Compliance

The record gets written
as the work happens.

Compliance records shouldn't be a spreadsheet you keep up in your spare time. RushHour captures duty status, start- and end-of-day inspections and fuel receipts inside the driver's normal workflow — so nothing has to be reconstructed later.

What gets captured

Hours, inspections and fuel — captured on the driver's phone

Hours of Service

Hours of Service, logged in the app drivers already use

Drivers set their duty status on the phone. RushHour keeps the 11/14/60-70 clocks, the daily summary and the log, and warns before a limit is broken. It is a driver-logged record, not a certified ELD; a driver's log can be emailed on request.

  • Driver-logged duty status with 11/14/60-70 clocks
  • Pre-violation warnings
  • Daily summaries and 34-hour reset detection

Inspections

Start- and end-of-day inspections, signed on the phone

No paper. Failed checks are flagged the moment the driver submits, with photos and comments attached, and every inspection lands in a per-truck log in the Portal.

  • Configurable inspection steps
  • Photo + signature capture
  • Every inspection in a per-truck log

Fuel & IFTA

Fuel receipts captured by jurisdiction — no shoebox

Drivers log fuel purchases in the app, or the office uploads the receipt and RushHour reads the gallons, fuel type and state off it, marks whether it is IFTA-eligible, and files it in the expense ledger, where you can filter by jurisdiction.

  • Gallons, fuel type and state read off uploaded receipts
  • IFTA-eligible flag on every fuel row
  • per-state mileage and quarterly returnsComing soon
