A clear message when your carrier's portal is not available

Customer Portal 0.1.23 tells you when your carrier's portal is not available, for example because its RushHour account has been suspended: signing in says so and asks you to contact your carrier, and if you are signed out for that reason, the sign-in page tells you why.

A clear message when your carrier's portal is not available

If your carrier's portal is not available, for example because its RushHour account has been suspended, signing in now says "This portal is not available right now. Please contact your carrier." instead of "Sign in failed. Please try again.", and if you are signed out for that reason, the sign-in page tells you so. Error messages no longer send you to RushHour support for this.

A clear message when a card payment can't be made in its currency

Customer Portal 0.1.22 explains a refused card payment when your carrier's card account can't charge it in its currency: it says that nothing was charged and asks you to contact your carrier to pay another way. It needs RushHour platform 0.3.262 or later, which has been in production since November 4, 2026.

A clear message when a card payment can't be made in its currency

If your carrier's card account can't charge a payment in the currency of its invoice or payment request, the payment form now says that nothing was charged and asks you to contact your carrier to pay another way, instead of a general error. Needs platform 0.3.262 or later.

A Payments page, and paying invoices by card online

Customer Portal 0.1.21 adds a Payments page that lists the payments recorded on your account, with the invoices each one paid. It also brings paying invoices by card online with a saved card or a new one, saving a card while you pay (on Stripe too), and paying the payment requests your carrier sends you. These card payment features need RushHour platform 0.3.256 or later, which has been in production since November 4, 2026, and a carrier that accepts card payments online. Before then, you paid invoices as before, and the Payments page showed the payments of your 10 most recent paid invoices, with older payments shown on each invoice.

  • Portal de clientes

    Pay invoices by card online

When your carrier accepts card payments online, an invoice you can pay shows Pay by card in the invoice list, a Pay Invoice button on the invoice itself, and a Pay button under Billings on its order. Pay with a saved card or a new one: the card fields come from your carrier's payment provider (Stripe or Cardknox), and if your bank asks you to confirm the payment, Verify with your bank opens its check. If the answer is lost on the way, Check payment status tells you whether the payment went through, and trying again never charges you twice. The Add Payment button works as before. Needs platform 0.3.256 or later.

  • Portal de clientes

Save a card while you pay, on Stripe too

Tick Save this card for future payments when you pay by card, or add a card in Settings → Billing, and it is offered with your other saved cards the next time, whether your carrier uses Stripe or Cardknox. Nothing is charged when you only save a card. Needs platform 0.3.256 or later.

  • Portal de clientes

    A Payments page

The new Payments page in the menu lists the card payments you made online together with the payments recorded on your account, with the invoices each one paid. A card payment that was started but never finished reads Not completed. Until RushHour platform 0.3.256 reached production on November 4, 2026, it showed only the payments of your 10 most recent paid invoices and said so, with older payments shown on each invoice.

  • Portal de clientes

Pay the payment requests your carrier sends you

When your carrier sends you a payment request for an invoice, an order or a quote, the dashboard and the Invoices page show it in a banner ("You have 2 payment requests"), with what it is for and when it expires. Pay opens the same card form. A request can also ask you to authorize an amount, which only places a hold on your card until the payment is completed, or to save a card on file without charging it. Needs platform 0.3.256 or later.

Invoice items without a quantity show what is billed

On an invoice in the Customer Portal, an item line that has a price but no quantity now shows $0.00 under Amount, which is what the invoice bills for it, and the Subtotal no longer adds it. Before, its price was shown as the amount and counted in the Subtotal, so the Subtotal and the fees did not add up to the invoice total. Rate still shows the price per unit. Fee lines, the invoice total, payments and balance due, and the invoice you print or download have not changed.

Corregido1

  • Portal de clientes

Invoice item lines with no quantity show $0.00 and are left out of the Subtotal

In the items table of an invoice, an item that has a price but no quantity now reads $0.00 under Amount, as the invoice bills it. Its Rate still shows the price per unit, and the Subtotal under the table no longer adds it, so the Subtotal plus the fees equals the invoice total. Before, such a line showed its price as the amount and the Subtotal included it. Charge lines (fees), the invoice Total, Paid and Balance, and the invoice you print or download are unchanged.

Invoice lines show the right rate and amount

On an invoice in the Customer Portal, an item line now shows its price per unit under Rate and the quantity times that price under Amount, and the Subtotal adds up those amounts. Before, an item of quantity 2 at $84.89 each showed Rate $42.45 and Amount $84.89 on an invoice for $169.78. The invoice total, payments and balance due, and the invoice you print or download, have not changed.

