you can now highlight part of a stop's details, such as a phone number or address, and still drag the cards to reorder them. On an order, Copy to Driver in the actions menu and in a stop's menu now appears only while a driver is assigned and there is a stop not yet completed, and completed stops are left out of the window.

  • Billing & accounting

Customer Additional Charges tab now shows each charge's price per unit

Open a customer and go to Additional Charges to see a new Price per unit column: the price each of that customer's charges uses by default, formatted the same way as in Settings → Charge Types. The column stays blank when no price is set.

  • Orders & quotes

Stops with driver instructions are flagged in the stop card header

In an order, a pickup or delivery stop with driver instructions now shows a green marker in its card header, next to any other stop warnings. Click it to read the instructions, or to edit them while the order can still be changed. Driver instructions no longer have their own info icon beside the address, where a single icon now shows the location details.

  • Dispatch & routing

Use search and the stop type filter together in the Unassigned panel

On the Dispatch board, opening search in the Unassigned panel no longer hides the stop type filter. The search box takes the top row and the filter sits directly below it, so you can switch between Pickup & Delivery, Pickup, Delivery and Warehouse stops while a search is active.

  • Billing & accounting

New companies start with invoices created when an order is completed

Companies set up from this release on start with Create Invoices set to Order was completed, so an invoice is created once the order is done instead of as soon as the order is entered. Existing companies keep their current setting, and you can change it any time under Settings → Billing.

  • Dispatch & routing

The route suggestion action on unassigned orders is now called Find Route

On the Dispatch board, the action on order cards in the Unassigned panel that opens Add to a route is now called Find Route instead of Auto Reroute, in English and Hebrew. Add to a route ranks the routes that could take the order's stop. In list view the action is in the card's … menu. The Auto Reroute option that re-orders a whole route keeps its name.

  • Orders & quotes

A more compact header and filter row on the Old UI Orders and Quotes lists

The Old UI Orders and Quotes lists have a more compact header and filter row, each sized to fit one line on a typical laptop screen. Filters, Customers, Drivers, From and To show a count, and each picked customer, driver or address is a removable chip below; on orders, Unbilled and Show only unread share one dropdown. New Air/Port Order or Quote now opens from the arrow beside New Order or New Quote.

  • Dispatch & routing

Late stops are optimized and listed together with today's stops

Reroute, including Optimize with AI, now orders open stops from days that have already passed together with today's stops, instead of oldest day first, and stops planned for later days still come after today's. On the Dispatch board those late stops are listed with today's: in the Old UI the heading reads Today + late stops and each late stop shows the day it was planned for in red, and in the New UI each card still shows its own date, with a divider marking where a later day begins. Optimizing or reordering doesn't change their dates; use Edit Date to reschedule one. Today means your own day, in your computer's time zone.

  • Platform

Export your whole customer list, however large

Company admins can now export every customer from Customers → Export/Import CSV → Export, however many there are. With no customers selected, the list is downloaded in parts with a progress bar counting the customers done, a part that times out is tried again, and everything is joined into one CSV file; Cancel stops the export without saving anything. An export of more than 20,000 customers used to be refused. Exporting selected customers works as before.

  • Orders & quotes

Search the Orders and Quotes lists by a stop's Reference Number

Searching the Orders or Quotes list now also finds orders and quotes by the Reference Number entered on any of their pickup or delivery stops, including part of the number, alongside the order, PO and tracking numbers, customer names and addresses it already matched.

  • Billing & accounting

Send QB shows whether QuickBooks sending is Manual or Automatic

In Accounting, the Send QB tooltip now also says how your company sends invoices to QuickBooks, as set under Send to QuickBooks in Settings → Billing: in Manual mode an invoice is sent right after the click, and in Automatic mode invoices are sent on their own. In Automatic mode the button looks inactive but still works: clicking it asks Send now anyway? with the number of selected invoices, and nothing is sent unless you choose Proceed. This works the same in the New UI and the Old UI.

  • Platform

Choose enabled currencies from a checklist in Settings → Profile

In Settings → Profile → Currencies, the Enabled Currencies box now shows the currencies you chose as chips inside the box and opens a list with a checkbox for each supported currency, which also works from the keyboard. USD stays on and can't be removed, as before.

  • Drivers & driver app

The driver invitation page explains what to do when Open App can't open the app

On a computer, Open App on the page a driver reaches from their invitation email now explains that the invitation should be opened on a phone, or that the driver can install the RushHour driver app, tap Enter Invite Code and enter the code shown, with Open the app anyway still available. On a phone, if the app hasn't opened after about two seconds, the page explains how to get in: install or update the app, then tap Enter Invite Code and paste the code.

  • Dispatch & routing

A warning when one driver gets an order's stops in two countries

When you assign stops of an international order on the Dispatch board and the driver now has stops of that order in more than one country, on this route or another of their routes, a "One driver, more than one country" message names the driver, the order and the countries. The assignment is saved as usual: one driver may cross the border, and the message is a reminder to check that they can. This works in the New UI and the Old UI.

  • Dispatch & routing

Selecting a route on the Dispatch board zooms the map to where the route starts

When you select a route on the Dispatch board, the map now frames it the same way in the New UI and the Old UI. A route with only pickups or only deliveries is centred on its first stop. A route with both is fitted around its first pickup and the next three stops when they are close together, or centred on the first pickup when they are spread over more than about 30 miles. Before, the New UI always fitted the whole route, and the Old UI did so unless its stops spread over more than about 30 miles. Once you zoom in, nearby stops of a selected route or order show as separate numbered pins instead of one cluster dot, while stops at the same location still share one counted dot.

  • Dispatch & routing

Find Route and Ask AI suggest every route that can take an unassigned stop

Find Route and Ask AI now suggest every route that can take an unassigned stop, including routes with only late stops, routes that work on other days and routes with no stops yet, and say what each distance means.

  • Orders & quotes

The Map Link field accepts a plain address and shows both addresses before replacing one

The Map Link field on a customer address now also accepts a plain address or a map link that only names a place, and before replacing an address it shows the current and new address side by side.

  • Orders & quotes

Confirming a delivery explains hidden transfer stops and offers to show them

On an order whose transfer stops are hidden (Show Transfer cards off), clicking Delivered on a delivery stop while a transfer leg is still unconfirmed now explains why it cannot be confirmed yet: "Order has hidden Transfer stops that need to be confirmed first." Show Transfers turns Show Transfer cards on for that order and reloads it so the transfer stops appear; Cancel closes the message. This works in order details in the New UI and the Old UI.

  • Platform

The header search filters more lists, and opens Global Search on pages without a list

The search bar at the top of the Company Portal now filters more lists: Payments Received, Expenses (including each truck's expense ledger), Truck Types, FX rates, Pricing Zones and Portal Access Requests. On pages without a list it opens Global Search.

  • Orders & quotes

The pickup and delivery card on the new order screen starts with the address

The pickup and delivery card on the new order screen now opens with the address, laid out as in the classic stop window: Address and Zip Code first, then Address 2 and Country. Company Name, Reference Number and the date and time follow below the driver instructions. Every field is still there, and none of them got narrower.

  • Orders & quotes

Order Log Activity also records repeat orders, files, driver instructions, appointments, COD and invites

The Log Activity tab on orders and quotes now also records Repeat Order, an order reverted to a quote, files attached or removed, driver instructions, appointment requests, COD changes, and Cardknox and Client Portal invites, each with who did it and when.

Fixed69

  • Dispatch & routing

Routes at their stop limit now block more stops up front

When a route holds as many stops as Max Route Addresses allows (Settings → Profile), or more after you lower that limit, the + button on its Dispatch board card is disabled. Its expanded stop list refuses stops dragged in from other routes or the unassigned list, while re-ordering its own stops still works. Order screens no longer let you assign an order to a route marked Full.

  • Dispatch & routing

Unassigning a stop or deleting a delivery removes its transfer from both drivers' routes

If a pickup or delivery has a transfer, unassigning it without recording an attempt, or deleting the delivery, takes the transfer's stops off both drivers' routes, even while the order's other stops stay assigned. Unassign on the Dispatch board, which refreshes all routes, or on the order screen; deleting warns first. A transfer a driver has started is kept, and deleting tells you to finish or remove it on the board.

  • Billing & accounting

Accounting stays on the customer you last selected

On the Accounting page, the customer header, balance and invoice list now stay on the customer you last clicked, even if you switch before the previous one finishes loading. Searching or paging the customer list no longer reloads the customer on screen, and results appear as soon as they load. Customer search boxes in Accounting and Settings → Pricing Models show only matches for what you typed.

  • Dispatch & routing

Stop warnings on an order's other route now update without a page reload

On the dispatch board, when you drop an unassigned stop onto a route's expanded stop list, assign it with Find Route, or drag a stop back to the unassigned list, any other expanded route holding a stop of the same order now refreshes too. Warnings such as Assign Delivery clear or reappear right away, without reloading the page.

  • Dispatch & routing

Stop confirmation reopens with the arrival and departure times you saved

When you reopen the confirmation window for a pickup or delivery whose arrival and departure times were already saved, for example with Update, it now shows those times exactly as they were entered, whatever your computer's time zone. Saving again with Update or Confirm keeps them unchanged. This works from the dispatch board and from an order's stops.

  • Dispatch & routing

Dispatch map pins every stop on a route, even when the route line is incomplete

When a route's driving directions are missing or cover only some of its stops, the dispatch board map now pins the remaining stops from their saved addresses, so selecting the route shows all of them. A stop can only be pinned if its address has a map location.

  • Dispatch & routing

Route stop cards show only the items on that driver's route

When an order's items are split between drivers, each driver's stop card on the Dispatch board now lists only the items on that driver's route, with that route's quantities. This covers both the item badges on the card and the View items list.

  • Orders & quotes

Click an order or quote number to edit it, with a check for numbers in use as you type

For users who can edit orders or quotes, clicking the number at the top of an order or quote page in the New UI now opens it for editing, ready to save. The number is checked as you type: the box turns green when it is free and red when another order already uses it. In both UIs, after a save is rejected for a duplicate number, saving again with a free number now clears the red warning.

  • Orders & quotes

Labels print on one page each, with long ship-to addresses sized to fit

Each label printed from an order now fits on a single page, without a near-empty extra page or a blank label at the end. A long ship-to address or label note prints in a smaller font so it fits, and only very long text is shortened. When your Bill of Lading has no terms and conditions text, it no longer ends with the load number alone on an extra page.

  • Dispatch & routing

Order-number searches on the dispatch board show only matching routes

Searching the dispatch board for an order number, with or without a leading #, now shows only the routes that carry a matching order. Empty route cards no longer appear just because a route's name, truck or driver contains the same digits. Searches that include letters, such as a driver's name or a plate number, work as before.

  • Dispatch & routing

Pickups list each item once when an order with several deliveries is added to a route

When an order with one pickup and several deliveries is added to a route, for example with Find Route on the dispatch board, each item now goes on the pickup once with its full quantity, so the pickup confirmation lists every item once. The same applies to a delivery fed by several pickups. On pickups that already list an item twice, the repeated line keeps its quantity when the order is saved.

  • Reliability & performance

Select Customers filter on the Orders and Quotes lists loads reliably

The Select Customers filter on the Orders and Quotes lists now loads its customer list reliably, even for companies with many customers and orders. This applies to both the classic list and the New UI filter panel.

  • Drivers & driver app

Driver locations from version 1 of the driver app now reach the Company Portal

Drivers using version 1 of the driver app now send their location to the Company Portal, with no app update needed. It feeds stop arrival estimates and driver distance on the Dispatch board, the distance beside each driver in an order's side panel, the GPS location on proof of delivery PDFs, and the truck's location and arrival estimate on tracking links.

  • Drivers & driver app

After each stop, the driver app shows the next stop instead of "Route complete!"

When a driver completes a stop, the driver app's Task Completed screen now shows the next open stop with its address and estimated arrival, or the driver and truck to meet for a transfer. It no longer says "Route complete!" while stops are still open on the route. No app update is needed.

  • Billing & accounting

COD payment requests and Accept Payments invites reach the right customer address

A delivery stop's COD email now defaults to the paying stop customer, preferring its Accept Payment or Cardknox email, or to the stop contact if the stop's customer is the billing customer, whose payment emails stay listed. Request Payment, offered once the billing customer has Cardknox set up, uses the same default. Accept Payments invites go to the customer's Cardknox, else Accounting, email and explain how payments reach its own account.

  • Dispatch & routing

Routes with an unlinked transfer stop now show their stops on the Dispatch board

A route with a transfer drop-off or collection stop that is no longer linked to its transfer now shows its stops when you expand its card on the Dispatch board, instead of none. If a route's stops can't be loaded, the card now says so and offers Retry instead of looking empty, and if loading more stops fails, the stops already shown stay on screen.

  • Dispatch & routing

Confirming or updating a stop keeps the files already attached to it

When you confirm or update a pickup or delivery from the dispatch board or an order, the files already attached to the stop now stay attached as long as you leave them unchanged. The confirmation window's Attachments section also stays in view when you click Confirm or Update.

  • Dispatch & routing

Assign Transfer moves the right quantities when a load is split across delivery stops

When the freight one driver hands over is split across several of the receiving driver's delivery stops, Assign Transfer now moves the right quantity for each delivery it covers: the hub drop-off and collection match, and every delivery keeps its own items and route. If the driver handing over has none of that delivery's freight left, you're told to transfer it from the driver who is carrying it.

  • Billing & accounting

Free waiting time follows each order's price type, including pallet ranges

Waiting-time charges on orders and invoices now use the free time set in Settings → Billing → Waiting Time for the order's price type: Classic, Custom, or the Pallets (Pricing Model) range that fits the pallets picked up on the order. Stop confirmation and an invoice's Add Waiting Time window suggest the same free time. If Custom or Pallets is left blank, or no range fits, the Classic value is used.

