Card payments and payment requests, outsource prices, Samsara odometer data, drive history on the route map, and Driver Board statuses and search

This release lets staff charge a customer's card or hold an amount and capture it later, refund card payments, and send customers a secure link to pay by card; Cardknox setup shows where to find the keys, can test them and sets the account currency. Admins can price a Classic order from your outsource companies' prices, with each company's own markup and minimal cost rules, and New Trucks can read each truck's odometer for a month from Samsara. Dispatchers can choose which route statuses the Driver Board shows, search it by order number, assign a driver from a route card, open routes in their own tabs, share a route's details and see its drive history on the map; the dispatch maps get map options, a legend and zoom controls, order details show the driver's truck moving, and the header search also finds routes and orders. Admins can choose whether live truck positions come from the driver app, Samsara or neither. Orders keep moving when the address service is down, admins see the estimated cost and profit under each order's price, and stop times stay correct in every time zone. Customers with many contacts open much faster. In Accounting, a click opens an invoice row with Qty, Rate and Amount, Revert to original puts the rows back, a fee can be plain text, new settings choose which invoices can be sent and which can take payments, unpaid invoices can be filtered, invoices paid to the cent show as Paid, and fractional quantities are billed to the cent. Settings → Expenses gets Repairs & Parts and Fuel Stock lists, Settings → Integrations shows whether Telegram is connected, companies can allow one Company Portal session per account and choose how a search of several words finds orders, company admins can start an offered free trial, and new companies can start on a Free plan. In the driver app, the map lists every stop of the current routes, charges the office added keep their quantity, and companies can choose whether it turns sideways on Android tablets.

  • Despacho y rutas

Choose which route statuses the Driver Board shows

Settings → Systems → Dispatch now has "Driver Board shows": Active, Pending and Completed (Completed includes archived routes). The board's columns and its [+] route picker list only the selected statuses; a past day always shows every status. Companies that already use RushHour keep every status until an admin changes it; new companies start with Active and Pending. Below the picker, "Available Driver" now reads "Create a new route".

  • Despacho y rutas

Search the Driver Board by order number, and assign a driver from a route card

The Driver Board has its own search: every column lists only the stops that match, and an order number also suggests the routes that are not on the board but carry that order, which you can add or dismiss. The search is kept in the page address, so a bookmark or reload keeps it. On a route card, the new "Assign Driver" action (and picking a driver on the card) opens Edit Route with that driver filled in, so the truck and zone can be checked before saving.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Keep creating orders when the address service is down

If the map provider cannot be reached while you type an address, you can continue offline: search your saved addresses only, or enter the address by hand. Such an address is marked "Offline address" and is checked again automatically once the address service is back; if it cannot be found, the badge asks you to update it on the customer or location.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Estimated cost, profit and selling total under the order price

For admins, an order now shows tiles under its price with the estimated cost (miles × truck cost per mile), the estimated profit and the selling total, for every price type; Price Details (Classic) adds a cost breakdown column. The price hover keeps showing the estimate as before. In Settings → Expenses → Setup → Cost settings you can also choose where the AI price suggestion takes its truck cost per mile from: the Trucks tab (as before) or New Trucks.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Filter invoices that are not fully paid

The accounting Payment Status filter has a new choice, Unpaid: invoices with no payment yet or paid only in part. The old invoice list now has the Payment Status filter too (Paid, Pending, Unpaid, Overdue).

  • Plataforma

Repairs & Parts and Fuel Stock expenses, and monthly costs for all drivers

Settings → Expenses has two new tabs after Office: Repairs & Parts and Fuel Stock, each a monthly list like Office, and the Drivers tab gets a "Monthly costs for all drivers" list. These amounts are not included in the vehicle cost per mile.

  • Plataforma

Optionally allow only one Company Portal session per account

Settings has a new "Multiple account access" option. With it turned off, signing in to the Company Portal signs the same account out of its other browser, after asking first. It is on by default, so nothing changes until an admin turns it off. The driver app and the Customer Portal are not affected.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Repeat Order from the order page's action menu

The action (…) menu on the order page now has Repeat Order, in both the new and the old view. It works like the page's Repeat button: the new order (or quote) opens in its own tab, and the option is greyed out while the plan's order limit is reached.

  • Choferes y app de choferes

Choose whether the driver app turns sideways on tablets

Settings → Driver App → Features has a new switch, "Allow screen rotation on tablets". When on, drivers can turn an Android tablet or an unfolded foldable phone sideways and the app turns with it; when off, the app stays upright on these devices too. Phones always stay upright. It is on for every company, so nothing changes until an admin turns it off, and it applies to the Driver App from version 2.0.32 on Android.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

See the driver's truck move on the order map

The map on an order's details shows the truck of the driver carrying the order at its latest position, and moves it as new positions come in from the driver app.

  • Despacho y rutas

Route details from the route card menu, each in its own tab

A route card's menu on the Driver Board has a new "Route details" item, and every route you open keeps a tab named after its route number, so you can switch between routes the same way as between orders. A double-click on a route card follows Settings → Systems → "Record click opens", like a click on an order; Ctrl / Cmd + double-click always opens a new tab in the background.

