Rose Rocket, also marketed as TMS.ai, is an AI-native TMS for carriers and brokers with invoicing, driver settlement, built-in card and bank payments, EDI, an API and 40+ integrations. RushHour is an order-to-invoice platform for small and mid-size freight operators, with published plan prices and a Hebrew and English interface.
The short answer
You dispatch your own drivers and bill from the same order, you want a published entry price, you need the office and customer portals in Hebrew as well as English, you price pallets, zones or international Ocean, Air and Ground legs from your own rate cards, or you collect card payments per stop before unloading.
Your customers tender loads over EDI, you need an API and webhooks, you need driver settlement bills that pull in fuel and recurring items, you want bank-transfer payments or two-way QuickBooks Online sync, or you tender loads to outside carriers and audit their bills.
New in the October 2026 release
Added by the October 2026 platform release. The table above already includes it.
- A Payouts page in Accounting to settle driver and outsource-carrier pay per route, in full or in part, with a statement for each settlement
- API tokens, so another system can use the RushHour API without signing in. Still no webhooks.
- Invoice pay links, so a customer pays the balance by card on a secure page without logging in (needs a connected Cardknox account)
Where each one is stronger
Both products cover dispatch, invoicing, card payments, a driver app and a customer portal. These are the differences that matter.
- Lower published entry price: Starter is $299 a month for up to 3 office users and 5 drivers, plus one-time onboarding. Rose Rocket's pricing page starts its Full Service Platform at $2,080 a month with unlimited users.
- Company Portal in Hebrew (right to left) as well as English, including date pickers and most error messages, plus a Hebrew and English Customer Portal for your shippers; the driver app is in English only.
- Per-stop COD: set the stop's payment type to card, cash, check or ACH, email the payer a card payment request that is paid into the billing customer's own Cardknox account, and flag the stop with payment required before unloading.
- International rate cards per country lane and mode (Ocean, Air, Ground), priced per pallet, chargeable kg, piece, CBM or container, with pickup, sea or air and delivery legs combined into one door-to-door price.
- Pallet-by-mileage pricing grids, zone-to-zone rates, and per-customer rate cards with a default fallback.
- EDI with trading partners: load tenders and 214 status updates. RushHour has no EDI.
- A documented API, plus webhooks for order status changes. RushHour documents its REST API and has API tokens, but no webhooks.
- Two-way QuickBooks Online sync, where payments marked in QuickBooks update Rose Rocket, bill export to QuickBooks Desktop, and two-way Xero sync. RushHour sends to QuickBooks Online one way.
- Bank transfer as well as cards through a Pay Online link on invoices (US businesses, USD invoices). RushHour's online payments are card only.
- Driver settlement bills that pull in completed manifests, fuel and recurring items, with In Review, Approved and Paid statuses. RushHour's Payouts page settles a period's routes with the payout amounts you enter, without fuel or recurring items.
- Load tendering to carriers, carrier bills and freight audit and pay.
- 40+ integration partners, a workflow builder and AI agents for building orders and turning emails into records.

International pricing
Price ocean, air and cross-border ground freight per lane
Each card covers one country lane, mode and quantity basis, and international cards are checked before your domestic zone rates and pallet grids. Split a lane into origin pickup, the sea or air leg and destination delivery, and RushHour adds the legs into one price.
- Ocean, Air or Ground, priced per pallet, chargeable kg, piece, CBM or container
- Quantity bands, a minimum charge, and a fuel percentage applied after the minimum
- Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight, with a divisor you set per card
- Valid-from and valid-to dates, and customer-specific cards next to your company defaults

Collect on delivery
COD on the delivery stop
Turn on COD on a delivery stop and set the payment type, amount and payment email. The stop then shows that freight payment is outstanding and required before unloading.

- Request Payment emails a secure card page that stays valid for 24 hours, tracked as Requested, Success or Failed
- Card payments land in the billing customer's own Cardknox account once that customer is authorized through Accept Payments
- Payment requests and the Accept Payments invite are company-admin actions
Hebrew and English
The office portal in Hebrew, right to left
Office teams work in Hebrew or English. The layout, date pickers and validation messages follow the language, and most error messages from the server are translated too.
- Switch language on the sign-in page, in Settings > Systems or in the setup wizard
- The Customer Portal your shippers use also works in Hebrew and English
- The driver app and the documentation site are in English only

Rose Rocket or RushHour: common questions
Does RushHour support EDI?
No. RushHour has no EDI, so load tenders and 214 status updates from trading partners are not supported. If your customers tender loads over EDI, Rose Rocket covers that today.
Can RushHour settle driver and carrier pay?
Yes, on the Payouts page in Accounting: it lists each driver's and outsource carrier's routes with pay, paid and due, records payments, and groups a period's unpaid routes into a settlement you pay in full or in part, with a statement for each. You enter the payout amounts, and payments there are records only; no money is moved. Rose Rocket's settlement bills also pull in fuel and recurring items.
Does RushHour price international freight?
Yes. International rate cards price Ocean, Air and Ground per country lane, per pallet, chargeable kg, piece, CBM or container, and a lane can be split into origin pickup, the sea or air leg and destination delivery, which RushHour adds into one price. We did not find a comparable feature described on Rose Rocket's public pages.

Does RushHour have webhooks?
No. RushHour documents its REST API, the same one its portals and driver app use, and company admins create API tokens for connecting other systems, but it does not send webhooks; integrations check for changes on a schedule. Rose Rocket offers webhooks for order status changes.