  • Platform

Checkboxes and switches display correctly in dark theme and in Hebrew

In dark theme, unticked checkboxes, radio buttons and switches across the Company Portal now use a dark background with a clearly visible border instead of plain white, and a switch that is off now shows its handle. In the Hebrew interface, most on/off switches no longer leave extra empty space beside them.

  • Orders & quotes

Opening an order or quote now marks it as read

Opening an order or quote now reliably marks it as read, whichever order screen you use, and the unread count next to Orders or Quotes in the main menu updates right away. Each unread order or quote is counted once in that menu count.

  • Orders & quotes

Stop menus show BOL and Copy to Driver right after you save or create an order

On the order page, the BOL action on delivery stops and the Copy to Driver action on assigned stops that are not yet completed now appear in the stop's menu as soon as you save or create an order, without reloading the page.

  • Orders & quotes

Drag items onto any delivery stop, between deliveries and back to their pickup in the order editor

In the New UI order editor, you can now drag an item from a pickup onto any delivery stop's Drop Items Here area, and the item is added to that delivery. This now works for the second and later deliveries too, and for a delivery that has no items yet. You can also drag an item off a delivery onto another delivery, or back onto the pickup it comes from, which leaves that amount unassigned again. When the order has more than one delivery and more than one item, a window asks how many to move. Items that pass through a hub or a transfer stay on their delivery.

  • Drivers & driver app

Route driver pickers show only details from your driver records

When you choose a driver from a route card on the Dispatch board or in the New Route and Edit Route windows, the list shows only details from your driver records, such as each driver's name and rating. Shift hours, trip counts and distances are no longer shown there, as they are not part of your driver records.

  • Billing & accounting

Save options for a new invoice charge type show each stop's customer name

When you create a new charge type while editing an invoice, every pickup and delivery save option (Pickup #1, Delivery #1 and so on) now shows the name of that stop's customer after its label, instead of the location name. If a customer's name can't be loaded, the option shows just the stop label.

  • Billing & accounting

Accounting's Filter view now loads after a page reload or from a bookmark

Opening Accounting straight into its Filter view, whether from a page reload, a bookmarked link or after switching between the old and new interface, now loads the list of invoices and payments instead of staying on a loading spinner. Switching between the Customer and Filter views also no longer reloads the list a second time.

  • Orders & quotes

Set HOLD is offered only on orders that have a delivery stop

A hold applies to delivery stops, so orders with no delivery stop, such as pickup-only orders, no longer show Set HOLD in the orders list or on the order page. When you put several selected orders on hold at once, those orders are skipped and the message says so. If one of them already carries a hold, its order page shows View HOLD Details and Resolve HOLD so the hold can be released.

  • Orders & quotes

The + button in Confirm Delivery stops at the picked-up total on split deliveries

When one pickup is split across several deliveries, the + button in the Confirm Delivery window now stops once the deliveries together reach the quantity picked up. Opening the window from a delivery stop's Delivered option on the order page now follows the same limit as Dispatch.

  • Drivers & driver app

Chat messages show the sender's photo as soon as they arrive

In driver app version 2.x, new chat messages now show the sender's profile photo as soon as they arrive, instead of initials until the chat is reopened. In the Portal Inbox, new messages from other team members do the same, and route conversations in the conversation list now show who sent the latest message.

  • Integrations & maps

Fleet list shows Samsara location, vehicle name and VIN for linked trucks

With your Samsara account connected under Settings → Integrations, each truck linked to a Samsara vehicle now shows that vehicle's current location, name and VIN in the Settings → Fleet list.

  • Orders & quotes

Undoing a stop only asks about related stops that are still confirmed

When you choose Undo Pickup or Undo Delivery on an order stop, the confirmation window now appears only if a related stop is still confirmed, and it lists only those stops. If none of them is still confirmed, for example because you already undid them, the stop you picked is undone straight away.

  • Dispatch & routing

Route cards keep an accurate load bar after you assign or unassign stops

The load bar on dispatch board route cards, and the vehicle capacity count beside it, now update correctly each time you assign or unassign a stop. The load is counted across the whole route, not only the stops your current search or date filter shows.

  • Orders & quotes

Orders list shows hub and transfer stops in the order the freight travels

On the Orders list, an order split into two legs, through a hub or a transfer between routes, now shows its stop markers in the order the freight travels: pickup, drop-off at the hub or transfer point, collection for the second leg, then final delivery. Hovering a stop marker also keeps its details open without the popup flickering.

  • Orders & quotes

Deleting an order's stop in another country clears the two-driver and hub notices

When you delete an order's stop in another country, or a stop flagged Assign HUB, any Assign HUB warning tied to it now clears as soon as the stop is deleted. Once the remaining stops are in one country and none still needs a hub, the notice asking you to assign the stops to separate drivers goes away too, and the order-level Assign Driver button is available again.

  • Orders & quotes

Assigning a hub no longer adds a customer named after the warehouse

Saving an order after you assign it a hub no longer adds a prospect customer named after the hub's warehouse, and the hub stop keeps the warehouse's saved address. If you then change that hub stop's address in the order, only that stop gets the new address: the warehouse's address in Settings → Locations, and on other hub stops that use it, stays the same. Customers already created this way, and hub stops already moved onto their addresses, are left as they are.

  • Orders & quotes

Searching by the text the address picker shows finds the saved address again

On an order's pickup and delivery stops, the Address picker lists saved addresses in a shortened form, such as 7513 147Th St, Queens, NY for a saved 75-13 147th St, and keeps that text in the box after you pick one. Searching with that text, or editing it, now finds the saved address, and so does typing the street without its punctuation, such as 7513 147th. Before, a dash or other punctuation in the saved street meant no saved address matched, and only map suggestions came back, which could point to unrelated places. When the box holds exactly the text of a saved address, as it does after you pick one, the picker shows that saved address without adding map suggestions; after you edit the text, map suggestions can still appear alongside it.

  • Platform

When an address can't be saved, the message now says why

When a customer's or outsource carrier's address can't be saved, for example after you change the Company Location in a customer's Company information, the error now gives the reason instead of only Address validation failed, such as that the customer already has a location with that address or with that title, or that the address is missing. The reason appears in the language you use the Portal in, English or Hebrew.

  • Dispatch & routing

The Add Pickup and Add Delivery window uses its full width in Safari

The window for adding unassigned pickups and deliveries to a route now shows one full-width, column-aligned line per stop in Safari on wide screens, as in other browsers. It opens from a route's + button on the Old UI dispatch board and from an order stop's Assign Pickup or Assign Delivery warning. Stops with no date or time set now read None instead of an empty label.

  • Platform

Text editor toolbars are easier to read in dark theme and lay out correctly in Hebrew

The formatting toolbar in Settings → Terms & Conditions and in the new Settings → Email Templates editor now shows its buttons, menus, link box and placeholder text clearly in dark theme. In Hebrew, the toolbar uses the same compact spacing as in English, and the text size and heading menus show their arrow beside the label instead of over it.

  • Billing & accounting

The Order Invoices view in Accounting shows how often each invoice was downloaded

In Accounting, the Order Invoices view, opened from Order Invoices in an invoice's menu or the View All Invoices icon, now shows a download count on each downloaded invoice, as the main invoice list already does. Hover the download icon to see how many times it was downloaded and when it was last downloaded, including for invoices edited after they were downloaded.

  • Orders & quotes

Item sizes print once on Bills of Lading, quotes and order sheets

On Bills of Lading, quote PDFs and order sheets, each item's size now prints once, on the line under the item name. It is followed by the pallet size's dimensions when a pallet size is chosen, then any dimensions entered on the item. The weight column now shows only the weight.

  • Dispatch & routing

Copy to Driver and the Dispatch board header are now easier to use on tablets

On a tablet, a swipe now scrolls the stop list in the Copy to Driver window, and you reorder stops by dragging each card's handle; with a mouse you can still drag a card from anywhere outside its text. The Dispatch board header also fits tablet screens: in the New UI its controls sit on their own row below the header icons and wrap when needed, with every button label kept.

  • Dispatch & routing

Moving a stop to the other half of its transfer now asks for one confirmation

On the Dispatch board, dragging an order's last pickup or delivery off a route where only its transfer would remain, onto the route with the transfer's other half, now shows one confirmation to delete the transfer or HUB hand-off, not the Route Transfer Confirmation window. Confirming moves the stop and removes the transfer from both routes. The move is refused once part of the transfer is confirmed or already in progress with the driver.

  • Dispatch & routing

Rearranging a route keeps the driver and truck on its confirmed stops

When you add, move or reorder stops on a route after changing its driver or truck, the stops already confirmed on it now keep the driver and truck recorded for them instead of taking on the route's new ones.

  • Platform

The Settings menu keeps its place when you open an entry

When you pick an entry further down the Settings menu, the menu now stays where you scrolled it instead of jumping back to the top, and keeps the selected entry in view. Opening Settings from another page starts the menu at the top, and if you land on a Settings page further down, for example from a direct link, the menu scrolls to show that entry.

  • Orders & quotes

The Related Orders tab shows how many sub-orders an order has

When an order has sub-orders, the Related Orders tab on the order page in the New UI now shows how many there are. The Old UI already showed this count.

  • Orders & quotes

Documents print a stop's time in your time zone instead of UTC

Bills of lading, quotes, invoices and proof of delivery documents that you open or email from the Company Portal now print a stop's exact time in your computer's time zone, with its UTC offset shown, instead of in UTC, so a time entered in your zone prints as you entered it, and the date next to it follows the same zone. A 7:00 PM pickup in New York used to print as 11:00 PM. Stops set to Morning, Noon or Evening print as before.

  • Dispatch & routing

Expanded route cards keep each day's stops together

On the Dispatch board, when an expanded route card loads more stops and some of a day's stops arrive in the next batch, they now join that day: the Old UI shows the day's heading once instead of twice, and the New UI keeps the day's stops in one list. Adding a stop to a route from a board that still shows it after it was removed elsewhere, for example when its transfer was deleted, is now refused with Invalid Stop, instead of adding a transfer stop that isn't linked to any transfer; refresh the board and try again.

  • Dispatch & routing

A direct delivery can be confirmed once its own pickup is

On an order where part of a pickup goes straight to a customer and the rest goes through a transfer, the direct delivery's Confirm button, in the New UI and the Old UI, now waits only for the pickup its items come from. It no longer stays disabled until the pickup from the transfer, on another route, is confirmed. A delivery fed by the transfer still waits for that pickup, and the tooltip on a disabled Confirm says whether it is waiting for the pickup or for the pickup from the transfer.

  • Orders & quotes

Expanded orders show an item-less pickup and delivery on one row

When you expand an order on the Orders list, in the New UI and the Old UI, a pickup and a delivery that have no items are now shown together on one row, pickup first, instead of on two separate rows that each had their own status progress, and the order's Package Details tab lists them as one row too. With several such stops, they are paired in stop order. Orders whose stops carry items look the same as before.

  • Billing & accounting

Saving an edited invoice always saves it or shows what to fix

In Accounting, Save, Save and Send and Save & Close on an invoice you are editing, for example after Add Fee, now always save it or point you to what needs fixing: invalid lines open for editing, and other invalid fields are highlighted with a message asking you to check them. Before, Save could do nothing at all, for example right after you corrected a value.

  • Billing & accounting

Settings → Billing shows the invoice settings that are actually saved

Settings → Billing now loads your company's billing settings from the server each time you open it, so Create Invoices and the page's other settings show what is actually saved, even if they were changed in another tab or by another user since you opened the Portal. Before, the page could still show the values from when you opened the Portal, for example Manual while invoices were in fact being created automatically. Changes you have already started on the page are not overwritten.

  • Orders & quotes

The Assign Driver panel keeps its page numbers in view and estimates a distance for drivers without a recent location

In an order's Assign Driver panel, in the New UI and the Old UI, the list of drivers now scrolls inside the panel and its page numbers stay pinned below it, so you can always reach the next page of drivers. Before, the rows above the list could push the page numbers below the bottom of the panel. Drivers without a recent GPS location now show an estimated distance, marked with "~" and a tooltip naming its source: the driver's last completed stop or, for users allowed to view driver details, the driver's home address. How many days back the driver's last known app location counts is a new setting, Settings → Driver App → Preferences → Last known location window (days), 30 days by default as before. The distance is measured to the stop that still needs a driver, using that stop's saved coordinates for companies that look up coordinates when an address is saved. While driver GPS history pruning is on, that window cannot be longer than the GPS retention period (and never more than 365 days), and Assign Driver uses no GPS location older than the retention. Lowering the retention under Settings → Profile → Driver data retention lowers the window too, and a message says so.

  • Integrations & maps

The AI assistant tells you when a route's toll costs can't be calculated

For companies connected to Trimble Maps, the AI assistant can look up truck tolls along a route. When no toll provider is connected for your company, it now says toll costs can't be calculated and that an administrator can connect one under Settings → Integrations, instead of reporting $0 in tolls. TollGuru is available there.

  • Orders & quotes

Clean all data and Clear All no longer show an address error before you type

After Clean all data in a pickup or delivery address window, or Clear All on a New UI order stop, the emptied Address field no longer shows its required-field warning before you have entered anything; the checks still run when you edit or save. In the pickup window, Save, Save and add item and Add items later on an incomplete stop now point out the missing fields, as the delivery window already did, instead of doing nothing.

  • Platform

Saving a customer's Company information works when its locations share a title

Saving a customer's Company information, or editing the customer's address from an Old UI order, no longer fails with an address error when another of the customer's locations already has the same title as its main location, for example a location named after the customer. Giving a location a title the customer already uses is still refused.

