BOLs, labels, invoices and quotes you generate, the accounting exports you run, and the attachments you email out are captured into the library as they happen, carrying the record they came from. Forward paperwork to your own inbound address and it lands classified, waiting for someone to act on it.

Search what is inside the document
Turn on content search and the library looks inside the extracted text, not just file names, so a lane, a rate or a reference number finds the paperwork that mentions it. Ask the assistant instead and it answers from your documents, quoting the passage it used.