  • Plataforma

Copy the old Trucks tab into New Trucks

Settings → Expenses → New Trucks has "Copy from the old Trucks tab": choose a range of months, see a preview of what will be copied, and copy the old tab's insurance, maintenance and other amounts into New Trucks or the monthly lists, for the whole fleet or per truck. Values already there are kept unless you choose to replace them, and a "Clear all values" option lets you start New Trucks again. The old Trucks tab itself is not changed.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Choose whether the invoice screen shows your company details

A new setting, "Show your company’s details on the invoice screen", decides whether an invoice opened in Accounting shows your company’s name, contact details and logo (the "From" box) next to the customer’s "Bill To". It is on for every company, so nothing changes until you turn it off.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Choose whether free waiting time appears on invoices

A new setting, "Show free waiting time on invoice" (Settings → Systems → Order), decides whether a stop that waited no longer than its free waiting time adds a $0 waiting time fee. It is on for every company, so invoices look the same until you turn it off; when it is off, invoice views and PDFs also leave existing $0 waiting lines out.

  • Plataforma

A Free plan for new companies

New companies can now sign up on the Free plan: $0 a month with no time limit and no onboarding fee, for 1 office user, 1 driver and 100 orders a month. A card is still entered at sign-up. The Free plan is for new accounts only, so a company on another plan cannot move to it, and Settings → Subscription says so on the Free plan. From the Free plan, company admins can upgrade to a paid plan in Settings → Subscription, and if the company has not had a free trial before, the upgrade starts with the paid plan's free trial: nothing is charged until the trial ends, and the paid plan's one-time onboarding fee applies as it does for a new sign-up.

  • Plataforma

Start an offered free trial from Settings → Subscription

Company admins who were offered a free trial can now start it from Settings → Subscription, without needing the emailed link. Until it starts, a "Your free trial is ready" card and banner show the way. The card shows the date the trial will end if you start it now, and right after starting it the page waits a few seconds for the trial to be confirmed instead of offering it a second time.

  • Despacho y rutas

Share a route's details: copy, share or email the link

On the Dispatch board, Live Share in a route's details now opens a menu: copy a link to that view, send it from another app (where the browser offers a share sheet), or email it. The email is sent from your company's mailbox when you are allowed to send email, and otherwise opens in your email app. The link opens the route's details for anyone signed in to your company who can open Dispatch, even when the route is not on their board, and it can be bookmarked.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Choose whether a charge's entered price is the line total or a price per unit

When you enter your own price for an additional charge, you can now choose how it is billed: as the total for the line, or as a price per unit that is multiplied by the quantity. The choice is in the additional charges list on an order and when confirming a stop, and the totals follow it. Existing and new prices stay the total for the line unless you choose otherwise.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Charge a customer's card from RushHour

When Cardknox is installed under Settings → Integrations, a new "Charge card" action is on the order and quote menus, the invoice preview, unpaid invoices in Accounting and the customer header; each saved card on a customer's Payments tab has "Charge this card", and Receive Payment has a "Charge Card Now" method. Choose "Charge now", or "Authorize only" to hold the amount on the card and capture it later; pay with a saved card or a new one entered in the secure card fields, and save the new card for next time. The payment is recorded in Accounting, and if the connection drops the form offers "Check payment status" instead of charging again. Company admins and roles that can already add or edit payments get the new "Charge customer cards" permission.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Card transactions: capture holds, release them and refund card payments

Accounting → Payments Received has a new "Card Transactions" view that lists every card transaction, including holds that have not been captured yet, with gateway and status filters. From it, and from an invoice's payments list, you can capture a hold in full or in part, void it to release the card, or refund a card payment in full or in part with a reason. A refund goes back to the same card and leaves the payment in Accounting as it is, so reverse it there if your books need it. Payments taken by card show their card and status on Payments Received, invoices show a "Card holds on this invoice" strip, the invoice's activity log records each authorization, capture, void and refund, and staff get a notification two days before a hold expires. Voiding and refunding need the new "Refund and void payments" permission, given to company admins and roles that can add or edit payments.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Payment requests: send customers a secure link to pay by card

"Request payment" sits next to "Charge card" on orders, quotes, invoices and customers. A request asks the customer to pay now, authorize a hold or save a card, for the amount you set, with an optional message and a link that expires after 1 to 90 days (30 to start with). RushHour emails the link to the address you enter, or to the customer's accounting email when you leave it blank, and you can also copy it. The customer opens the link without signing in, pays with a new card or, if you allow it, a saved one, can save the card for future payments, and sees a receipt. The new Accounting → Payment Requests page lists every request with its status and lets you open, copy, send again or revoke one, and the invoice's activity log records when a request is sent, paid or withdrawn. Creating, sending and revoking requests needs the new "Manage payment requests" permission.