  • Dispatch & routing

Confirm & Create Delivery offers the items left to deliver and asks which driver takes them

When you confirm an order's last stop with items left over and choose Confirm & Create Delivery, the Add Items to Delivery window now offers the items still to deliver. Before, the quantities you had just lowered were not counted yet, so the window showed nothing left to add and its Add All button read All Added. After you add items, you are asked "Assign to the same driver?": Yes gives the new delivery to the driver who has those items, as before, and No leaves it in Unassigned. While that new delivery has items to deliver, confirming the stop no longer closes the order. This works in the New UI and the Old UI.

  • Dispatch & routing

The Dispatch board no longer shows the same route cards twice

Scrolling down the Dispatch board while it was reloading its routes could add the next page of routes to the old list, so a block of route cards appeared twice. A reload now starts again from the first page and waits for it before loading more, and a route that is already on the board is never added a second time. This applies to the New UI and the Old UI.

  • Platform

Date picker calendars label the Sunday column

In the Portal's date pickers and date range pickers, the calendar's Sunday column had no heading. It now shows the day's short name like the other columns, in English and Hebrew.

  • Billing & accounting

Each invoice paid by a bulk payment shows only its own share of the payment

Bulk payments: each invoice paid by a bulk payment now shows only its own share of the payment, in its balance, paid status and credit and in the order list, while the payment row still shows the full amount received. Customer balances are unchanged.

  • Billing & accounting

Saving a new invoice no longer offers to replace an unrelated invoice

Saving a new invoice whose number matches an order number no longer offers to replace, and overwrite, an unrelated invoice.

  • Billing & accounting

Invoice totals and invoices sent to QuickBooks leave out deleted lines

Invoices sent to QuickBooks no longer include deleted lines, and item lines are sent as price × quantity, so QuickBooks gets the same line amounts as the invoice. The invoice editor's total also no longer counts deleted lines, and an item without a quantity counts as zero, matching the saved invoice.

  • Dispatch & routing

Driver distances on the Dispatch board show two decimals

For companies that use miles, the distance from the driver to the selected stop on the Dispatch board showed every digit, for example "Driver is 12.394349587425422 mi away". It now shows two decimals, "Driver is 12.39 mi away". Route mileage on route cards already had two decimals and looks the same as before, and kilometers are unchanged. This applies to the New UI and the Old UI.

  • Dispatch & routing

Starting a shift in the Telegram bot no longer changes the driver of finished routes

When a driver starts a shift in the Telegram bot and picks a truck, completed and archived routes now keep their driver. Before, starting a shift took that driver off their own finished routes and put them on every finished route of the chosen truck, so a finished route could show no driver or the wrong one. Open routes still move to the driver who starts the shift, as before. Also, a driver who has no route can now send the truck photos when ending a shift; before, the bot refused each photo and asked for a picture taken on the device.

  • Dispatch & routing

The New Route button also appears in the Old UI dispatch list view

Dispatch (old interface): the New Route button now also appears in the toolbar in list view, not only in card view. Card view is now also kept in the page address, so a link or bookmark opens the view you chose. The separate list and card buttons are now one toggle that shows the view it switches to.

  • Orders & quotes

Bills of lading print at 100% without manual scaling, and labels at their true 4 × 6 in size

Bills of lading printed from the Company Portal now print at 100% scale, with a typical one on a single Letter or A4 page, so there is no need to scale them down by hand, and pallet labels print at their true 4 × 6 in size, the same as the label PDF. Printed documents keep their background shading (for example the proof-of-delivery section headers and highlighted BOL items) even when the browser's Background graphics option is off. Invoices printed in the classic layout now use a plain Arial 12 px font on a white background.

  • Dispatch & routing

Orders with no saved route open for assignment instead of showing a route directions error

An order with no saved route, for example one created through the API, now opens for assignment, for example in its Assign Driver panel, instead of failing with "The system cannot find route directions for the provided order stop address." The route is looked up once and saved with the order, and the order's price is not changed. If no route can be found for the addresses, the same error is shown, and the lookup is tried again after a few hours or as soon as an address is corrected.

  • Platform

Lists move to a page they can show when a later page fails to load or comes back empty

In the Drivers list and the other lists of the Company Portal, when a later page fails to load or comes back empty, the list now moves to a page it can show, the new last page or the first page, keeping your search, sort and page size, instead of getting stuck on "No records found" with the page numbers gone.

  • Platform

Pages no longer keep loading forever after an update

If a page, such as a Settings page, cannot load because RushHour was updated while the app was open in your browser, the loading spinner no longer keeps spinning: the app reloads once to the page you opened. If the page still cannot load, for example while you are offline, a message tells you and reloads it when you click it. In a list with no rows, "No records found" is now centered in tables of a fixed height and stays in view when a wide table is scrolled sideways.

Driver Appv2.0.30
  • Android: in Google Play review
  • iPhone: not available yet

The app tells you when you were signed out

Driver app 2.0.30 tells you when it signs you out, for example because your session expired or your password was reset, and asks you to sign in again. With platform 0.3.234 or later on the server, a driver whose account was blocked or deactivated is also told why before being signed out. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

  • Drivers & driver app

With the platform update, a blocked or deactivated driver is told why

With platform 0.3.234 or later on the server, when the server refuses a signed-in driver because the office blocked, deleted or deactivated the account, the app shows the Account Access Restricted notice with the reason, once, and signs the driver out when they tap OK. Until the server has that update, those refusals show as a general server error, as before. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

The app tells you when you were signed out

When your session ends and the app signs you out, for example because it expired or your password was reset, the app now shows "You were signed out" and asks you to sign in again, or to contact your dispatcher if you cannot, instead of returning to the sign-in screen without a word. Signing in again shows the specific reason, such as a blocked account. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

Driver Appv2.0.29
  • Android: in Google Play review
  • iPhone: in App Store review

Your company's own map in the driver app, and a calmer app when the server is busy

Driver app 2.0.29 shows your company's chosen map (Mapbox, HERE or OpenStreetMap) on the map's Default view, and keeps Google Maps whenever that map cannot load. When the server is busy the app waits and tries again instead of showing an error, and it starts with fewer repeated requests. Separately, on October 12, 2026 we fixed the map that stayed blank on Android phones that installed the app from Google Play; that fix needed no update. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

New1

  • Drivers & driver app

The map shows your company's own map provider

If your company chose Mapbox, HERE or OpenStreetMap as its map (Company Portal → Settings → Integrations → Map type), the driver app now shows that map on the map's Default view, with the provider's credit in the corner. Satellite, Hybrid and Terrain stay Google imagery, and a company that chose its own map opens on it unless the driver picks another view. For companies on Google Maps nothing changes. Radar and Trimble companies keep Google Maps in the app (Radar's map tiles cannot be loaded by the phone's map). The app checks that the provider answers before switching, so the map never goes blank: if the provider's map cannot load, Google Maps stays. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

Improved2

  • Drivers & driver app

When the server is busy, the app waits and tries again

When the RushHour server answers that it is busy, the app now waits a moment and tries again instead of showing a general error, and its automatic refreshes are spread out so that phones do not all ask at the same second. A duty status change that could not be sent still shows the Not Synced Yet notice, and when the server is busy while your orders load, the message says so instead of asking you to check your connection. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

  • Drivers & driver app

The app starts with fewer repeated requests

When the app starts, it now reads your driver profile once instead of up to three times, and opening the map reuses routes loaded in the last 30 seconds instead of loading them again. Stop details, such as holds, still refresh every time the map opens and on your company's refresh schedule, and pull-to-refresh and saving My Truck always read fresh data. Submitted to Google Play on October 12, 2026 (Android); on iPhone it follows once the App Store review is done.

  • Drivers & driver app

The map no longer stays blank on Android phones that installed the app from Google Play

On Android phones that installed the driver app from Google Play, the map could stay blank. The Google Maps key was in the app, but Google refused it for the copy of the app that Google Play delivers. That was fixed on our side on October 12, 2026, for every installed version, so no update is needed: if the map was blank, close and reopen the app. Test builds and iPhones were not affected.

Customer Portalv0.1.15
  • Web: available since October 12, 2026

Customer Portal maps load again and follow the map you chose

The maps in the Customer Portal (Track Live and the location map on Profile) showed an error instead of a map. They load again, they now use the map your company chose in the Company Portal, and if Google Maps cannot load they show OpenStreetMap instead of an error.

Improved1

  • Customer portal

The Customer Portal shows the map your company chose

The Customer Portal's maps now follow the map your company picked in the Company Portal (Settings → Integrations → Map type): Google Maps, Mapbox, HERE, Radar or OpenStreetMap. Before, they always used Google Maps. If Google Maps cannot load, the map shows OpenStreetMap instead of an error.

Fixed1

  • Customer portal

Maps in the Customer Portal load again

Track Live and the location map on Profile showed an error (or an empty card) instead of a map, because the live Customer Portal had no Google Maps key. It now has its own key, limited to the Customer Portal's address and to map display, and the maps load.

Driver Appv2.0.28
  • Android: available since October 10, 2026
  • iPhone: not available yet

A new look for the map, an offline notice, the order's chat from a stop, rating a stop's location, and a prompt before arriving out of order

Driver app 2.0.28 gives the map a new look: cards along the bottom show your stops and how far away each one is, a bubble over the next stop shows the planned drive time for that leg, the map buttons sit in one column clear of the cards and banners, and the arrival banner has a Reroute button. The map also tells you when your phone is offline and what is still waiting to be sent, a stop's details have a button that opens the chat with dispatch about that order, and after you complete a stop you can rate its location. If you tap a stop and press Arrived while an earlier stop is still open, the app now asks first and names both stops. On iPhone, the zoom buttons also work when your company uses the phone's built-in map, and VoiceOver reaches everything inside dialogs and pop-up panels. It is on Android in Google Play since October 10, 2026, and not yet in the App Store.

New2

  • Drivers & driver app

Open the chat about an order from a stop's details

A stop's details (the pickup or delivery card and the stop steps) have a new "Chat with dispatch about this order" button. It opens the conversation with the office about that order, starting it if there is none yet, and the conversation also shows under Messages. The button appears only when the stop belongs to an order; the existing message and call buttons are unchanged. On Android in Google Play since October 10, 2026; not yet in the App Store.

  • Drivers & driver app

Rate a stop's location after you complete it

The Task Completed screen now asks "How was this location?": give it 1 to 5 stars and, if you like, a note. Rating is optional and never holds you up, a stop you already rated shows your rating instead of asking again, and the rating is saved with the stop. On Android in Google Play since October 10, 2026; not yet in the App Store.

Improved3

  • Drivers & driver app

A new look for the map, with stop cards, a drive-time bubble and the map buttons in one column

The map has a new look. Cards along the bottom show your stops and how far away each one is in a straight line, with the next stop outlined, and the stop pins are numbered. A bubble over the next stop shows the planned drive time for that leg, or the minutes until you arrive when an arrival time is predicted; tap it to hide it. The map buttons (layers, center on your location, 3D, zoom, and route chat and rest stops when they are turned on) sit in one column that stays clear of the stop cards, banners and tab bar, and the Layers menu also offers zoom and Refresh route. The arrival banner has a Reroute button. On iPhone, the zoom buttons now also work when your company uses the phone's built-in map. On Android in Google Play since October 10, 2026; not yet in the App Store.

  • Drivers & driver app

The map shows when your phone is offline and what is still waiting to be sent

When your phone has no connection, a banner under the route header says so and lists what is saved on the phone waiting to be sent: scans, expenses and duty status changes. After you reconnect, a quieter line shows what is still waiting. Scans and duty status changes send by themselves when you are back online; queued expenses are sent from My Expenses (tap Retry). On Android in Google Play since October 10, 2026; not yet in the App Store.

  • Drivers & driver app

Arriving at a tapped stop while an earlier stop is open asks first, naming both stops

When you tap a stop on the map and press Arrived while an earlier stop is still open, the app now asks first and names both stops by their map pin numbers, for example "Stop 1 is still open. Arrive at Stop 2 anyway?". If the open stop is the pickup for the same order, it says "The pickup for this order (Stop 1) is still open. Arrive at the delivery (Stop 2) anyway?". Continue arrives as before and Cancel goes back; nothing is blocked. The arrival banner that appears when you reach a stop keeps its own prompt. On Android in Google Play since October 10, 2026; not yet in the App Store.

Fixed1

  • Drivers & driver app

On iPhone, VoiceOver reaches everything inside dialogs and pop-up panels

With VoiceOver on, dialogs and pop-up panels read only as a single "Dismiss" button, so their titles, buttons and fields could not be reached: for example logging out, the DVIR and Hours of Service confirmations, the arrival prompts, editing a chat message, the emoji, order and duty status pickers, order details, a failed pickup or delivery, and missing or damaged items. VoiceOver now reaches each title, button and field, and the area outside the panel is its own "Dismiss" button. Nothing changes for drivers who do not use VoiceOver, and on Android TalkBack could already reach these controls. Not yet in the App Store or in any iPhone build you can install.

Driver Appv2.0.25
  • Android: available since October 8, 2026
  • iPhone: available since October 9, 2026

See who wrote a chat message, a message menu that works with screen readers, the map opens on your recent position without a live GPS fix, and a clearer message when stop details did not load

Driver app 2.0.25: in chat, tap a sender's name or photo to see who they are; a screen reader can now reach every option of the menu you get by pressing and holding a chat message; when the phone has no live GPS fix as the map opens, the map now opens on the phone's recent position instead of on your first stop; and when a stop's details did not load the app now asks you to go back and refresh the route. It also updates the app's Expo libraries. It was sent to Google Play on October 8, 2026. On iPhone, 2.0.25 is also the version that brings the changes of 2.0.16 to 2.0.22 to the App Store; Apple approved it, and it has been on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

New1

  • Drivers & driver app

See who wrote a chat message

In a chat, tap the name above someone's message, or their photo, to open their profile: their photo, their name, and whether they are a driver or the office. For a driver it also shows whether they are online now or, in chats that list their members, when they were last seen. It works in reply threads too. The profile shows only what the chat already shows about that person, and opening it sends no extra request. A long press on the name still opens the message menu. On Android and iPhone, in version 2.0.25 on Google Play and the App Store.

