Documents

Paperwork you can search.
Not a folder full of PDFs.

Every BOL, invoice, price sheet and photographed scan read into text and classified on the way in — and the ones RushHour generates filed against the order or invoice they came from. 100,000+ documents captured on the platform so far.

Extraction & classification

Every file lands as text you can search

PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and photographed paperwork are read into text and classified on the way in — invoice, packing list, price sheet, purchase order, receipt. Extractions the model is unsure about get flagged for a human to check.

  • PDF, Word, Excel and photographed paperwork
  • Classified by document type on the way in
  • Needs-review queue for shaky extractions

The library

One library, not five shared drives

Filter by category, tag, type or status, and save the views you keep coming back to. Tag, re-file or archive a whole selection at once. Re-issue an invoice and it updates the same row with a new version badge instead of piling up copies — and you can put any two documents side by side to see what changed.

  • Saved views with category and tag filters
  • Bulk tagging, filing and archiving
  • Version badges, side-by-side compare, per-document activity

Automatic capture

The documents you generate file themselves

BOLs, labels, invoices and quotes you generate, the accounting exports you run, and the attachments you email out are captured into the library as they happen, carrying the record they came from. Forward paperwork to your own inbound address and it lands classified, waiting for someone to act on it.

  • Generated BOLs, invoices, labels and quotes
  • Emailed attachments and accounting exports
  • Your own inbound address for forwarding

Search & ask

Search what is inside the document

Turn on content search and the library looks inside the extracted text, not just file names, so a lane, a rate or a reference number finds the paperwork that mentions it. Ask the assistant instead and it answers from your documents, quoting the passage it used.

  • Search across extracted document text
  • The assistant quotes the passage it used
  • Ask the assistant to summarise a document

What that changes day to day

Write documents in-app

Draft in the editor, save it as Markdown, PDF or Word, and email it straight from the library.

Filed against the order

Documents sit with the order or invoice they belong to. Customers pull their own BOLs and invoices.

Retention you preview first

Set a retention window and see exactly which documents fall outside it, and which are held back and why. Nothing is ever deleted automatically.

Where does your paperwork pile up?

Bring a BOL, an invoice and a price sheet to the demo. We will run them through and show you what comes back.