  • Despacho y rutas

Outsource companies: their own markup and minimal cost rules

An outsource company's Finance tab has a new Markup (%), the markup added to that company's buying price. Leave it empty to follow the organisation markup from Settings → Billing, which the empty field shows. When the company's Type of Work includes Fixed, a new Minimal Cost Mode next to Cost Fixed (Minimal) chooses how the minimal cost is charged: Include covers an Included Distance, and only the miles or kilometers beyond it are added at Cost Distance; Additionally charges it on top of every mile or kilometer. Outsource prices on orders use these settings; route payouts are calculated as before.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Price a Classic order from your outsource companies' prices

For admins, Price Details (Classic) has a new "Price based on: Internal / Outsource" switch. Outsource shows the Cheapest, Average and Highest of your active outsource companies' prices for the order (by distance, hourly or fixed, less each company's discount), or lets you choose a company and its method, with a separate outsource markup. The order is then priced at that buying price plus the markup, less the order's discount, and is recalculated with the same choice whenever it is re-priced; Internal keeps today's price and cost lines. Under the price, the Estimated Cost tile shows the outsource cost, so the estimated profit is right. When a whole order is assigned to a driver of an outsource company on the order page, admins are asked whether to recalculate the price with that company's price, and assigning your own driver to an outsource-priced order offers to switch back to the internal price. Prices by pallet are not included yet.

Get Samsara data: each truck's odometer for a month, next to the typed values

Company admins can click Get Samsara data on New Trucks in Settings → Expenses, and on a single truck's expenses, to read the odometer Start, End and Miles of each truck linked to Samsara for a month that is over. Samsara's values are kept next to the values people typed, which never change, and one set counts for each truck and month: Settings → Expenses → Setup → Cost settings chooses which one counts when a month has both (typed values, to start with), and any month can be switched on the Odometer tab. A preview shows what will change before anything is saved, months that look wrong (End below Start, more than 15,000 miles, or a Start below last month's Samsara End) are listed to check instead of copied, and badges show which trucks are linked. Samsara's fuel estimate for the month is shown next to Fuel for comparison and never counts in the cost per mile.

  • Despacho y rutas

The Route details map shows the drive history

In the new view, a route's Route details on the Dispatch board now draws the legs already driven (both stops confirmed) in grey and the legs still ahead in blue, with a legend. Each stop pin opens a card with its type, order number, whether it is confirmed, the address with a copy button, the time it was confirmed or is planned for, and its confirmed or planned items. The map follows the board's date, so a past day shows that day's trip. The confirmation time and items need the Route History permission.

  • Despacho y rutas

Route suggestions point to the route that already has the order's other stop

When you select an unassigned stop on the Dispatch page, a route that already has another stop of the same order, for example its pickup, now gets a blue "Related stop assigned" header. If it can take the order, it moves up to just after the three "Nearest zones" routes, unless it is already among them, so the rest of the order can go to the same driver. Under the header, the route names that stop: pickup or delivery, its address, and "done" when it is already confirmed. A route that cannot take the selected order says why in red, for example "Not enough pallet space (14/14 on the truck)". When the stop has no map location, the first three routes read "Suggested" instead of "Nearest zones", because they are not ordered by distance. This works in both views of the Dispatch page, and the route list answers sooner after you select a stop.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Type an invoice fee as plain text

The invoice Fee Type list has a new Text option, above Create New and Add Waiting Time, in both the new and the old view. Choose it and type the fee's text: it is saved on that invoice only, with no charge type behind it, and nothing is added to your Additional Charges list. The × button goes back to the fee types. A fee's Fee Address also shows the whole selected address while you edit it.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Choose which invoices can be sent and which can take payments

Settings → Billing has two new choices below Send to QuickBooks: Send Invoice and Add Payments, each set to "Any invoice" or "Approved invoices only". Send Invoice starts on Any invoice and Add Payments on Approved invoices only, which is how RushHour works today, so nothing changes until an admin changes them. Set Send Invoice to Approved invoices only to send only approved invoices, or Add Payments to Any invoice to record payments on Draft and Open invoices too, bulk payments included. When an action is not allowed for an invoice, its button is greyed out and says the invoice must be approved first. An invoice that was paid before it was approved can still be approved.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Link a new invoice to one of the customer's orders

When you create an invoice in Accounting, in the new and the old view, a new Order field next to the customer lets you search for an order and link the invoice to it. Opened from a customer's own accounting page, the field lists only that customer's orders. Picking an order fills in its customer, billing address and payment terms if no customer is chosen yet, and the invoice uses the order's currency. If the order has no invoice yet, the new invoice becomes its default invoice. If it already has invoices, choose "Link only" to keep the current default invoice, or "Link and make default" to replace it when you save; customer balances may change, and you are warned first when the current default invoice is approved or was already sent to the customer or QuickBooks. Once saved, an invoice stays linked to the same order.

  • Pedidos y cotizaciones

Choose how a search of several words finds orders

Settings → Systems has a new "Orders search with several words" option. "Whole phrase or every word", the default and today's behaviour, lists an order that contains the whole phrase or every word somewhere, for example one word in the customer name and one in the PO number. "Any of the words" lists an order that contains at least one of the words, so BBQ Rapid finds both the BBQ orders and the Rapid orders. It applies to the Orders and Quotes search and to the global search; a one-word search works the same either way.

  • Despacho y rutas

Choose where live truck positions come from

Settings → Driver App has a new Real-time Truck/Driver Location section. Choose whether the live truck position on the Dispatch and Order details maps comes from the driver app, from Samsara or from neither (Offline), and which one a route uses when it has both. Both sources stay on by default, as before. While both are on, the menu of an active or pending route on the Dispatch board offers Location source, so a dispatcher can switch one route. When a route has both and the source it uses has sent no position for 20 minutes while the other one has, the Order details map follows the other one, so a Samsara unit that stopped reporting no longer keeps the truck at an old position. Settings → Fleet gets a GPS column that shows whether each truck's Samsara link is connected and when Samsara last saw it. Drivers' phones keep recording GPS for HOS and arrival times whatever you choose.