Improved3

  • Drivers & driver app

The chat message menu works with screen readers

When you press and hold a chat message, a screen reader can now reach every option in the menu that opens: the emoji bar and actions such as Reply in thread, Copy or Delete. Without this fix, VoiceOver on iPhone read the whole menu as a single "Close message options" item. "Close message options" is still there for VoiceOver and TalkBack, and the VoiceOver escape gesture also closes the menu. Nothing changes for drivers who tap. On Android and iPhone, in version 2.0.25 on Google Play and the App Store.

  • Drivers & driver app

The map opens on your recent position when there is no live GPS fix

If the phone has no fresh GPS fix when the map opens (for example indoors, or just after you turn location on), the map now opens on the phone's own recent position, a fix from the last 10 minutes that is accurate to within about 1 km, instead of on your first stop. Automatic arrival at a stop still waits for a live GPS fix, and the "Waiting for GPS" notice still shows. The recent position stays on your phone: the app does not send it anywhere. On Android and iPhone, in version 2.0.25 on Google Play and the App Store.

  • Drivers & driver app

A clearer message when a stop's details did not load

When you start a pickup or a drop-off from its details screen and the stop's details had not loaded (for example after a timeout or without signal), the app now says "Stop details did not load. Go back, refresh the route and try again." Before, it only said "Could not access order information.", which it still says when the details loaded but are incomplete. On Android and iPhone, in version 2.0.25 on Google Play and the App Store.

Driver Appv2.0.22
  • Android: available since October 7, 2026
  • iPhone: not available yet

An iPhone update for 2.0.16 to 2.0.21 that version 2.0.25 replaced

Driver app 2.0.22 was built to bring the changes of versions 2.0.16, 2.0.17 and 2.0.21 to iPhone; Apple did not let those versions onto the App Store. It changes nothing you can see on Android. The iPhone app is no longer offered on the App Store in France. It was sent to Google Play on October 7, 2026. On iPhone, 2.0.22 never reached the App Store: version 2.0.25 replaced it and carries all of these changes; 2.0.25 reached the App Store on October 9, 2026.

Version 2.0.22 was built to carry, on iPhone, everything listed for versions 2.0.16, 2.0.17 and 2.0.21 (2.0.18 to 2.0.20 were test builds, included in 2.0.21): among them the new chat look, the refreshed screens, duty status changes sent sooner and in order, and permission requests that say what the camera, photos, microphone and location are used for. The iPhone app is no longer offered on the App Store in France. On Android this version changes nothing you can see. On iPhone, 2.0.22 never reached the App Store: version 2.0.25 replaced it and carries these changes; 2.0.25 reached the App Store on October 9, 2026.

  • iPhone: available since October 9, 2026

A new chat look, refreshed screens, duty status changes sent sooner and in order, and clearer iPhone permission requests

Driver app 2.0.21 gives chat a new look: press and hold a message to copy, forward or save it, add emoji from the message box, and open a chat's info screen to see who is in it. Once the platform update it needs is in production, chat also adds voice and video calls, reactions, thread replies, voice messages, documents, location and order sharing, group settings, mute and end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Explore remembers your recent searches, and the side menu, Nearby Rest Stops, trainings, violations, Settings, Scanning, Notifications and DVIR screens are refreshed. The app also sends the duty status changes waiting on your phone sooner and always in the order you made them, shows on Hours Of Service how many are still waiting, now also when you have signal, tells you when one had to be discarded, and warns you in the US DOT dialog about changes that have not reached the server yet. Its location sharing explanation now also says who else can see your vehicle's position if your company uses shipment tracking links, and on iPhone its permission requests now say what the camera, photos, microphone and location are used for. It was sent to Google Play on October 7, 2026. On iPhone, Apple's upload check refused 2.0.21, so its changes came with version 2.0.25, which reached the App Store on October 9, 2026.

Chat has a new look: copy, forward and save messages, emoji, and a chat info screen

Chat has a new look. Press and hold a message to copy its text, forward it to another chat or save its photo or file to your phone. An emoji button in the message box opens an emoji picker. Tap a chat's name to open its info screen and see who is in the chat. In the chats list, a chat whose last message mentions you is marked. These work with the platform version in production today. On Android in version 2.0.21 on Google Play; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

Chat calls, reactions, threads, voice messages, secret chats and more, with the platform update

With platform 0.3.218 or later, chat adds voice and video calls from a chat, emoji reactions, thread replies, editing and deleting your own messages, voice messages, documents, sharing your location or an order, link previews, a group photo, name, auto-delete and added members, muting a chat, online status, and end-to-end encrypted secret chats. The app offers each of these only when the platform it is connected to supports it; until then chat works as described in the entry above. The Android test (stage) build already shows them, because the stage platform has them. Version 2.0.21 on Google Play includes them and will offer them once the production platform has them; on iPhone, version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026, does the same.

Duty status changes waiting on your phone are sent sooner and always in order

Duty status changes waiting on your phone, for example from a stretch without signal, are now sent as soon as the app can: when you sign in or open the app, when you come back to it, when signal returns on any screen, when you open Hours Of Service or go back to it, every minute while the app is open, and before a new change you make with signal. Before, they were sent only when signal returned while Hours Of Service was loaded, when you tapped Retry sync, or when you signed out. When you change your status with signal while earlier changes are still waiting, the app sends those first; if any is still waiting, your new change is saved on the phone and sent after them, so the server gets your changes in the order you made them. Before, it was sent at once, and an earlier change arriving later could replace it as your current status. While a change waits, Hours Of Service keeps showing it as your current status, also after the app restarts. With signal, it now also shows how many are waiting, such as "2 duty status changes waiting to sync", with Retry sync; without signal, the offline banner shows the count as before. If the server keeps refusing a change, the app discards it and tells you so, usually with a "Sync Failed" message, now also when that happened in the background (shown when you come back) or as you sign out. Send Information to US DOT now warns you when changes have not reached the server yet and so will not be in that transmission. On Android in version 2.0.21 on Google Play; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

The location sharing explanation says who else can see your vehicle's position

The explanation you see before allowing location access, and on Settings → Location Sharing, now also says that if your company uses shipment tracking links, anyone with an order's tracking link (for example, that order's customer) can see roughly where your vehicle is while that order has stops still to do on your active route, and may see its exact position when you are heading to that order's stop. Every earlier sentence is unchanged. On Android in version 2.0.21 on Google Play; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

  • Drivers & driver app

Refreshed screens: Explore remembers your searches, plus a new side menu, rest stop cards and trainings list

Explore now remembers your recent searches under Previous Searches. They belong to the signed-in driver and are cleared when you sign out, so the next driver on a shared phone does not see them. The side menu has a search field and shows your name and email above Logout. Nearby Rest Stops shows new cards with a photo thumbnail and the address. Trainings are listed in one column with each training's progress, and the suggested trainings under Violations have a See all link to that list. Each violation shows where it happened. The Settings, Scanning, Notifications and DVIR screens are clearer, and the DVIR header shows the vehicle plate. On Android in version 2.0.21 on Google Play; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

  • Drivers & driver app

On iPhone, permission requests say what the camera, photos, microphone and location are used for

On iPhone, when the app asks for access to your camera, photo library, microphone or location, the message now says what the app uses it for and gives an example. For instance, the camera message names photographing delivered freight at the dock as proof of delivery and scanning a shipment barcode, and the background location message explains that dispatch can see your truck on the live map while your phone is locked in its mount. You see these messages when the app asks for a permission you have not answered yet. Android is unchanged. It came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

See the invite code from a pasted link, and reopening the app no longer signs the phone up for the previous driver's notifications when Keep me signed in is off

Driver app 2.0.17 shows the invite code it picked out of a pasted invitation link, and when Keep me signed in is off, reopening the app no longer signs the phone up for the previous driver's notifications. It also sends the time of each duty-status change you make without signal, which RushHour will start using once RushHour platform 0.3.203 or later is in production. Its release was started on October 4, 2026, and it reached Google Play on October 5, 2026. On iPhone, 2.0.17 never reached the App Store: Apple did not approve it, and its changes came with version 2.0.25, which reached the App Store on October 9, 2026.

  • Compliance & safety

Duty-status changes made without signal now carry the time you made them

When you change your duty status with no signal, the app now also sends RushHour the time you made the change, by your phone's clock, and a unique reference that lets RushHour recognise the same change if it arrives twice. Your log does not change yet: each change is still logged at the time it reaches RushHour. Once RushHour platform 0.3.203 or later is in production, such a change will be logged at the time you made it, up to 72 hours back unless that day's log was already sent to an inspector, and a change that arrives twice will be logged once. On Android; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

After you paste your invitation link, the invite code field shows the code the app picked out of it

On the Enter Invite Code screen, when you paste your invitation link and tap Continue, the field now shows the invite code the app picked out of the link, which is the code it checks. Before, if that code was not accepted, the field still showed the whole link. On Android; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

  • Drivers & driver app

With Keep me signed in off, reopening the app no longer signs the phone up for the previous driver's notifications

If a driver signed in with Keep me signed in turned off, the next time the app starts after being closed it ends their session and asks RushHour to stop sending their notifications to this phone. At that same start, the app also signed the phone up for that driver's notifications again, so on a shared phone the previous driver's notifications could keep arriving. It no longer does that at such a start. The next driver who signs in on the phone is signed up for their own notifications, as before. This only matters on a phone that receives RushHour notifications. The change is in version 2.0.17 on Google Play; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

WhatsApp in View Details, buttons clear of the tab bar, layout and dark mode fixes

Driver app 2.0.16 adds a WhatsApp button to View Details on the Stops tab, stops Continue Stop, the new-group button and the map's arrival banner from being hidden behind the tab bar, removes an empty band around the header on several screens, and makes popups stand out in dark mode. On Android it also stops tab names from being cut off with a larger font size. It was released on Google Play on October 3, 2026. On iPhone, 2.0.16 never reached the App Store: its review was replaced by later versions, and its changes came with version 2.0.25, which reached the App Store on October 9, 2026.

  • Drivers & driver app

Contact a stop on WhatsApp from View Details

In View Details for an order on the Stops tab, a WhatsApp button now sits between the message and call buttons. It opens a WhatsApp chat with the phone number shown for the stop, or WhatsApp's web page if the app is not installed. A number saved without a country code is treated as a US or Canadian number only when it has the North American 10-digit format (with or without a leading 1); for any other number without a country code, the app says the number needs its country code instead of guessing one. Calling a stop or order, from the Stops and Routes tabs or from View Details, now removes spaces, brackets and dashes from the number before dialing, and dials an extension such as "ext 12" after a short pause. If the number has nothing to dial, a message says so, and if the phone can't place the call, a message now says so instead of nothing happening. On Android; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

Popups stand out from the screen behind them in dark mode

In dark mode, the screen behind many popups is now dimmed much more, so popups such as View Details, Change Duty Status in HOS, the Pickup Failed and Delivery Failed windows and the missing or damaged items window stand out from what is behind them. In light mode the dimming is unchanged. The View Details card also has a thin border in dark mode and a shadow on Android, and on tablets and unfolded foldable phones it is a centred card of limited width instead of stretching across the screen. When an order has no pallets, no payment to collect and no paperwork, View Details no longer shows an empty Details heading. On Android; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

Continue Stop, the new-group button and the arrival banner are no longer hidden behind the tab bar

The Continue Stop button on the Routes tab's stop list, the round new-group button on the Message tab and the "You've arrived at your destination" banner on the map now sit above the tab bar instead of partly or fully behind it. The Message list now leaves room at the end so its last chats can be scrolled above the tab bar, and so does the Stops list on phones where the tab bar is taller, such as Android phones with navigation buttons. On Android; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026. On Android phones set to a larger font size, the tab bar now grows with its labels, so they no longer sit on the phone's navigation buttons, and the map's buttons and banners move up with it. On iPhone the tab bar looks as before.

  • Drivers & driver app

No more empty band at the top of several screens

On the Dashboard, the Stops tab, HOS and vehicle inspections (DVIR), an empty band sat between the phone's status bar and the screen's header; the header now sits right under the status bar. In Settings, an empty band sat between the Settings header and the page; it is gone too. On Android; on iPhone it came with version 2.0.25, on the App Store since October 9, 2026.

  • Drivers & driver app

On Android, tab names are no longer cut off with a larger font size

On Android phones set to a larger font size, tab names were cut off, for example "Dashbo…" or "Messag…". They now stay on one line and shrink a little to fit their space instead. With a very large font setting, tab names now grow to at most 1.3 times their normal size, so they fit side by side. On a narrow phone that is also set to the largest display size, "Dashboard" can still be cut short, as before. On iPhone the tab names are unchanged.

Scan Documents in Settings works, and reliable scanned PDFs on Android

Driver app 2.0.15 makes Scan Documents in Settings work, from the photo to a PDF you can share, and on Android it makes the PDF of paperwork you scan at a stop reliable with several pages and names any page you need to retake. It was released on Google Play on October 2, 2026, and reached the App Store for iPhone on October 3, 2026. The PDF changes are for Android only.

