Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in Settings, and a clearer explanation of account deletion

Driver app 2.0.11 adds Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links to Settings, sends Help to the RushHour support page, and explains exactly what happens when drivers delete their account. It also includes the changes from 2.0.9 and 2.0.10, which were test builds and never reached the app stores. This version was released on Google Play; on iPhone it was not sent to the App Store, and its changes reached iPhone with version 2.0.12 on the App Store, on September 29, 2026.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in Settings, and Help opens the support page

Settings now has Privacy Policy and Terms of Service rows that open those pages on rushhourapp.com. Help, in the side menu and in search, opens the RushHour support page instead of another company's contact page. Settings → Privacy also spells out what Delete Account does: your login is blocked straight away, your personal details are erased after a grace period (normally 30 days) during which the company you drive for can restore your account, and your delivery, inspection, hours-of-service, pay and expense records and the messages you sent stay with that company. How account deletion works has not changed.