  • Despacho y rutas

New Route: a company or outsource driver, and the outsource company's truck types

When you create or edit a route, choose Company Driver or Outsource Driver first. Company Driver lists your own drivers and fleet trucks. Outsource Driver asks for the outsource company, then lists only its drivers, and the truck list shows that company's truck types, with how many trucks it runs of each, above your own fleet trucks. Picking a truck type puts that type on the route, because the outsource company's trucks are not listed one by one. This works the same in both dispatch views.

  • Despacho y rutas

Create Route Modes: build a route and its stops on one page

Settings → Systems → Dispatch has a new "Create Route Modes" choice for the new view of the Dispatch page. "Create Route only", the default, works as today: New Route and Edit Route open their dialogs. With "Create Route & Assign Stops", New Route opens the Create New Route page, where you choose the zone, driver type, driver and truck, add the route's stops from the unassigned list, put them in order and see the route on the map with its distance and driving time; Create route saves the route with its stops. Edit Route opens the same page for an existing route. There you can also set where the route starts and ends: the first or last stop's address, a point on the map, a warehouse or another address, with an optional scheduled time and a note. The driver app does not show these points yet. The search for a point lists your saved addresses and warehouses; choose Custom address for any other address. When the first or last stop has changed since the route was saved, a point set to that stop's address follows it, and if you can edit the route, the page asks you to save it to keep the change. Stops you add to a new route are listed under their planned day, as on a saved route. In Route details, a new Manage Route row shows the route at a glance, with its driver, truck, stops and start and end points, in either mode. The Driver Board always uses the New Route dialog, and the page asks before you leave it with unsaved changes.

Dispatch map: base maps, overlays, legend and zoom controls

The dispatch maps get a map options menu (base map, weather radar, public alerts, fuel stations, your sites and geofences), a legend and zoom buttons, and selecting a route, stop or truck now works the same way everywhere on the map, with Escape stepping back and "Fit all" framing everything shown. Confirmed stops turn green right away, without a refresh.

  • Plataforma

Plan limits show as a bar at the top of the list

When your plan's order, driver or user allowance is running low or has been used, a bar at the top of the list screens says how many are left, when the period resets and links to updating your plan, instead of the small notice between the header buttons.

  • Plataforma

Bookmarks are now off until your company turns them on

Bookmarks are now off by default, for new companies and for every company already using RushHour. While they are off, nobody in your company sees the star beside page titles or the Bookmarks section at the top of the sidebar. Bookmarks people have already saved are kept, not deleted. To use bookmarks, turn on Bookmarks in Settings → Systems → Navigation and save; the star and everyone's saved bookmarks come back.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Paid and Revised stamps beside the invoice logo

On the classic invoice, a fully paid invoice shows one larger PAID stamp next to the logo, and a revised invoice shows its REVISED stamp the same way, instead of a small stamp above the totals. The Paid amount in the totals is unchanged.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Invoice item quantities take up to 2 decimal places

An invoice item's quantity can have at most 2 decimal places, matching what the invoice and the QuickBooks Desktop export print, so the printed quantity and the billed amount always agree. Whole numbers are not affected, and an invoice saved earlier with a longer quantity can still be saved unchanged.

  • Plataforma

Fuel Stock rows keep gallons or liters and the price per unit

On Settings → Expenses → Fuel Stock, each row can now record how much fuel was bought (gallons or liters) and the price per unit. If you leave the amount empty, it is worked out from the two.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

The invoice editor shows the same rows as the invoice view

In the new invoice editor, the order's items now show their rate and amount the way the invoice view does: the order price is shared across the items by quantity instead of appearing as a separate "Items Subtotal" row, and the totals are unchanged. A row you add with "Add item" is billed on top of the order price. The new invoice view also fits the screen at 100% zoom.

  • Integraciones y mapas

Settings → Integrations shows whether Telegram is connected

The Telegram row used to say "Install" even after a successful sign-in. It now asks Telegram: when your account is signed in, the row shows "Connected as" with the account's phone number and a Reconnect button, and when it is not, it shows "Not Connected" next to Install. If Telegram cannot be reached, the row stays as before. When Telegram is already connected, the sign-in dialog warns that sending a code disconnects the current account until you sign in with the new code, and a successful sign-in now says "Telegram is connected."

  • Integraciones y mapas

Route optimization with HERE, Mapbox or Radar no longer times out

When HERE, Mapbox or Radar takes too long to optimize a route spread over several days, RushHour now orders the route with its built-in optimizer instead of the whole optimization failing with a timeout.

Cardknox setup explains where to find your keys and tests them

Settings → Integrations → Cardknox now walks you through creating the API and iFields keys in the Cardknox (Sola) Merchant Portal, with a link to it, and "Test connection" checks the API key with Cardknox without saving it and tells you whether it was accepted.