Fixed2

  • Drivers & driver app

Scan Documents in Settings now works, from the photo to a PDF you can share

In Settings → Scanning → Scan Documents, taking or choosing a photo now moves on to cropping and review; before, nothing happened. Cropping a page you have rotated now keeps the area you marked. When you tap Done, the app makes one PDF of your pages and opens your phone's share sheet so you can send or save it, and you can share it again or tap Finish. On Android and iPhone.

  • Drivers & driver app

On Android, paperwork you scan at a stop makes a reliable PDF

On Android, when you scan paperwork while completing a stop, the PDF no longer comes out with blank pages or fails when you scan several pages, and each page is scaled to a size that prints well, which also keeps the file small. If a page can't be read, the message now says which page to retake, for example "Page 2 could not be read. Please retake it and try again." The same applies to PDFs from Scan Documents in Settings. On iPhone the PDF is made exactly as before.

Driver app 2.0.14 shows at a glance which stops are completed, on the stop list and on the map, lets you mention people in a chat by typing @, and makes Location Sharing and several labels readable in dark mode. It was released on Google Play on October 1, 2026, and on iPhone on October 2, 2026.

Mention people in a chat by typing @

In a chat, type @ at the start of your message or after a space to open a list of the people in that conversation. The list narrows as you type a name, and picking a person adds @ and their full name to your message. Mentioned names are shown in bold in the messages, and a mention of you is highlighted. A mention does not send a separate notification.

Improved1

  • Drivers & driver app

See completed stops at a glance on the stop list and the map

On the stop list, a completed stop's card now also shows when the stop was finished ("Completed at …") and is dimmed, so the stops still to do stand out. On the map, a completed stop's pin turns green with a small check mark, keeps its stop number and sits below the pins of the stops still to do, so it never hides the next stop. Before, the map drew completed stops like any other stop.

Location Sharing and several labels are readable in dark mode

In dark mode, the Location Sharing screen showed its labels in black on the dark background, and some labels and buttons elsewhere, such as Cancel in search and Edit on your driver profile, were hard to read. They now use the dark theme's colours.

Paste invitation links, keep every offline duty-status change, clear the session when Keep me signed in is off

Driver app 2.0.13 lets you paste the whole invitation link into the invite code field, keeps every duty-status change you make without signal instead of only the last one, and clears your session from the phone at the next app start when Keep me signed in is off. It was released on Google Play on September 29, 2026. It reached the App Store for iPhone on September 30, 2026.

Paste the whole invitation link into the invite code field

On the Enter Invite Code screen you can now paste the whole invitation link from your invitation email, not only the code. The app picks the code out of the link and checks it. Before, a pasted link was answered with "This invite code was not found. Check the code in your invitation email." Invisible characters that can come along when you copy from an email are removed too.

  • Drivers & driver app

Every duty-status change made without signal is now kept, not only the last one

When you change your duty status with no signal, the app now keeps every change, not only the last one. When the app sees your signal come back while it is open with the HOS tab loaded, it sends them in the order you made them. If the app is closed first, they wait on the phone until that happens. Before, only your last change was kept, and a change could also be dropped after a few failed attempts while you were still without signal. A change that RushHour refuses three times is still dropped, with the message "A duty status change could not be synced." For now, each change is recorded in your log at the time it reaches RushHour, not the time you made it.

  • Drivers & driver app

With Keep me signed in off, the next app start now clears your session from the phone

If you signed in with Keep me signed in turned off, the next time the app starts after being closed it now clears your session from the phone, much like Log out: your profile and the company's app settings saved on the phone are cleared, your daily vehicle inspection (DVIR) reminder is cancelled, and the app asks RushHour to stop sending your notifications to this phone. Before, the app only removed your sign-in and stopped location sharing, so on a shared phone the next driver could still get your notifications and your DVIR reminder. Unlike Log out, the app does not first try to send changes that have not reached the office yet: they stay on the phone, kept for you only, and can be sent after you sign back in on this phone.

No false "Route complete!" after each stop

Driver app 2.0.12 fixes the Task Completed screen, which said your route was complete after every stop even while stops were still open. This version was released on Google Play and, on September 29, 2026, on the App Store. On iPhone it replaced version 1.1.4 with the redesigned 2.x app, including the earlier 2.0 changes that apply to iPhone.

After you finished a stop, the Task Completed screen said "Route complete!" and offered Review End of Day even with stops still open on your route. Now, while stops remain, it says "Awesome, let's continue to task #N!", tells you your next stop is on the route map, and the Go to complete task #N button takes you back to the map. "Route complete!" and Review End of Day now appear only once no stops are left on your route, as long as the app can load the route's stops.

Help, in the side menu and in search, opens the RushHour support page instead of another company's contact page. Settings → Privacy also spells out what Delete Account does: your login is blocked straight away, your personal details are erased after a grace period (normally 30 days) during which the company you drive for can restore your account, and your delivery, inspection, hours-of-service, pay and expense records and the messages you sent stay with that company. How account deletion works has not changed.

Location sharing on every screen, and unread chats that stand out

The driver app now shares the truck's location throughout a route from whichever screen the driver is on, so the arrival times and distances the office sees in the Company Portal can use the phone's position even when the driver never opens the map. Chats with unread messages stand out, the Message tab shows the total unread, and the chat list puts Office and the route chats first. This version was released for Android on Google Play; iPhone drivers got these changes with version 2.0.12 on the App Store, on September 29, 2026.

Improved3

  • Drivers & driver app

Location sharing runs on every screen while a route has stops left

With a route assigned and stops still to do, the app now shares the truck's location from sign-in, on any screen. Before, sharing started only once the driver opened the map on the Routes tab, so a driver working from the Dashboard and the stop screens sent dispatch no location. A newly assigned route starts sharing on its own, and sharing stops once no stops are left or the driver signs out. It needs no new permission and starts only once the driver has allowed location access. On Android, a new Location tracking interval set under Settings → Driver App in the Company Portal now also applies to sharing that is already running; on iPhone, iOS decides how often the position is sent, so the interval does not apply there. Start sharing now in the app's Settings → Location Sharing shows the location notice only once.

  • Drivers & driver app

Unread chats stand out, with the total on the Message tab

Chats with unread messages now stand out in the list on the Message tab, with the chat name in bold, and the Message tab itself shows the total number of unread messages. When you open a conversation, an 'N new messages' line marks where you left off. A chat you have already read on another device clears its count the next time the list loads, and on a shared phone each driver sees only their own counts. With RushHour platform 0.3.207 or later, the messages you send are also marked once they have been read, and once everyone in the chat has read them.

  • Drivers & driver app

Office and route chats at the top of the chat list

The chat list on the Message tab now starts with Office as a single row, then the chats of the routes being driven under Current Route, then Archived Routes. The Archived Routes header shows how many chats it holds and folds or unfolds them with a tap, and a search always looks inside it. Order chats and direct messages follow as before. With RushHour platform 0.3.202 or later, the company-wide General Drivers chat sits just below Office.

A new route's chat opens without a manual refresh

When a route is assigned just before its chat is ready, the chat list shows a placeholder row for it that could not be opened until the driver pulled to refresh. This applies to the Google map; on iPhone, companies that use the phone's own map (Apple Maps) keep its usual look.

Chat folders, kept unsent messages and hours-of-service alerts while you drive

Driver app 2.0.4 groups chats into folders, keeps messages that could not be sent so they can go out later, and explains when a conversation is read-only. Hours-of-service limit alerts now reach drivers away from the HOS screen, with new alerts for an overdue 30-minute break and a used-up weekly cycle, and ending the day now tells drivers when the day could not be closed instead of moving on as if it had been. Chats are grouped into folders, and read-only chats say so

The chat list now groups conversations into Current Route, Office, Archived Routes, Orders and Direct Messages, and hides folders with nothing in them. Search also looks at each conversation's latest message. A conversation you can't post in shows a Read-only or Pending approval tag and explains why where the message box would be, for example that it is archived or that the office has not approved it yet, instead of failing when you send. The chat of a route assigned after you signed in now receives new messages without restarting the app. With RushHour platform 0.3.203 or later, the list also shows who sent each latest message and a Drivers folder for your company's Drivers chat, and drivers can keep writing in a completed route's chat.

Messages that could not be sent are kept and sent later

A chat message that could not be sent now stays in the conversation even after you leave it or close the app, so you can send it again. When the connection comes back, messages that never left the phone because there was no signal are sent automatically; others wait for you to retry. Sending the same short message twice in a row can no longer make a failed message look sent. Unsent messages belong to the driver who wrote them, so another driver signing in on the same phone doesn't see them.

Improved1

  • Compliance & safety

Hours-of-service alerts reach you while you drive

Hours-of-service limit alerts such as Drive Limit Approaching and Drive Limit Exceeded are now checked while the app is open on any screen and, when location sharing is on, while it runs in the background, instead of only on the HOS screen. New Break Overdue and Weekly Cycle Limit Reached alerts cover a missed 30-minute break and a used-up weekly cycle, and drivers who are not driving are no longer told to stop driving. The alerts appear only when your company has Hours of Service turned on.

  • Compliance & safety

Ending the day tells you when it didn't go through

When you end your day, the app now checks that the day was actually closed. If it wasn't, it shows End Day Failed and stays on the step you are on so you can try again, instead of moving on as if the day had been signed off.

Payment cards, extra charge costs and email types

Adding a payment card in the Customer Portal now works for your customers, with the expiry picked from month and year lists and past dates refused. The Additional Charges page shows them what each charge costs and how it is priced, and Profile → Email lets them mark an address as Bill of lading (BOL) and shows the email types you set. Editing a representative or an order contact no longer clears the contact's other saved details.

Improved2

  • Billing & accounting

Additional Charges shows your customers what each charge costs and how it is priced

The Additional Charges page (Settings → Charge Types) now lists each charge for your customers with its name, cost and type. Cost is an amount, or a percentage for charges based on the freight cost or the shipment value, with any minimum, maximum or free first units shown underneath. Type says how the charge is priced: fixed, adjustable, variable (set when the charge is used), a percentage of the freight cost or of the shipment value, or per shipment, pallet, kg, piece, stop or document. Before, the page showed only the name and whether the amount is entered when the charge is used.

  • Customer portal

Your customers can mark an email address as Bill of lading (BOL), and see every email type you set

On Profile → Email, the address has its own full-width field and the picker is now called Email type. Alongside General, Accounting (receives invoices) and Billing / AR (receives shipment updates), which were labelled Invoices and Shipment updates before, your customers can now mark an address as Bill of lading (BOL). Types you manage, such as Invoice, Appointment or Accept payment, appear by name as locked badges instead of an unnamed "Other role", and the customer's default address keeps its Default badge next to its types.

Fixed2

  • Billing & accounting

Your customers can now add a payment card, with the expiry picked from month and year lists

The Add Payment Method dialog now works. The card number and CVV fields, served by your card processor Cardknox, display properly, format the number as your customers type and check that it is complete. The expiry is picked from a month list (01 to 12) and a list of full four-digit years, and a date that has already passed is refused before the card is saved. The fields match the height and colours of the rest of the form in light and dark themes and in Hebrew. Your customers open it from Add card in Settings → Billing, from Add new card when they choose a payment method, or from Manage Payment Methods. Saving a card needs you to take card payments through Cardknox.

  • Customer portal

Editing a representative or an order contact keeps their other details

When your customers saved a change to a representative in Settings → Representatives, or to the Customer contact on an order, it used to clear details that form does not show, such as the contact's mobile number, photo, address and the email types you set for them. Saving now changes only what your customers edited, and they can still remove a contact's phone number.

Driver Appv2.0.3
  • Android: available since September 15, 2026
  • iPhone: available since September 29, 2026

Location Sharing screen, files in chat, and fixes for inspections and offline scans

Driver app 2.0.3 adds a Location Sharing screen in Settings, where drivers can see whether their position is reaching dispatch and start or stop sharing, and it restores location updates that earlier 2.0 versions were not sending. Files sent in chat can now be opened and saved, invited drivers can enter their invite code from Sign In, and resumed vehicle inspections and barcode scans made without signal no longer lose data. This version was released for Android on Google Play; iPhone drivers got these changes with version 2.0.12 on the App Store, on September 29, 2026.

New2

  • Drivers & driver app

See and control location sharing from Settings

Settings has a new Location Sharing screen, which you can also find through search. It shows whether the app is sharing your location with dispatch, when the last position was sent, how many positions have been sent and which location permission the app has, with Start sharing now and Stop sharing buttons. Sharing still starts by itself when you open the map for a route with stops left. The location notice now also says that GPS running in the background can shorten battery life, and on iPhone, sharing no longer pauses while the truck is standing at a dock.

  • Drivers & driver app

Open and save files sent in chat

Files in a chat, such as a PDF from the office, now show their name and type instead of an empty box. Tap one to open it in your phone's viewer, where you can also save or share it. Photos show their file type with a download option, and the chat list names the type of attachment in its preview.

Improved1

  • Drivers & driver app

Invited drivers can enter their invite code from Sign In

The Sign In screen now shows Have an invite code? with an Enter Invite Code link, which opens the screen for entering the code from your invitation. Before, that screen could be reached only through the Sign Up link.

Fixed4

  • Drivers & driver app

Dispatch receives your location again, and push notifications register reliably

In earlier 2.0 versions, location updates from the app were not reaching dispatch. They are sent again whenever location sharing is on, and on iPhone they keep going while the phone is locked. The app also registers for push notifications each time it starts and each time a driver signs in, so a driver who signs in after someone else signed out on the same phone gets notifications without restarting the app.

  • Drivers & driver app

The welcome screens no longer appear at every launch, and the Terms of Service link works

Drivers who are already signed in no longer see the welcome screens flash each time the app starts, and tapping through them no longer sends a signed-in driver back to the sign-in screen. The Terms of Service link on the welcome screens now opens the terms instead of a missing page.

