Customer Portal

Your customers book,
track and pay themselves.

Give every shipper their own login. They raise the order, follow it stop by stop, pull the BOL and the invoice, and pay by card — while you keep the pricing, the approval and the final say.

From their login to your invoice

Four things your shippers can do without calling you

Self-service booking

Shippers raise the order, you keep the approval

A shipper fills in pickup, delivery and freight from their own login and sees the price come back from your own rate card. It lands on your board as a quote — nothing moves until you approve it.

  • Pickup, delivery and freight entered once
  • Priced against your own rate cards
  • Arrives as a quote for you to approve

Getting paid

Email a pay link, get paid without a login

Raise a payment request on a stop and the payer gets an emailed card page they can pay without signing in. The card number is typed into Cardknox's own hosted field and comes back as a token, so it never reaches your system. Invoices, payment history and PDFs sit in the portal.

  • Payment request raised on a stop
  • Card entered in Cardknox's hosted field
  • Invoices, payments and PDFs in the login

Access administration

You decide which shippers get a login

Invite a customer to the portal, or let them ask for it: portal signups queue up in Customers until an admin approves or rejects them. Any login can be disabled, re-enabled, removed or sent a fresh invite from the customer record.

  • Invite a shipper, or approve their request
  • Disable, re-enable or remove a login
  • shippers invite colleaguesComing soon

Questions and updates

Tickets and a bell feed instead of a phone queue

A shipper raises a ticket from the portal and both sides answer on the same thread. Your team assigns an owner and moves the status. Alerts, company broadcasts and what has been read live in a bell feed on both sides.

  • Ticket thread both sides can answer
  • Assign an owner, change the status
  • Bell feed, broadcasts, snooze and read

Where the Customer Portal earns its place

Their locations, their people

Shippers add and correct their own delivery locations and representatives, so your records stop going stale.

English or Hebrew, light or dark

The portal runs right-to-left in Hebrew, and a guided tour walks a new shipper through their first visit.

Included on every plan

Shipper logins come with your subscription — the portal is not a paid add-on.

See the portal on your own freight.

In the demo we'll open a shipper's login next to your dispatch board — the order they raise, the price they see, and the invoice they pay.