  • Despacho y rutas

Find Route adds only the HUB leg of the stop you picked

On an order that goes through a HUB (set with Assign HUB), choosing a route in Find Route on the Dispatch page now adds only the leg of the stop you picked: the leg into the HUB or the leg out of it. Before, both legs were added to the same route. Find Route also checks each route's room against that leg alone, so it no longer passes over routes that have space for it. Other orders are added as a whole, as before, and a stop assigned through Ask AI moves the same way. If the stop is no longer waiting to be assigned, Find Route says so and adds nothing.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Edit invoice rows with one click, and revert them

In the new invoice editor, one click opens a row for editing; a click on its checkbox or delete icon still does just that. Every item with its own rate, every fee and the order price lines have Qty, Rate and Amount: fill in any two and the third is worked out, and a fee's Amount is saved exactly as typed. Billable waiting time rows work the same way over their billable hours and take a description, and an open fee row shows its Fee Name and Fee Type again. A new Revert to original button puts the items, fees and tax back as they were when you opened the invoice; on an invoice made from an order it can instead take the order's current stops, items and fees, as if the invoice were created from the order now. Nothing is saved until you save the invoice.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

New invoices link only to active or closed orders, unless you allow others

A new invoice can now be linked only to an active or closed order, and an invoice linked to an order can bill only that order's customer. To also link new invoices to draft, quote or deleted orders, turn on "Allow invoices for draft, quote or deleted orders" in Settings → Systems → Order. It is off by default, and only users who can change the other Order settings can change it. Invoices that are already linked to an order are not affected. When a link is refused, the message says why and what to do instead, in English and in Hebrew.

Only users who can manage locations see the link, which matches who can save a new warehouse; other users are told to ask someone who can manage locations (Settings > Locations).

An invoice that still owes half a cent or more shows at least $0.01 due.

Saving an order with a stop fee no longer creates a new invoice

Every save of an order with a stop fee or waiting time replaced its invoice with a new one, and payments stayed on the old invoice. The invoice is now rebuilt only when something on it really changed, and when it is, the payments move to the new invoice.

In the QuickBooks Desktop (IIF) export, an invoice whose item lines have their own prices did not balance, because those lines were exported without an amount, so QuickBooks Desktop could refuse it or book a different total. Item lines with a price now carry their amount, and the imported invoice matches the one in RushHour.

Stop arrival and departure times stay correct in every time zone

Arrival and departure times confirmed in dispatch, or entered in an invoice's waiting-time window, are now saved as exact times. The Company Portal shows them in each user's local time, and the invoice's waiting-time line and the order's audit log show them in the time zone they were entered in. Times saved before this release are shown as before.

Orders list arrival times in your own time zone

On the Orders list, the planned and actual arrival shown for a stop now appear in your own time zone, with its name (for example EDT, EST or GMT+2), matching the time on the order itself. Before, they were always labeled EST, and the planned arrival could show several hours off.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Fees with a fractional quantity are billed to the cent

An additional charge with a fractional quantity, such as 2.5 hours of waiting at $8.33 an hour, is now billed rounded to the cent ($20.83), the same way invoice item lines are: on the order, on the invoice and in automatic billing. Whole-number quantities are billed exactly as before, and an existing invoice is not replaced because of the half cent.

  • Facturación y contabilidad

Invoices and exports print a longer quantity as entered

Invoices, invoice documents and the QuickBooks Desktop export now print a quantity with up to 4 decimal places, as it was entered, instead of rounding it to 2. Whole numbers and quantities with 1 or 2 decimal places print exactly as before.

They also open already ticked in the app's charges step, with their note and price. A charge the driver adds still starts at 1. On long routes, stops after the twentieth item now keep their hold, cash-on-delivery and charges steps in the driver app.

The driver app’s map shows every stop of the driver’s current routes

The stop list under the driver app’s map now covers all of the driver’s active and pending routes, with every stop — including hold badges and “Collect $X” lines. It used to get only 20 stops in all, taken from every route the driver ever had that was still on file, so for a driver with history it could show old, completed stops and miss today's. This applies to every installed app version as soon as this release is on.

The order's audit log records a charge's price type ("Price type": Total for the line or Price per unit) when it is switched, and when a charge is added with a price per unit.

Removing the HERE or Radar key now saves and turns the integration off

Cardknox charges card payments in the right currency

A card payment through Cardknox is now charged in the currency of its invoice, order or payment request. Before, a payment in another currency, such as ILS or EUR, was charged the same number in US dollars. Settings → Integrations → Cardknox has two new settings: the currency your Cardknox account is in (USD unless you change it), and Multi-Currency Conversion (MCC), to turn on only after Sola has enabled it on your account. A payment in a currency your account can't charge is refused before anything is charged: staff see what to change in the settings, and customers paying online are asked to contact you to pay another way.

A saved-card payment charges the card you picked, and never twice

Add Payment with a customer's saved card now charges the card selected in the form; before, a customer with several saved cards was always charged on the first one. Assign Driver: your own drivers and outsource drivers on separate tabs

In an order's Assign Driver panel, "My drivers" now lists only your company's own drivers, and the "Outsource drivers" tab, which used to show a placeholder, lists your outsource companies' drivers, with the same search, filters and pages. The panel always opens on "My drivers". Searching for a driver by a pasted full name now finds them even when the name has extra or unusual spaces, and the name also works last name first. The spacing fix also applies to searches on the Drivers, Orders, Customers and Trucks lists. This works in both order views.