  • Compliance & safety

Resumed vehicle inspections keep the mirrors, brakes and reverse lights checks

When a driver leaves a vehicle inspection and comes back to it, the standard inspection no longer drops the mirrors, brakes and reverse lights checks. Before this fix, those three checks were left out of a resumed inspection and recorded as passing.

  • Drivers & driver app

Barcode scans made without signal are no longer lost

Barcode scans made without signal are kept through repeated failed sync attempts and upload once the connection returns. Scans that still could not be sent stay visible on the stop's Scanned Items screen, where pulling down to refresh tries them again.

Platformv0.3.194

Map providers, Customer Portal self-service and QuickBooks

Companies can now connect their own HERE, Mapbox, Radar or Trimble Maps account for maps, address search and routing. Dispatchers get driver instructions for individual stops, a driver History tab and faster loading for large routes. Billing teams can add waiting time straight from an invoice and send a single payment to QuickBooks, and QuickBooks exports now wait until the linked invoices are approved. Customers can cancel approved orders and invite colleagues to the Customer Portal, stop instructions now travel with the details sent to drivers, and Hours of Service is more reliable. Data access in the Customer Portal and driver app is also tighter.

New9

  • Customer portal

Customers can cancel approved orders from the Customer Portal

Customers can now cancel an approved order themselves in the Customer Portal, not just quotes and drafts, as long as the order is not closed and none of its stops has been completed. If a stop has already been completed, the portal tells them the order can no longer be cancelled online and asks them to contact support.

  • Customer portal

Customers can invite their own colleagues to the Customer Portal

Customer Portal users can now invite colleagues to sign in to their own customer account, and re-send an invitation that has not been accepted yet, without waiting for your office team to set it up. Invited colleagues get an email with a link to set their own password. The option is on by default, and company admins can switch it off for customer portal users in role permissions.

  • Dispatch & routing

Driver instructions for individual pickup and delivery stops

Add a note for the driver, such as a gate code, dock number or "call on arrival", to a single pickup or delivery stop, from the order form or straight from a Dispatch route card. Stops with a note are flagged on the order and on Dispatch route cards, the note is included when you copy or send stop details to the driver (including over Telegram), and changes to it are recorded in the order's audit log.

  • Integrations & maps

Connect Trimble Maps, and use your map vendor for more lookups

Connect your Trimble Maps account under Settings → Integrations, with separate switches for address search and directions; Trimble is not used to draw the map itself. If you connect Radar, HERE, Mapbox or Trimble Maps with address search turned on, that vendor also turns coordinates into an address, finds nearby fuel stops and amenities, and handles the AI assistant's address and place lookups. The pricing-zone editor now uses the map provider your company has selected.

  • Drivers & driver app

Driver History tab now shows a driver's orders and routes

The History tab on a driver's profile is now available. Switch between the orders assigned to that driver, with From and To addresses, price and status, and the routes they've been assigned, both listed newest first. The orders view has search and a date-range picker with quick presets, you can link straight to the tab, and search on a customer's Orders tab now works too.

Driver History tab now shows a driver's orders and routes
  • Integrations & maps

Connect your own HERE or Mapbox account for maps and routing

You can now connect your own HERE or Mapbox account in Settings > Integrations and use it for address search, directions and route optimization, switching each one on or off. HERE Maps and Mapbox are also now map provider choices. Nothing changes for your company until you add your own keys.

Connect your own HERE or Mapbox account for maps and routing
  • Billing & accounting

Add or correct waiting time directly from an invoice

You can now add or correct a stop's waiting time from the invoice editor, without undoing and re-confirming the stop. Pick the stop and set arrival, departure and free time: the fee is priced from your company's Waiting Time rate when one is set up, the stop's own times update to match, and existing waiting-time lines reopen in the same window. In stop confirmation, a longer typed waiting time now moves departure out to fit.

  • Integrations & maps

Connect your own Radar account for maps, address search and routing

Companies with a Radar.com account can now connect it under Settings > Integrations and use Radar for address search, driving directions and mileage, and route optimization on smaller routes, each switched on separately. You can also pick Radar Maps as your map provider, choose a truck or car profile and a map style, and check your keys with a built-in connection test.

  • Billing & accounting

Send a single payment to QuickBooks

For companies connected to QuickBooks, staff with permission to send to QuickBooks can now send a single payment from its menu in an invoice's payment list, on both the classic and redesigned Accounting screens. A payment that isn't eligible yet, for example because its invoice isn't in QuickBooks, is reported as skipped. Manual Send to QuickBooks actions for invoices and payments now list the invoice and payment numbers that were sent, rejected by QuickBooks, queued for automatic retry, failed, or skipped.

Improved14

  • Orders & quotes

Save orders with no drivable route and assign hubs later

When the map lookup finds no road route between a pickup and its delivery, such as on an overseas shipment, the order now saves instead of being rejected, and both stops are flagged Assign HUB. Choose a warehouse near each end whenever you are ready, and the order runs as two separate legs with the hub stops marked HUB. An order that already has a price also keeps its existing distance-based charges if a route lookup fails.

  • Billing & accounting

QuickBooks exports wait for approved invoices, with clearer results

With QuickBooks Online connected, automatic sends, manual sends and re-syncs export an invoice only once it is approved and set as the default invoice, and its order is closed (or it has no order), so drafts stay out of your books. In automatic mode, an invoice that is not ready yet gets an "Awaiting QuickBooks Eligibility" entry in the order's invoice audit log. Manual sends now list which invoice and payment numbers were sent, skipped or rejected, and the send button is disabled while a send is running.

  • Customer portal

Invite existing contacts to the Customer Portal in one click

Admins can now invite a customer's existing contacts to the Customer Portal straight from the Customer Portal Access dialog: one click per contact, or several at once with Invite selected or Invite all. The list shows contacts that have a valid email and don't yet have a portal login for that customer. Each person invited gets an email with a link to set their own password.

Invite existing contacts to the Customer Portal in one click
  • Dispatch & routing

Lighter, faster loading for large routes

Opening a large route's stops now downloads far less data, because stops no longer carry a hidden, repeated list of related stops that no screen used. Large routes load faster in route details on the dispatch board, and when you transfer stops, print BOLs or copy stop details for a driver. What you see on those screens is unchanged.

  • Billing & accounting

Choose where a new invoice charge type is saved

When you create a new charge type while editing an invoice, you can now tick one or more places to save it: the company-wide charge types list in Settings, the billing customer, and any of the order's pickup or delivery customers (listed as Pickup #1, Delivery #1 and so on). The billing customer is ticked by default, and Create New now also works on invoices that have no billing customer yet.

  • Integrations & maps

Paste map links from more map apps into customer addresses

The Map Link field on a customer address now reads the location from OpenStreetMap, HERE WeGo, Bing Maps, Apple Maps and Waze links that include coordinates, as well as from Google Maps links. Shortened HERE WeGo links to a dropped pin now work alongside shortened Google Maps links, and applying the link fills in the address from that spot. The field is now labelled "Map Link" instead of "Google Map Link", with matching Hebrew wording.

  • Billing & accounting

A more compact Accounting transactions list

The Accounting transactions list has fewer columns, so it needs less sideways scrolling. Download, QuickBooks and email indicators now sit in the Status cell instead of three separate columns, Items is a slim Qty column, and a number shared by an invoice and its order is shown once. In the new accounting view, invoice and order numbers sit inside their coloured labels.

  • Billing & accounting

QuickBooks payments now wait until every linked invoice is ready

For companies connected to QuickBooks Online: a payment is sent to QuickBooks only once every invoice it is applied to is ready for QuickBooks and already in QuickBooks. While it waits, the invoice audit log records the hold and lists the invoices it is waiting on; once they are ready, the payment is sent automatically in the background. A payment already in QuickBooks is updated there, not added a second time.

  • Integrations & maps

Integration Test connection now stops after about 20 seconds

Test connection for map and routing integrations in Settings > Integrations (Valhalla, VROOM, Radar, HERE, Mapbox and Trimble Maps) now stops waiting after about 20 seconds. If the service doesn't answer in time, you'll see a message that the test timed out and a reminder to check the URL and that the host is reachable. Before, a slow or unreachable Valhalla server could leave you on a long spinner that ended in a generic error.

  • Dispatch & routing

Archive prompt after the last stop now appears on order screens too

If you mark a route's last open stop as picked up or delivered from the order page, you now get the same prompt as on the dispatch board: archive the route or keep it running. From the order page, the portal first checks that every stop on the route is confirmed. Only users with permission to archive routes see the prompt.

  • Orders & quotes

Open the billing customer's profile from an order or quote

On order and quote pages, the billing customer's name is now a link to that customer's profile, opening on the Contacts tab. It opens in a new tab so you keep your place on the order, and you can reach it with the keyboard or middle-click it to open in a background tab. Orders without a billing customer show no link.

  • Dispatch & routing

Simpler Add Charge popup when confirming a stop

When you create a new additional charge while confirming a stop, the popup now asks only for the name, price per unit, and the Enter Amount and Overridable Price options, the same short form used on a customer's Additional Charges tab. The new charge is saved to your company's charge list and added to the stop. Its QuickBooks item name is taken from the charge name, and the other advanced charge settings stay in Settings.

  • Dispatch & routing

Appointment request emails no longer show internal stop numbers

Appointment request emails, both the first request and the follow-up proposing a new time, no longer show an internal stop number such as "Stop 3" next to the order number. The reference line now shows only the order number, and the email still includes the location name and address when they are on file.

  • Orders & quotes

Tidier, more compact trip details in expanded order rows

Expanding an order on the Orders list now shows a more compact trip panel with less empty space. Addresses, the attachment button and the driver and truck stay lined up in columns across trip rows, long driver names are shortened with the full name on hover, and the Pickup or Delivery label now shares a line with its date and time.

Fixed18

  • Platform

Customer address edits no longer disappear on Save

On some customer records, address changes (Location Details, Company Location, country, state, city or zip) could fail to save even though the screen said the customer was updated. Those edits now save, and if an address is ever refused you get an error message instead of a success message. The rule that a customer needs at least one email address also keeps applying after you delete an email.

  • Billing & accounting

Customer credit and spending charts now show real account figures

A customer's monthly spending chart now shows zero for months with no recorded spend. The Credit tab shows that customer's own credit limit, balance used, available credit, credit terms and latest credit request status, and pending requests are labelled Pending. The Trucks list shows each truck's saved insurance cost, and overview cards with no data behind them yet show a clear placeholder.

  • Dispatch & routing

Driver distances show for more drivers when assigning an order

When assigning a driver to an order, the distance next to a driver was often missing: unless the truck had a live position from a connected fleet-tracking integration, the distance could only use a location the driver app had reported in the past 24 hours. It now uses the driver's last location reported through the driver app in the past 30 days, so more drivers show a distance. This is a straight-line distance from the last known location, which may not be where the driver is right now.

  • Dispatch & routing

Unassigned transfer orders no longer leave hand-off stops behind

When a dispatcher unassigns the stops on both sides of a driver-to-driver transfer, the hand-off stops are now removed from both drivers' routes too, instead of staying on them. Transfers that are already partly completed or in progress are not deleted.

  • Platform

Lists no longer load twice when you open a page

Opening Orders, Quotes, Customers, Drivers, Documents, Inbox, the dispatch board, many Settings lists or the accounting customer list could fetch the same data a second time right after the first load. On Orders and Quotes, rows appeared, flashed back to loading, then appeared again. That extra second load no longer happens.

  • Drivers & driver app

Hours of Service: daily summary and rest-period status fixes

In the driver app's Hours of Service screen, the daily summary now appears with zero hours for a day that has no hours recorded yet, instead of being left out. A driver who has stayed in the same off-duty or sleeper-berth status for 10 hours or more is no longer shown as having just started a shift. The app shows no shift in progress for as long as that rest continues.

  • Reliability & performance

Opening a customer, driver, order or quote now rides out a brief blip

Opening a customer, driver, outsource company, order or quote (from the list, a bookmark or a shared link) now retries once when the first request fails for a temporary reason, such as a dropped connection or a brief server error. Previously that one failure could leave the record blank, or close it and remove it from the address bar. A record that doesn't exist or that you can't access is not retried.

  • Orders & quotes

Full Load items need dimensions or a pallet size in classic order view

In the classic order view, a Full Load item now needs its dimensions before it can be saved, or a pallet size if it is packed on pallets, matching the new order view. The same check now applies when you add or edit an item while confirming a stop on a route. The classic order view also keeps the truck type and pallet size you pick instead of clearing them when you save.

  • Orders & quotes

Order stops now save after re-picking the same company

When editing a pickup or delivery stop, picking the company that was already on the stop from the list could leave a validation error on the company name and block Save. The company and contact name pickers now store just the selected name, so the stop saves as expected.

  • Platform

Enter a city that isn't in the City list

In the RushHour web app, the City drop-down on address forms now accepts a city that isn't in its list. Choose the state, type the city name, pick "Use city" and save as usual, so a missing town no longer blocks an address. A city you type in yourself doesn't pre-fill the ZIP code.

  • Dispatch & routing

Dispatch board search box now shows the active search

On the new dispatch board, the Search Driver box now shows the term the routes are filtered by when you open the board from a saved or shared link, an order's View in Dispatch button, or a route picked in global search. Previously the box could stay blank while the list was filtered, so the board looked unfiltered. Typing in the box works as before.

  • Reliability & performance

Save now re-checks a just-typed ZIP code before storing it

Clicking Save straight from a ZIP or postal code field could occasionally store a value the form was flagging as invalid at that same moment. Save now checks the form's current values at the moment you click, so an invalid entry is blocked instead of saved. This covers the customer, customer contact, customer location, driver, outsource company, user and company profile forms, plus the customer address dialog in the order editor.