Corregido1

  • Portal de clientes

Invoice item lines: Rate is the unit price, Amount is quantity times the unit price

In the items table of an invoice, Rate now shows the price of one unit and Amount shows the quantity times that price, so an item of quantity 2 at $84.89 each reads Rate $84.89 and Amount $169.78 (it used to read Rate $42.45 and Amount $84.89). The Subtotal under the table adds up the corrected amounts. Charge lines (fees), the invoice Total, Paid and Balance, and the invoice you print or download are unchanged.

The assistant says when AI is paused for your carrier

When the carrier's AI features are paused for the whole company, because its AI credits for the month are used up or an AI spending limit is reached, the Customer Portal assistant now says "The AI assistant is temporarily unavailable for this company." instead of a generic error. It needs RushHour platform 0.3.240 or later, which has been in production since October 16, 2026.

A clear message when the assistant is paused for the carrier's company

When the carrier's AI features are paused for the whole company, because its AI credits for the month are used up or an AI spending limit (the company's own or RushHour's) is reached, the assistant in the Customer Portal now says "The AI assistant is temporarily unavailable for this company." instead of "Something went wrong. Please try again." It says the same when the credits run out or a limit is reached in the middle of an answer. Customers cannot fix this themselves, so the message does not ask them to buy or change anything. Your own daily assistant limit keeps its own message, and every other error is shown as before. It needs RushHour platform 0.3.240 or later, which has been in production since October 16, 2026.

Customers see a notice while their carrier's RushHour account is locked

The Customer Portal now shows a short notice at the top of every signed-in page while the carrier's RushHour account is locked because its online RushHour subscription is no longer paid. The notice says the company account is locked and that requests may take longer to process; customers can still sign in and use the portal as before. It needs RushHour platform 0.3.236 or later, which has been in production since October 16, 2026.

A notice when the carrier's account is locked for an unpaid subscription

While a carrier's RushHour account is locked because its online RushHour subscription is no longer paid, every signed-in page of that carrier's Customer Portal shows a notice at the top: the company account is locked at the moment, so requests may take longer to process. It is information only: customers can still sign in and use the portal as before. The portal checks again every five minutes while it is on screen and when the customer comes back to it, so the notice goes away on its own after the carrier pays. Carriers whose account is not locked, and carriers that do not pay through an online RushHour subscription, see no change. It needs RushHour platform 0.3.236 or later, which has been in production since October 16, 2026.

Changing the number of trucks on a Full Load quote asks you first

If your carrier splits Full Load quotes by truck, changing the number of trucks on a Full Load quote now asks you what you want before anything is saved: one quote per truck, or keep one truck. It works with RushHour platform 0.3.235 or later, which has been in production since October 16, 2026.

Mejorado1

  • Portal de clientes

Full Load truck count: you choose before it splits

When your carrier has chosen to split Full Load quotes by truck, raising the number of trucks on a Full Load quote opens a question first: create one quote per truck, or keep one truck. Closing the question cancels the save. When the Full Load item shares the pickup with other items, only "Keep 1 truck" is offered. If your carrier has not chosen to split, nothing asks and the quote stays one quote with the number of trucks you typed. It needs RushHour platform 0.3.235 or later, which has been in production since October 16, 2026.

Customer Portal maps load again and follow the map you chose

The maps in the Customer Portal (Track Live and the location map on Profile) showed an error instead of a map. They load again, they now use the map your company chose in the Company Portal, and if Google Maps cannot load they show OpenStreetMap instead of an error.

Mejorado1

  • Portal de clientes

The Customer Portal shows the map your company chose

The Customer Portal's maps now follow the map your company picked in the Company Portal (Settings → Integrations → Map type): Google Maps, Mapbox, HERE, Radar or OpenStreetMap. Before, they always used Google Maps. If Google Maps cannot load, the map shows OpenStreetMap instead of an error.

Corregido1

  • Portal de clientes

Maps in the Customer Portal load again

Track Live and the location map on Profile showed an error (or an empty card) instead of a map, because the live Customer Portal had no Google Maps key. It now has its own key, limited to the Customer Portal's address and to map display, and the maps load.

Your customers can subscribe to their orders' tracking links

This release adds a Tracking links option to Settings → Notifications, so your customers can get their orders' tracking links by email, in the portal's notification bell, or both. The option appears once you send tracking links automatically, which has been available since the RushHour platform release of October 16, 2026; before then, nothing changed on your customers' screens.

  • Portal de clientes

Your customers can get their orders' tracking links by email or in the notification bell

Settings → Notifications has a new Tracking links row. Your customers can switch on Email to get their orders' tracking links in their inbox, In-app to get them in the portal's notification bell, or both; both are off until they turn them on. Each order's link is sent once, when the order reaches the point you choose, so customers get links only for orders that reach that point after they switch the row on. The row appears only when you send your customers their tracking links automatically, which has been available since the RushHour platform release of October 16, 2026.