  • Despacho y rutas

Stop actions work in the Route details view

In the Route details view of the Dispatch page, confirming a stop, marking a confirmed stop as not done again, adding stops, Create Delivery and a stop's pop-up did nothing. They now work as they do on the route card, with the same dialogs and checks, including the Confirm stop dialog and the stop limit when you add stops.

  • Despacho y rutas

Selecting a route always moves the map to it

On both dispatch maps, selecting a route now always moves the map to it. A route with only one stop that can be placed on the map centers on that stop, and when none of a route's stops has a map location, a "Route not on map" message says so and asks you to check the stop addresses on the route's orders, instead of the map staying where it was.

  • Plataforma

The header search finds the route an order is on

Searching an order number in the header search no longer answers "No results found" when the order is on a route: under Drivers, the search now also lists Routes and Orders. Choosing a route opens the Dispatch board with the search applied, so it shows the route with that order's stops, and choosing an order opens it.

  • Despacho y rutas

Route cards list the stops that match the Routes search

On the Dispatch board, an open route card, its Route details and a reloaded card now list the stops that match the search typed in the Routes panel, the same search the card's stop count uses, so typing an order number shows only that order's stops. Clearing the search box also removes it from the page address, so a reload or a shared link no longer brings the cleared search back. Driver Board columns keep their own search.

Capturing, voiding and refunding card payments need a signed-in session

Capturing holds, voiding and refunding card payments work only from a signed-in RushHour session, never from an API token, an MCP connection or the in-app assistant. An API token, an MCP connection or the assistant can charge a customer's card, or hold an amount on it, only with the "Charge customer cards" permission, like staff; it cannot save the card it charges, its charge is never marked as a mail or telephone order, and the assistant asks you to confirm before it charges. Each company's payment notifications can only affect that company's own payments, and the Cardknox card form no longer writes the card token to the browser console.

  • Plataforma

Stronger sign-in protection and tighter access checks

Ten wrong passwords in a row now lock an account for 15 minutes, and completing a password reset ends the lock; sign-in, password reset and one-time codes are also limited per network, with a message that asks you to wait a few minutes. Only a Company Admin can grant or remove the Company Admin role or change an admin's email or roles, and changing a user's roles signs them out of their other sessions. The map type, the map tile address and the Google, Samsara and Ably keys can be changed only by users who can manage integrations. Drivers can no longer change other drivers' hours of service and see only their own logs, and a card payment taken in the driver app must be for an order on the driver's current route. Documents are previewed in an isolated frame and turned into PDFs with scripts and local files switched off, terms and conditions keep their formatting, headings, links and pasted images but nothing that could run code, and two endpoints that needed no sign-in no longer reveal order or customer details.

Proof of Delivery, tracking links, invoice payment links and driver settlements

This release adds Proof of Delivery PDFs, tracking links with a map that your customers can open without logging in, automatic customer emails with each order's tracking link and for driver arrivals and departures, and a Payouts page for settling driver and carrier pay. Dispatchers get an Hours of Service board, a driver Issues page, past days' routes and each route's trip history on the Dispatch board, clearer stop limits, and printing of BOLs and labels for many orders at once from the Orders list. Billing teams get built-in reports, card payment links for invoices, invoice PDFs with separate item and charge totals, and a warning when a charge still needs an amount. Companies can also connect their own TollGuru account, create API tokens and choose how long driver data is kept, and emails now carry your logo, accent colour and contact details, with an editor for each template. Dispatchers can also plan on a new Driver Board, filter the board by route status or a date range, and ask the AI assistant which route should take an unassigned stop. This update also adds a QuickBooks-style invoice editor in the New UI, an Invoice include Transfer setting, @mentions in driver chats and a One Full Load per order setting, and each invoice paid by a bulk payment now shows only its own share of the payment. Company admins can also set daily and monthly AI spending limits, Starter, Growth and Pro plans now include monthly AI credits that company admins can top up, and searches on the Dispatch board and the main lists also find what matches every word you type, in any order. Starter, Growth and Pro can also be bought online on rushhourapp.com/pricing, each starting with a 30-day free trial.

Settle driver and carrier pay from a new Payouts page in Accounting

A new Payouts page in Accounting, open to company admins by default, lists the routes you add for each driver and outsource carrier (Generate missing routes adds them for a period), with each route's payout amount, what has been paid and what is still due. Enter route payout amounts and record payments, or group a provider's unpaid routes for a period into a settlement and pay it in full or in part. Print, download or email each settlement's statement, and export a year-end summary of payments per provider to CSV. A period follows the work: a route is listed for the stops its driver did in that period, by your local date, however long ago the route was created. Each settlement covers only its period's stops, at the amount you enter for that period, so the next settlement picks up only the next period's work.

Choose how long driver GPS history and deleted drivers' details are kept

Settings → Profile has a new Driver data retention section. You can choose how many days of driver GPS history to keep, and whether to erase the personal details of drivers your staff delete once a waiting period has passed. Companies already on RushHour keep how this works today: GPS history older than 90 days is deleted, and drivers your staff delete are erased after a 30-day waiting period, during which they can still be restored. That includes drivers deleted before this release. You can change both here. For companies that join after this release, both start off: a driver your staff deletes stays archived and can be restored, and erasure, once turned on, applies only to drivers deleted from then on. Turning erasure off and on again starts afresh. When drivers delete their own account in the driver app, their details are erased after the waiting period by default, including drivers who asked before this release.