  • Orders & quotes

Bill of Lading picker no longer lists transfer hand-offs

On orders that include a transfer, the list for choosing which Bill of Lading to open no longer shows the transfer's internal hand-off stop as a separate delivery. It lists the billing copy and your actual deliveries, numbered the same way the order page numbers them.

  • Billing & accounting

Accounting: Clear Filters stays visible; customer panel handles errors

In Accounting on the new interface, the Clear Filters link now stays visible when you turn off both the Invoice and Payment type buttons, so you can reset the filters in one click. If a customer's details fail to load when you open the page, the customer panel no longer stays blank and still shows your customer list. Whether you open the page or come back from the filter view, transactions stay scoped to the selected customer.

  • Platform

Customer profile screens cleaned up for dark mode

In dark mode, customer profile form fields are no longer bright white, and chart rings and axis labels now match the theme, including on the classic customer screen and on outsource company screens. On the default customer page, the star rating now sits on its own line under the customer name, so long names no longer squeeze it into a column, and the spending chart notes when a customer has had no spending in the last 7 months.

  • Platform

User sessions tab in the Activity Log now loads when you open it

The User sessions tab in Settings > Activity Log now loads its sessions as soon as you open it, instead of showing an empty table. The All, AI Activity and System Activity tabs now also use numbered pages and a 15/20/50/100 rows-per-page selector, like the User sessions tab.

  • Dispatch & routing

Tidier Assign Driver controls and steadier country picker

In the Assign Driver panel, the All / Available / Full filter is now the same height as the search box beside it. Country names in the country picker no longer shift sideways while their flags load.

  • Platform

Email type option now reads "Bill Of Lading"

The email-type picker on customer, contact and outsource company forms now spells its "Bill Of Lading" option correctly. It is the same option as before, so existing email settings are unchanged. The picker's dropdown arrow also has a little more space, and in the older interface the Broker Account and Lead checkboxes on the new-customer form now line up with the fields beside them.

Photos in chat, barcode scanning on Android and clearer order details

Drivers can now send photos in chat, and barcode scanning at pickups works on Android. Order details show the sender and recipient on separate rows, the orders list keeps what it shows when a refresh fails, and vehicle documents open from My Truck.

New1

  • Drivers & driver app

    Send photos in chat

In a chat, drivers can tap the attach button to take a photo or choose one from the phone, then send it with a caption or on its own.

Improved2

  • Drivers & driver app

Order details show the shipment on clear From and To rows

The Shipment section of an order's details now lists each sender under From and each recipient under To, with the address, phone number and reference number on their own lines, instead of one long bold paragraph. When two pickups at the same place carry different reference numbers, both are shown.

  • Drivers & driver app

Chat messages show the sender's photo

In a chat, messages from other people show the sender's profile photo, or a single initial when they have no photo, instead of two letters.

Fixed4

  • Drivers & driver app

Barcode scanning at pickups works on Android

In 2.0.0 and 2.0.1, the camera used at a pickup to scan item barcodes did not recognise any barcode on Android. It now reads them. The barcode scanner under Scanning in Settings was not affected.

  • Drivers & driver app

The orders list keeps its orders when a refresh fails

If loading the orders fails, the app keeps showing the orders it already had instead of emptying the list. It also waits longer for a slow answer and tries once more, and when the server does not answer in time it says so and asks the driver to pull down to try again.

  • Drivers & driver app

The View Details card fits the screen and scrolls

An order's View Details card no longer sits under the phone's clock or gets cut off at the bottom, and a long list of shipments inside it now scrolls.

  • Drivers & driver app

Vehicle documents open from Edit Vehicle Info

In My Truck → Edit Vehicle Info, tapping a document now shows it. Tap the image to view it full screen and pinch to zoom, or use Replace file or Open Camera & Take Photo to update it. Before, an empty window opened.

Cancel approved orders, invite colleagues, and maps that follow your provider

Customers can now cancel an approved order that has not started yet, and invite colleagues to their own account from Settings → Account access. The map on the Profile page now follows the map provider your company has chosen, like the rest of the Customer Portal, and Radar, HERE and Mapbox are added to the providers the portal's maps can use. Cancelling approved orders, inviting colleagues and the new map providers work with platform 0.3.194 or later.

New3

  • Orders & quotes

Customers can cancel an approved order that has not started

Cancel Order now also appears on approved orders, not only on drafts and quotes: in the Orders list, in Recent Orders on the dashboard, in the Tracking list and in the menu on the order page. The cancel goes through as long as none of the order's stops has been completed. If one has, the portal explains in the portal's language (English or Hebrew) that the order can no longer be cancelled online and asks them to contact support.

  • Customer portal

Customers can invite colleagues to their own account

Settings → Account access is no longer view-only. Customers can select Invite user and enter a colleague's name and email; the colleague gets an email with a link to set a password and sign in to the same customer account. Invites that have not been accepted yet can be sent again with Resend invite. The option is on by default, and you can switch it off for Customer Portal users in role permissions. Disabling or removing people stays with your team.

  • Integrations & maps

Customer Portal maps can use Radar, HERE or Mapbox

When your company picks Radar Maps, HERE Maps or Mapbox as its map provider, the maps in the Customer Portal use it too, with your company's own key and the map style set for it. If no key is set up, the portal shows a standard OpenStreetMap map instead of a blank area.

Improved1

  • Integrations & maps

The Profile page's location map follows your map provider

The Location Details card on the Profile page used to show an embedded Google map for every company. It now uses the same map provider as the rest of the Customer Portal: Google Maps, unless your company has chosen another. The pin is placed from the latitude and longitude saved on the card and follows them as they are typed; when none are saved, the map shows a general view instead of looking up the street address. The link field on the card is now called Map Link instead of Google Map Link, so it no longer asks for a Google link in particular.

The rebuilt driver app: a new design and a step-by-step flow at every stop

Version 2.0 is the rebuilt RushHour driver app, released for Android. Drivers get a new design, a rebuilt step-by-step flow for every pickup and delivery that follows your company's Driver App settings, rebuilt vehicle inspections, and group chats with other drivers. On Android, opening a map in 2.0.0 closed the app; 2.0.1 fixes it. iPhone drivers got the rebuilt app with version 2.0.12 on the App Store, on September 29, 2026.

New3

  • Drivers & driver app

    A redesigned driver app

The driver app is rebuilt with a new design and five tabs: Dashboard, Stops, Routes, HOS and Message. The HOS tab appears when your company uses Hours of Service. The Dashboard shows the day's job counts (total addresses, yet to start, in progress and completed), with arrows and a date picker to look at other days, the next stop with a button to continue it, a reminder when an inspection is due, and shortcuts to inspections, issue reports, nearest amenities and expenses. The search in the header finds any screen in the app, the bell lists the driver's notifications, and Appearance in Settings switches between light mode, dark mode and the phone's setting. Expense logging with receipt photos, password reset with an emailed code and the About screen from the 1.1 app are all part of 2.0.

  • Drivers & driver app

Location details and instructions appear under the stop address

Under each stop's address, the app shows the Location Details (for example a suite or dock) and the Instructions saved on the location in the Company Portal (for example a gate code or buzzer name). Both are open by default, and a long note can be collapsed so it does not hide the rest of the stop.

  • Drivers & driver app

Start group chats with other drivers

On the Message tab, drivers can start a group chat with other drivers who are working on the same orders right now. The Office chat and the chat for each assigned route stay at the top of the list, and the search button finds a chat by name.

Improved2

  • Drivers & driver app

Pickups and deliveries run as one rebuilt step-by-step flow

The stop screens are rebuilt as one guided flow that takes the driver through the steps in order. At a pickup: confirm the items, check planned against actual counts when they differ, photograph the goods, confirm the stop details, add charges, scan the paperwork, capture a signature and rate the location. At a delivery: unload, marking missing or damaged items with a note and a photo, then the same photo, charges, paperwork and signature steps. When freight is to be paid at the stop, the app shows the amount due, the driver photographs both sides of a check, and at a pickup can record a cash payment. The steps still follow Settings → Driver App in the Company Portal: a step you switch off is skipped, and a delivery asks for a photo or a signature only when you require one. An unfinished stop can be resumed where the driver left off.

  • Compliance & safety

Vehicle inspections rebuilt as a guided flow

The vehicle inspection is rebuilt as a guided flow: the driver enters the plate number and odometer reading, photographs the outside of the truck, marks each check as acceptable or damaged (a damaged item needs a comment) and signs. Yes/no checks your company adds in Settings → Driver App appear with the standard ones. Past inspections are listed under DVIR'S in Settings, and when your company requires an inspection at the start of the shift, the Dashboard reminds the driver to do it before driving, including after a change of vehicle.

The counter on your customers' dashboard is renamed Quotes

A small follow-up to 0.1.3. The counter on your customers' dashboard for orders waiting for your approval is now called Quotes, and across the portal those orders are labelled Quote again, the name you use.

Improved1

  • Orders & quotes

Your customers see orders waiting for your approval as Quotes again

The counter added to your customers' dashboard in 0.1.3 is now called Quotes. Orders waiting for your approval are labelled Quote again across the portal, instead of Pending Approval.

Customer Portalv0.1.3
  • Web: available since August 31, 2026

Orders awaiting your approval on your customers' dashboard, Cancel Order, and Track Live fixes

Your customers' dashboard now counts their orders waiting for your approval, and Recent Orders shows each order's status. Delete Order is now Cancel Order and can also be used from the dashboard. Track Live, the Add Payment window in dark mode and saving location details on Profile are fixed.

New1

  • Orders & quotes

Your customers see how many orders are waiting for your approval on the dashboard

A new Pending Approval counter on your customers' dashboard, between Draft and Unassigned, counts their orders that are waiting for your approval. Across the portal, orders in that state are now labelled Pending Approval instead of Quote.

Improved2

  • Orders & quotes

Recent Orders on the dashboard shows each order's status

Each order in the dashboard's Recent Orders list now shows its order status and trip status under the order number, on a computer or a phone, with the same badges as the Orders page.

  • Orders & quotes

Your customers can cancel an order from the dashboard, the Orders list or the order itself

Delete Order is now called Cancel Order. It is offered for drafts and for orders still waiting for your approval, and those orders now also have it in their menu in the dashboard's Recent Orders. The confirmation asks "Cancel this order?" with Yes, cancel order or Keep order, and the dashboard counters and Recent Orders update as soon as the customer cancels.

Fixed3

  • Orders & quotes

Track Live opens orders that load normally everywhere else

Track Live no longer stops at "We couldn't load this order." for orders that open normally everywhere else. If tracking really fails to load, a Try again button appears, and an order that has no packages yet now says so instead of showing an error.

  • Billing & accounting

The Add Payment window is readable in dark mode

In Invoices, the customer summary panel in the Add Payment window stayed white in dark mode, which made its text hard to read. It now follows the dark theme.

  • Customer portal

Location details on Profile are saved on the customer's main company address

Under Advanced on Profile, the map link, latitude and longitude could be shown from, and saved to, another address in the customer's account, such as one of their saved pickup or delivery locations. Save location details now always uses the customer's main company address.

Customer Portalv0.1.2
  • Web: available since August 25, 2026

Customer Portal launch: orders, tracking, invoices and support for your customers

The first production release of the Customer Portal at customer.rushhourapp.com gives your customers their own login to place orders and send them to you for approval, follow each shipment on a map with its event timeline, and open their invoices and paperwork. They can message your team, get notifications in the portal or by email, and keep their profile, representatives and saved locations up to date. The portal works in English and Hebrew, in light or dark mode, and on phones.

New21

  • Customer portal

Your customers sign in to their own Customer Portal account

Customers sign in with their email and password and can stay signed in for 30 days. The invitation you send opens a page where they set a password and activate the account, and Forgot password emails them a link to choose a new one. If an invited customer already has a password, the portal asks them to sign in with it instead of calling the link expired.

  • Customer portal

A dashboard with order counts, invoice totals, recent orders and support messages

The Dashboard shows customers how many of their orders are Draft, Unassigned, Dispatched, On Route or Completed, their invoice totals with what is outstanding, paid and due in the next 30 days, their most recent orders with a search, and their latest support messages.

  • Orders & quotes

Customers see all their orders in one list, with filters, adjustable columns and Excel export

Orders lists everything the customer has booked, including drafts and orders waiting for your approval, with search and filters for dates, pickup and delivery address, status and payment. Customers choose which columns show and in what order, the portal remembers the layout, and ticked orders export to Excel. Each order's menu offers Repeat Order, Edit and Delete Order until you approve it, and Track Live, the Order Sheet and the BOL once it is under way.

  • Orders & quotes

Customers place orders with a live price estimate and send them to you for approval

From New order, customers add pickups and deliveries (picking a saved location or adding a new one to their address book), the items to move, a contact and the freight mode, and the estimated price updates from your pricing as they go. Save as Draft keeps the order for later, while Submit Order, or Submit for approval on a saved draft, sends it to you, and they can withdraw it while it waits. An order cannot be saved without a date, and contact pickers show each name, email and phone.

  • Orders & quotes

Every order opens with its stops, items, attachments, billing and activity

An order opens on tabs for Order Details, Package Details, Attachments, Billings, Activities, Related Orders and Agent Assigned, with the order and BOL PDFs in the header. Customers upload and download files in each attachment group, filter the activity log by delivery updates, package changes or holds, see parent and sub-orders, and see who is assigned once the order is dispatched. Billings shows the order price, any discount and the subtotal, with a Pay button once the invoice is issued.

  • Orders & quotes

Customers can ask for a price match on an order

Compare Pricing on an order lets a customer enter a competitor's price and company name, with an optional note, and send it to you as a message on that order for review.