Payment cards, extra charge costs and email types

Adding a payment card in the Customer Portal now works for your customers, with the expiry picked from month and year lists and past dates refused. The Additional Charges page shows them what each charge costs and how it is priced, and Profile → Email lets them mark an address as Bill of lading (BOL) and shows the email types you set. Editing a representative or an order contact no longer clears the contact's other saved details.

Mejorado2

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Additional Charges shows your customers what each charge costs and how it is priced

The Additional Charges page (Settings → Charge Types) now lists each charge for your customers with its name, cost and type. Cost is an amount, or a percentage for charges based on the freight cost or the shipment value, with any minimum, maximum or free first units shown underneath. Type says how the charge is priced: fixed, adjustable, variable (set when the charge is used), a percentage of the freight cost or of the shipment value, or per shipment, pallet, kg, piece, stop or document. Before, the page showed only the name and whether the amount is entered when the charge is used.

  • Portal de clientes

Your customers can mark an email address as Bill of lading (BOL), and see every email type you set

On Profile → Email, the address has its own full-width field and the picker is now called Email type. Alongside General, Accounting (receives invoices) and Billing / AR (receives shipment updates), which were labelled Invoices and Shipment updates before, your customers can now mark an address as Bill of lading (BOL). Types you manage, such as Invoice, Appointment or Accept payment, appear by name as locked badges instead of an unnamed "Other role", and the customer's default address keeps its Default badge next to its types.

Corregido2

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Your customers can now add a payment card, with the expiry picked from month and year lists

The Add Payment Method dialog now works. The card number and CVV fields, served by your card processor Cardknox, display properly, format the number as your customers type and check that it is complete. The expiry is picked from a month list (01 to 12) and a list of full four-digit years, and a date that has already passed is refused before the card is saved. The fields match the height and colours of the rest of the form in light and dark themes and in Hebrew. Your customers open it from Add card in Settings → Billing, from Add new card when they choose a payment method, or from Manage Payment Methods. Saving a card needs you to take card payments through Cardknox.

  • Portal de clientes

Editing a representative or an order contact keeps their other details

When your customers saved a change to a representative in Settings → Representatives, or to the Customer contact on an order, it used to clear details that form does not show, such as the contact's mobile number, photo, address and the email types you set for them. Saving now changes only what your customers edited, and they can still remove a contact's phone number.

Cancel approved orders, invite colleagues, and maps that follow your provider

Customers can now cancel an approved order that has not started yet, and invite colleagues to their own account from Settings → Account access. The map on the Profile page now follows the map provider your company has chosen, like the rest of the Customer Portal, and Radar, HERE and Mapbox are added to the providers the portal's maps can use. Cancelling approved orders, inviting colleagues and the new map providers work with platform 0.3.194 or later.

Nuevo3

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Customers can cancel an approved order that has not started

Cancel Order now also appears on approved orders, not only on drafts and quotes: in the Orders list, in Recent Orders on the dashboard, in the Tracking list and in the menu on the order page. The cancel goes through as long as none of the order's stops has been completed. If one has, the portal explains in the portal's language (English or Hebrew) that the order can no longer be cancelled online and asks them to contact support.

  • Portal de clientes

Customers can invite colleagues to their own account

Settings → Account access is no longer view-only. Customers can select Invite user and enter a colleague's name and email; the colleague gets an email with a link to set a password and sign in to the same customer account. Invites that have not been accepted yet can be sent again with Resend invite. The option is on by default, and you can switch it off for Customer Portal users in role permissions. Disabling or removing people stays with your team.

  • Integraciones y mapas

Customer Portal maps can use Radar, HERE or Mapbox

When your company picks Radar Maps, HERE Maps or Mapbox as its map provider, the maps in the Customer Portal use it too, with your company's own key and the map style set for it. If no key is set up, the portal shows a standard OpenStreetMap map instead of a blank area.

Mejorado1

  • Integraciones y mapas

The Profile page's location map follows your map provider

The Location Details card on the Profile page used to show an embedded Google map for every company. It now uses the same map provider as the rest of the Customer Portal: Google Maps, unless your company has chosen another. The pin is placed from the latitude and longitude saved on the card and follows them as they are typed; when none are saved, the map shows a general view instead of looking up the street address. The link field on the card is now called Map Link instead of Google Map Link, so it no longer asks for a Google link in particular.

Your customers see how many orders are waiting for your approval on the dashboard

Mejorado2

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Recent Orders on the dashboard shows each order's status

Each order in the dashboard's Recent Orders list now shows its order status and trip status under the order number, on a computer or a phone, with the same badges as the Orders page.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Your customers can cancel an order from the dashboard, the Orders list or the order itself

Delete Order is now called Cancel Order. It is offered for drafts and for orders still waiting for your approval, and those orders now also have it in their menu in the dashboard's Recent Orders. The confirmation asks "Cancel this order?" with Yes, cancel order or Keep order, and the dashboard counters and Recent Orders update as soon as the customer cancels.