You can now filter the Orders and Quotes lists to regular or Air/Port orders, whose stops are in two or more countries, with the Old UI tabs (the Air/Port tab shows a count) or the New UI Shipment Type menu or filter panel. Order Dashboard counts follow your choice. While you create an order or quote, a notice offers to switch it to an Air/Port or regular order when its addresses call for it.

Plan routes side by side on a new Driver Board in Dispatch

Switch Dispatch to Driver Board, in the New UI or the Old UI, to see the Unassigned panel next to a full-height column for each route you add, and drag stops between them with the same rules and prompts as the regular board. Add routes with the board's + button (an active route, or a driver to create a new route for) or with Add to Board in a route card's menu; the board keeps up to 50 routes for you, and pinned columns stay in view while you scroll sideways. New UI columns show each stop on a compact card with order number, customer, pallets, cities, time, priority and indicator icons, with details on hover, and the Old UI gets a header button that puts the Unassigned panel on the left or the right.

Filter the Dispatch board by route status

A Route Status filter next to the Completed Routes switch on the Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, shows Active, Pending, Completed or Archived routes in any combination, and clearing it shows every status. Completed covers finished routes. Archived covers routes closed with the older Archive action, which the board used until April 2025, and lists them only for users with the Route History permission. The board opens on Active and Pending, as before, a past day opens with every status, and the switch now turns the Completed and Archived options on or off together. Except on past days, your choice stays in the page address, so a reload or a shared link keeps it.

Filter the Dispatch board by a single day or a date range

The Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, now has one date control for a single day or a date range. It offers Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, then this or last week, month or year and All Times, a Single day calendar and a Date range calendar, and arrows that step to the previous or next day or period. The routes, their stops, the Unassigned panel and Driver Board columns follow the chosen dates, a range that has already ended opens the same past-day view as an earlier date, and the dates stay in the page address, so a reload or a shared link opens on them. In the Portal's date range pickers, clicking a single date and then Apply selects just that day, and the Orders list's date filter now also offers Tomorrow.

Ask the AI assistant which route should take an unassigned stop

Order cards in the Dispatch board's Unassigned panel now have Ask AI next to Find Route; in the Old UI list view it is in the card's … menu. It opens the AI assistant on that stop: the assistant ranks the routes that can take it, with the same extra distance Find Route shows, explains its pick and answers follow-up questions, then proposes the assignment on a card that changes nothing until you click Apply. The order then goes on that route with the same checks as Find Route, and Undo is offered if the order had nothing on that route before.

Save turns orange when you change something an order's invoice is built from, and blue again once you save

When an order already has an invoice, Save now turns orange after you change something the invoice is built from, with a tooltip saying how the invoice gets updated: by saving, when the order is completed, or with Update Invoice. In the New UI that means the side panel (customer, contact, PO and tracking numbers, shipment type, pricing and attachments), with Edit turning orange in view mode, and in the Old UI also stop changes such as items and allocations. Changes to the order's date or notes don't count, invoices already exported to QuickBooks are never flagged, and for invoices created before this release Save is orange only until the order is saved. Save turns blue again once you click it, even when that save does not rebuild the invoice, and turns orange again only when the order changes after that; the colour is the same for every user and after a reload. While the invoice is still out of date, the tooltip saying how it gets updated stays on Save, even when Save is blue.

New setting: block confirming a delivery until its pickup is on a route

Settings → Profile → Order Info has a new option, Block confirming a delivery until its pickup is on a route, which is off by default. Off keeps today's behaviour: a dispatcher who confirms a delivery whose pickup was never put on a route is warned and can still confirm it, and drivers confirm as before. When it is on, such a delivery can't be confirmed on the Dispatch board, on the order screens, in the driver app or in Telegram until the pickup of its items is assigned to a route, and the disabled Confirm button says why. Closing the order is never blocked.

A QuickBooks-style invoice editor and invoice page in the New UI

The new interface has a QuickBooks-style invoice editor and invoice page. Invoices downloaded, printed or emailed from it use a new layout: sender and Bill To side by side, one Items and Fees table, and tax in the totals. In the editor, Set Default asks you to confirm, like Set Default in the order's Invoices list, and it is locked on a new invoice and while the order's default invoice is approved or already sent to QuickBooks or by email. Adding billable waiting time to a new invoice no longer stops it from saving. When an invoice has a line with a negative amount, such as a discount, credit or "Paid" line, which the Invoice total does not count, the invoice page, the editor and the invoices they produce leave out the Subtotal and the Total of the Items or Fees group that holds the line, because those did not add up to the Invoice total. Every line, the tax, the Invoice total and the balance due stay as they were.

New setting in Settings → Systems → Order: Invoice include Transfer. It is on by default, so invoices stay exactly as they are. Turn it off to bill each item from its original pickup to its final delivery without the transfer hub's address: transfer legs are combined into one line, fees and waiting time recorded at the hub keep their amount but show no address, and the invoice editor's Fee Address list leaves the transfer stops out. The Fee Address list also names every stop that shares an address.

