Two drivers,
one order, one record.
Hand freight off mid-journey — at your warehouse, at a hub, or at any address. RushHour writes it as two linked legs on the same order, so the drop and the collection are each confirmed and the freight stays on one record from end to end.

How a handoff works
One order, handed over cleanly
Transfer stops
Split a run across two drivers without splitting the order
When an order's pickup and its delivery sit on different routes, arrange the handoff from the dispatch board. Pick the location, set the drop-off time and the collection time, and both legs stay on the same order.
- Drop-off and collection times you set
- Your warehouses or any address
- Both legs stay on one order

Driver to driver
The dock confirms the handoff, not a phone call
The first driver confirms the drop in the app. The second confirms the collection when they load. Both run the stop workflow your company already configured, so the photos, signatures and paperwork attach to the order.
- Confirmed in the driver app, both sides
- Your configured stop workflow applies
- Timestamps land on the order

Held between legs
Freight can sit at your warehouse and stay on the order
Park what is already picked up at one of your warehouses and finish the job on a later route. RushHour records when the freight was placed and when it was withdrawn, and keeps it tied to the order the whole time.
- Placed and withdrawn times recorded
- Warehouse filter in the unassigned panel
- Picked up again on a later route

Guardrails
The board tells you when a handoff is missing
When an order's freight is split across two routes with no transfer arranged, the stop card flags it and the platform refuses the confirmation until the handoff is set — or until a dispatcher explicitly confirms without it, which is recorded. Once the handoff is confirmed, the transfer can no longer be deleted.
- Missing-handoff warning on the card
- Confirmation refused unless overridden
- Locked once the handoff is done

Where transfers earn their place
Line-haul relay
Run the long leg with one driver and the local leg with another, on one order.
Storage tracking, not a WMS
Freight held against the order between legs, with placed and withdrawn times. No bin locations or stock levels.
Cross-border handoffs
Two-country orders are flagged for a hub handoff and arranged as a transfer.
See a handoff on your own lane.
In the demo we'll take one order, split it across two drivers at a hub, and follow the drop and the collection through to the invoice.
