We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to delete your RushHour account.
Delete Account via Mobile App
The easiest way to delete your account is through the RushHour mobile app:
Follow These Steps:
- Open the RushHour mobile app
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Read the warning and tap Confirm
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except for records we're required to keep by law (such as payroll records for 7 years).
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you're unable to access the mobile app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:
Send your deletion request to:
Include in Your Email:
- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your full name as registered on your account
- Your registered email address
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Account type: Driver or Fleet Manager
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt and send you a confirmation email once completed.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Account credentials and login information
- Driver's license images
- Health insurance card images
- Vehicle registration card images
- Location history (deleted after 90 days)
- Communication logs (messages, notifications)
- App preferences and settings
What We Keep (Legal Requirements):
- Payroll and tax records: Retained for 7 years (required by law)
- Financial transaction records: As required for tax compliance
- Records needed for legal disputes or regulatory compliance