  • Orders & quotes

Follow each shipment on a map with its event timeline

Tracking lists shipments that are scheduled, dispatched or in transit, with filters for status and shipment type, adjustable columns and Excel export of the ones ticked. Track Live opens a shipment's route on a map next to its timeline of events, its package details and whether a driver is assigned. Report an Issue sends a note about that shipment into the customer's support conversation.

  • Billing & accounting

Customers open, print and download their invoices and add payments

Invoices lists the customer's own invoices with search, date, type and status filters, and filters they can save. An invoice shows its lines, totals and payment history, and can be previewed, downloaded as a PDF or printed. Add Payment records a payment on an invoice, and Apply Payment to Invoice spreads one payment across several open invoices.

  • Customer portal

Customers message your team from Support, with files and order references

Support → Chat is one ongoing conversation between the customer and your team, where they can write and attach files, and messages about an order show its number. The latest messages also appear on the Dashboard.

  • Customer portal

Customers raise support tickets and follow them to resolution

Under Support → My Ticket, customers raise a ticket with a subject, details, priority and a needed-by date, then follow it on the All, In progress, Resolved and Archive tabs, reply on the ticket's thread, and mark it resolved or archive it. They see that someone on your team has picked it up, but not who.

  • Platform

A notification bell, with in-app and email choices for each kind of update

The bell in the top bar lists the customer's notifications, which they can mark as read or unread, hide, or snooze until later. Settings → Notifications lets them choose, for each kind of notification, whether it shows in the portal, by email or both, and system announcements always show in the portal.

  • Customer portal

Customers keep their profile, company details and email addresses up to date

On Profile, customers change their own name and photo, save their company name, phone and address, and add, edit or remove the email addresses you use for them, marking each as General, Invoices or Shipment updates. The page also lists the team members who have portal access and shows the address on a map.

  • Customer portal

Customers manage their own representatives and saved locations

Settings → Representatives lets customers add, edit and remove the contacts you should reach, and mark one as primary. Settings → Locations lets them add, edit and delete saved pickup and delivery locations, one at a time or several at once, and export the list to CSV or print it, and saved locations appear when they pick an address on an order. Both lists can be searched, sorted and paged.

  • Customer portal

See who in the customer's company can sign in to the portal

Settings → Account access lists everyone with a login on the customer's account, with their email and whether they are active, invited or disabled. You invite and remove people from the Company Portal.

  • Customer portal

Customers can look up their additional charges, discounts, pricing zones and saved cards

Under Settings, Additional Charges (Charge Types in the menu) lists the extra charges that can apply to the customer's shipments and whether each is a fixed amount or entered when used, Discounts shows the discounts on their account with their status, and Zones shows the areas you price by. Billing lists the cards saved on the account, and Version shows the portal version to quote when reporting a problem.

  • Customer portal

Customers change their password, review their sign-in history and read your terms

Settings → Security changes the password after entering the current one, Activity Log lists the customer's sign-in sessions for a chosen day with start and stop times, and Terms & Conditions shows the terms your company has published.

  • Customer portal

A guided tour for new customers

A short tour of orders, tracking, invoices and support opens on a customer's first visit. They can skip it, reopen it from the compass button in the header, or bring it back from Settings → Guided tour after hiding it.

  • Integrations & maps

An AI assistant that answers customers' questions about their orders and invoices

When you turn on the AI assistant for the Customer Portal, customers can ask it about their shipments, quotes and invoices or how to use the portal, and come back to earlier conversations. It stays hidden until you turn it on.

  • Platform

Maps use the map provider your company chose

Maps in the portal use your company's map setting, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap. If a map cannot load, for example because its key is rejected, the portal says so instead of showing a blank area.

  • Platform

Every page, tab, filter and selection can be bookmarked or shared as a link

The address bar keeps the page, open tab, filters and selected record, so a bookmarked or shared link reopens the same view, including after a reload. Orders, shipments and invoices open as tabs next to their list.

  • Platform

The portal works in English and Hebrew, in light or dark mode, and on phones

Customers switch language and light or dark mode from the top bar. In Hebrew the portal runs right to left, keeps numbers, emails and addresses readable, and shows sign-in errors in Hebrew too. On a phone, lists turn into cards.

Driver Appv1.1.7
  • Android: available since August 21, 2026
  • iPhone: available since September 29, 2026

Company notifications in the app

The notifications screen now includes the notifications your company sends through RushHour and keeps their read state, and the bell in the app's header shows a dot while something is unread. It needs platform release 0.3.150, released on August 24, 2026. This version was released on Android only and was the last 1.x version before the redesigned 2.0 app. iPhone drivers got company notifications with version 2.0.12 on the App Store, on September 29, 2026.

New1

  • Drivers & driver app

See your company's notifications in the app, with an unread dot on the bell

The notifications screen now lists the notifications your company sends through RushHour alongside push notifications, and refreshes when you open it or pull down. Opening one marks it as read, notifications already read elsewhere show as read, and archived ones stay archived. The bell in the header shows a dot while anything is unread.

Driver Appv1.1.6
  • Android: available since August 12, 2026
  • iPhone: available since September 29, 2026

Driver expenses with receipt photos, your company's Driver App settings and in-app password reset

Drivers can log fuel and other expenses with a photo of the receipt, even without signal, and reset a forgotten password with a code sent by email. The app now follows the Driver App settings your company chooses in the Company Portal, from the start-of-shift inspection to required photos and signatures, distances follow your company's unit, and Settings → About shows which version is installed. This version was released on Android only, and expenses and the Driver App settings started working with platform release 0.3.150, released on August 24, 2026. iPhone drivers got these changes with version 2.0.12 on the App Store, on September 29, 2026.

New3

  • Billing & accounting

Log expenses with a photo of the receipt, even without signal

A new Expenses screen, also reachable from the dashboard, lists the driver's expenses with a month-to-date total. Add an expense with its category, amount and a photo of the receipt, and pick the truck it was for. Without signal, the expense and its photo wait on the phone and upload when the connection returns; a banner shows what is still waiting, and a failed upload keeps the photo so it can be sent again.

  • Drivers & driver app

The app follows your company's Driver App settings

The app now reads what your company sets under Settings → Driver App in the Company Portal: the start-of-shift inspection steps and your own yes/no questions, whether end-of-shift inspections are required, which steps a pickup or delivery shows (barcode scan, manual entry, item counts, goods photo, signature), whether a missing photo or signature blocks a delivery, and which features appear, such as hours of service or nearby amenities. Distances in directions and nearby amenities now show in miles unless your company picks kilometers; before, they always showed in kilometers. The Running Late alert no longer appears: it was based on a fixed guess, not on the truck's real arrival time.

  • Drivers & driver app

Reset a forgotten password with a code sent by email

Forgot Password now emails the driver a 6-digit code to enter in the app together with a new password, instead of a link that opened a web page. The code is checked before the password is changed, so a mistake in the new password does not use it up.

Improved1

  • Drivers & driver app

Clear sign-in errors, and an About screen with the app version

The Forgot Password and invite code screens now show the server's own message, or say that the server could not be reached, instead of a generic failure. Settings → About shows the app version and build and which RushHour server the app is connected to, so support can check it over the phone.

Driver Appv1.1.4
  • Android: available
  • iPhone: available since July 30, 2026

App-wide search, a Privacy screen, and more reliable stops, issue reports and inspections

This release focuses on reliability across the day's route: completing stops, additional charges, issue reports with photos and vehicle inspections work more dependably, and location access is picked up as soon as it is turned on. It also adds a search that opens any screen in the app and a Privacy screen for changing your password or deleting your account. Later 1.x releases went to Android only.

New1

  • Drivers & driver app

Search the app, a new Privacy screen, and fixes to issue reports, inspections and stops

A search in the header opens any screen in the app. Settings → Privacy lets drivers email themselves a password reset link and holds Delete Account, which now checks for an unpaid balance or an unfinished route first. Issue reports attach photos reliably and the issue list filters by category, urgency and date. Inspections use the truck on the driver's current route, Inspect Stop works on pickups and deliveries, additional charges are saved reliably when a stop is completed, completed stops show for the driver who completed them, and location access is picked up as soon as it is turned on in Settings.

Fixed1

  • Drivers & driver app

Smoother delivery steps, arrival detection and inspection screens

The delivery steps carry the stop through payment, goods photo, paperwork, signature and rating, and end with the right next step, such as Go to Next Stop, Go to Transfer or Review End of Day. A failed delivery is recorded as attempted so the office can release or reassign it. Arrival at a stop is detected more accurately, the map says when no route is assigned to the driver, and the keyboard no longer covers fields during vehicle inspections.

Driver Appv1.1.3
  • Android: not available yet
  • iPhone: available

A clearer route map and a prefilled item check at pickups

The route map now shows one route at a time, with stops numbered in order, a route picker and completed parts of the route in green. On Pickup Details, Inspect lists the pickup's items from the order so the driver can correct them, and payment entry, chat bubbles and the goods photo camera are easier to use.

Improved2

  • Drivers & driver app

The route map shows one route at a time, with numbered stops

Choose a route from the dropdown under the map header to see only its line, stops and progress. The active route is selected first, and the dropdown shows each route's status and stop counts. Stops are numbered 1, 2, 3 within the route, stops at the same address are spread apart with a badge such as 1/3, completed parts of the route turn green, and held deliveries stay out of navigation.

  • Drivers & driver app

Arriving opens Pickup Details or Delivery Details, and Inspect lists the pickup's items

Arriving at a pickup opens Pickup Details and arriving at a delivery opens Delivery Details, with the unsuccessful-attempt and damage actions at hand. On Pickup Details, Inspect now lists the pickup's items prefilled from the order so the driver can correct quantities, including the boxes and bags on each Pallets+ pallet. The Resume or Start Over prompt no longer appears over the stop details, and a route in the stop list opens or closes from anywhere on its header.

Fixed1

  • Drivers & driver app

Payment entry, chat bubbles and the goods photo camera are easier to use

When entering a check amount at pickup or a payment at delivery, the amount field and send button sit in one row above the keyboard without a large gap. Office messages stay on the left and the driver's on the right, and the capture button on the goods photo screen no longer sits against the Back and Continue buttons.

Driver Appv1.1.2
  • Android: not available yet
  • iPhone: available

Issue reports, a redesigned stop flow, cash on delivery and held deliveries

Drivers can report issues with photos from the app and edit a report while it is still open. Pickups and deliveries got a redesigned flow with cash on delivery, damage photos, location ratings and clearer pallet and item counts, and a delivery on hold can no longer be completed or navigated to. Messages open the driver's conversation with the office, and dark mode and navigation were cleaned up across the app.

New3

  • Drivers & driver app

Report an issue from the app with photos, and edit it while it is still open

Drivers can report an issue by picking a category and urgency, describing it and attaching photos; the truck, route and current location are filled in for them. While a report is still Submitted, the driver can open it again, change it and save it with Update Issue. The issue list and details refresh when the driver comes back to them.

  • Drivers & driver app

Collect cash on delivery, photograph damage and rate each location

Pickup and delivery details show a liftgate badge and any freight payment to collect on delivery, with a Collect payment button that records the payment and a photo of its front and back. Drivers can photograph damage from the stop and rate the location when they finish, and a failed pickup or delivery attempt now records the arrival and departure times. Amount and quantity fields use a number keypad and stay above the keyboard.

  • Orders & quotes

A delivery on hold cannot be completed, and its address stays hidden

When the office puts a delivery on hold, the driver still sees the stop marked ON HOLD, but the app will not confirm it, shows Address hidden - on hold instead of the address, and offers no map pin or navigation for it. Arrival prompts skip it too. Pickups are never put on hold.

Improved5

  • Drivers & driver app

Pallets and Pallets+ counted separately, with details for each pallet

Full-load Pallets and Pallets+ (pallets holding boxes, bags or other contents that get scanned) are now separate load types. Each pallet can carry its own product category, traits such as Fragile or Perishable, handling instructions, size and material. The order's load types appear as expandable cards, and Add More opens a picker with quantity steppers to add a type or change a count.

  • Drivers & driver app

Scan history grouped by load type, with progress for each type

Scan history groups scanned items under Pallets, Boxes and Bags with a progress bar for each, and ends with Confirm Incomplete and Report Missing Items. While scanning, every load type on the stop shows as a section you can open to see each item's status and the scanned and missing counts. Scanning also recovers better when the connection drops.

  • Drivers & driver app

Redesigned stop list and stop screens, and messages with the office

The stop list groups stops by route in sections you can open and close, with each route's pickup and delivery counts, and a Payment due badge marks stops where payment is collected. Pickup Details and Delivery Details share one layout, and on blind stops the driver sees the name meant for the driver instead of the real customer's name. Messages open the driver's own conversation with the office, with clearer chat bubbles.

  • Drivers & driver app

Dark mode fixes, full-screen pages and a refreshed dashboard

Text that showed dark on dark now follows the theme on the pickup, delivery, map, pallet, scanning, chat, settings and other screens. Settings, profile, inspections, trainings, notifications, issues and other secondary pages open full screen with a back button, while the bottom bar keeps the main tabs and no longer covers action buttons or gets cut off by Android gesture navigation. The dashboard was also refreshed.

  • Drivers & driver app

Real data on order, profile and training screens

Screens that showed placeholder values now show real data: completed order details list the actual payment method and scanned documents, and order cards show payment status and amount with a call button. Trainings list your company's training materials, play their videos and remember which ones were finished, with suggested trainings next to violations. Personal and vehicle information open as read-only pages with an edit button, nearby amenities are sorted by real distance, and drivers choose start or end of shift when they start an inspection.

Fixed1

  • Drivers & driver app

Fixes for the orders search, the map on Android and stop details

Typing in the orders search no longer lags, the map no longer stays on its loading screen when an Android phone cannot get a GPS fix right away, and a stop with missing details opens without an error.