Customer Portal launch: orders, tracking, invoices and support for your customers

The first production release of the Customer Portal at customer.rushhourapp.com gives your customers their own login to place orders and send them to you for approval, follow each shipment on a map with its event timeline, and open their invoices and paperwork. They can message your team, get notifications in the portal or by email, and keep their profile, representatives and saved locations up to date. The portal works in English and Hebrew, in light or dark mode, and on phones.

Your customers sign in to their own Customer Portal account

Customers sign in with their email and password and can stay signed in for 30 days. The invitation you send opens a page where they set a password and activate the account, and Forgot password emails them a link to choose a new one. If an invited customer already has a password, the portal asks them to sign in with it instead of calling the link expired.

  • Portal de clientes

A dashboard with order counts, invoice totals, recent orders and support messages

The Dashboard shows customers how many of their orders are Draft, Unassigned, Dispatched, On Route or Completed, their invoice totals with what is outstanding, paid and due in the next 30 days, their most recent orders with a search, and their latest support messages.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Customers see all their orders in one list, with filters, adjustable columns and Excel export

Orders lists everything the customer has booked, including drafts and orders waiting for your approval, with search and filters for dates, pickup and delivery address, status and payment. Customers choose which columns show and in what order, the portal remembers the layout, and ticked orders export to Excel. Each order's menu offers Repeat Order, Edit and Delete Order until you approve it, and Track Live, the Order Sheet and the BOL once it is under way.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Customers place orders with a live price estimate and send them to you for approval

From New order, customers add pickups and deliveries (picking a saved location or adding a new one to their address book), the items to move, a contact and the freight mode, and the estimated price updates from your pricing as they go. Save as Draft keeps the order for later, while Submit Order, or Submit for approval on a saved draft, sends it to you, and they can withdraw it while it waits. An order cannot be saved without a date, and contact pickers show each name, email and phone.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Every order opens with its stops, items, attachments, billing and activity

An order opens on tabs for Order Details, Package Details, Attachments, Billings, Activities, Related Orders and Agent Assigned, with the order and BOL PDFs in the header. Customers upload and download files in each attachment group, filter the activity log by delivery updates, package changes or holds, see parent and sub-orders, and see who is assigned once the order is dispatched. Billings shows the order price, any discount and the subtotal, with a Pay button once the invoice is issued.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Customers can ask for a price match on an order

Compare Pricing on an order lets a customer enter a competitor's price and company name, with an optional note, and send it to you as a message on that order for review.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Follow each shipment on a map with its event timeline

Tracking lists shipments that are scheduled, dispatched or in transit, with filters for status and shipment type, adjustable columns and Excel export of the ones ticked. Track Live opens a shipment's route on a map next to its timeline of events, its package details and whether a driver is assigned. Report an Issue sends a note about that shipment into the customer's support conversation.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Customers open, print and download their invoices and add payments

Invoices lists the customer's own invoices with search, date, type and status filters, and filters they can save. An invoice shows its lines, totals and payment history, and can be previewed, downloaded as a PDF or printed. Add Payment records a payment on an invoice, and Apply Payment to Invoice spreads one payment across several open invoices.

  • Portal de clientes

Under Support → My Ticket, customers raise a ticket with a subject, details, priority and a needed-by date, then follow it on the All, In progress, Resolved and Archive tabs, reply on the ticket's thread, and mark it resolved or archive it. They see that someone on your team has picked it up, but not who.

  • Plataforma

A notification bell, with in-app and email choices for each kind of update

The bell in the top bar lists the customer's notifications, which they can mark as read or unread, hide, or snooze until later. Settings → Notifications lets them choose, for each kind of notification, whether it shows in the portal, by email or both, and system announcements always show in the portal.

  • Portal de clientes

Customers keep their profile, company details and email addresses up to date

On Profile, customers change their own name and photo, save their company name, phone and address, and add, edit or remove the email addresses you use for them, marking each as General, Invoices or Shipment updates. The page also lists the team members who have portal access and shows the address on a map.

  • Portal de clientes

Customers manage their own representatives and saved locations

  • Plataforma

Maps use the map provider your company chose

Maps in the portal use your company's map setting, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap. If a map cannot load, for example because its key is rejected, the portal says so instead of showing a blank area.

  • Plataforma

Every page, tab, filter and selection can be bookmarked or shared as a link

The address bar keeps the page, open tab, filters and selected record, so a bookmarked or shared link reopens the same view, including after a reload. Orders, shipments and invoices open as tabs next to their list.

  • Plataforma

The portal works in English and Hebrew, in light or dark mode, and on phones

Customers switch language and light or dark mode from the top bar. In Hebrew the portal runs right to left, keeps numbers, emails and addresses readable, and shows sign-in errors in Hebrew too. On a phone, lists turn into cards.