When it is on, an order with a Full Load pickup cannot take another pickup, and Full Load cannot be chosen next to other pickup items; the order screens disable those buttons and say why, and such a save is refused. Choose what the Dispatch board's date applies to, and find a route by its number

Next to the date control on the Dispatch board, in the New UI and the Old UI, a Date applies to menu sets how the selected dates pick routes. Any Stop works as before and stays the default. Route Start lists routes whose first pickup falls on the selected dates (for a route not finished yet, its first pickup still to do). Planned Pickups and Planned Deliveries list routes with a pickup or delivery still to do that is planned by the last selected day, late ones included. Route Lifetime lists the routes that existed on one of the selected days, from when they were created until they were completed or archived, whatever their stops' dates. The menu works while a date is selected, your choice stays in the page address, and the Driver Board columns follow it. Searching the board for a number such as 733 or #733 now also finds the route with that number, and its card shows the route's stops rather than only the orders matching the number.

See your subscription plan and usage, and switch plans, in Settings → Subscription

A new Settings → Subscription page lists the plans your company can choose, each with its monthly price, one-time onboarding fee, included office users, drivers and orders, features and overage prices, and marks your current plan. A company admin moves to another plan by switching it on and confirming; other office users see the page read-only, and free plans say Contact us. The page also shows your usage against the plan's limits and when the monthly order count resets. When about 10% or less of an allowance is left, a counter appears next to New Order, Add Driver and Add User; if your plan enforces its limits, those buttons are disabled once a limit is reached, otherwise nothing is blocked. Profile → Plan Details → Change Plan now opens this page. The counter reads, for example, Order limit reached, update your plan, and opens Settings → Subscription when clicked, and the order counter also shows on the Quotes list. If your plan enforces its limits, Approve Quote, Repeat Order and saving a draft under Orders are also disabled once the monthly order allowance is used up; New Quote stays available because quotes are not counted.

Vehicle cost per mile for the fleet and each truck, and an Expenses page for every truck

Settings → Expenses → New Trucks now shows the fleet's vehicle cost per mile (fixed and variable costs, without fuel and tolls) over the last 6 full months, calculated from the truck costs and the Miles entered there; it shows Not available when no miles are entered. In Fleet, each truck's menu has a new Expenses page with that truck's cost per mile next to the fleet's, a month-by-month split that says why a month was or was not counted, and the truck's New Trucks values (month, Finance, Odometer, exclude expenses, save). The Edit Fleet window also has an Expenses tab, and a truck's name on New Trucks opens its page. The figure changes no price unless Classic pricing uses it. Available to users who can view expenses. On New Trucks, values now stay in their own month in every time zone, a typed value no longer shows 0 after you click out of the cell, the grid keeps showing the current values while a month or a save loads, an Exclude Expenses period starts in the month you picked, and the Odometer tab warns when a truck has miles for a month but no fuel entered. Each New Trucks value can now be One-time or Recurring, with an optional end month (new Maintenance, Tolls and Other values start as One-time), and an "All values" window lists every value a truck has had in a column. Approved truck expenses from driver receipts, Transactions, the Recurring tab and imports now count in the month of their date: they show under the cell and are included in the totals and the vehicle cost per mile. Expenses waiting for approval, or rejected, are not counted, and miles come from the Miles column only. A Cost settings tab in Settings → Expenses → Setup sets whether fuel and tolls count in the cost per mile (off by default), where Classic prices take their Vehicle charge from (the Trucks tab by default) and how an order's estimated cost is calculated. Company admins also see an order's estimated truck cost and line-haul margin when hovering over the margin icon in its price box.

Record screens (orders, quotes, invoices, customers, drivers, outsource companies, the Fleet and Expenses truck pages, Settings → Users → Roles and Permissions, and the document editor) now show a "Back to <screen>" button, such as Back to Dispatch, when you opened them from another screen. It works in step with the browser's Back and Forward buttons, and going back to a list brings back its page, sort and scroll position, plus the filters and search on the Orders, Quotes, Customers, Drivers, Outsource and Invoices lists and the selected route on the Dispatch board. Settings → Systems has a new "Record click opens" option that sets what a normal click on an order, quote, invoice, customer, driver or outsource company in its list does: open it in a new tab in the background (the default, as before; if the record is already open, its tab is shown), in a new tab you switch to right away, or in one reused tab. Ctrl/Cmd-click, a middle click or the new Open in new tab menu item always open a separate tab in the background, and a record you are editing always keeps its own tab. On an invoice, Linked Order opens in the same browser tab, and a new Order Invoices link opens that order's invoices.

Once a limit is reached, AI features such as the AI assistant and voice transcription pause until 00:00 UTC for a daily limit, or until the 1st of the next month (UTC) for a monthly one, and the AI assistant shows why instead of leaving your message unanswered. A limit set by your plan or by RushHour can also apply, and the strictest one wins. Requests made with an API token can use AI features only while Allow API tokens to use AI features is on, on the same card; it is off by default, and a company admin can turn it on when your plan allows it.

Starter, Growth and Pro plans include monthly AI credits, and company admins can buy more in Settings → AI Usage

AI features such as the AI assistant now use AI credits. Starter includes 15,000 credits a month, Growth 30,000 and Pro 50,000, and the included credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). A new AI credits card in Settings → AI Usage, also shown in Settings → Subscription, shows this month's included, used, purchased and remaining credits. A company admin can buy packs of 1,000, 5,000 or 25,000 credits, paid once through a secure Stripe checkout, at $10 per 1,000 credits on Starter, $9 on Growth and $8 on Pro, plus tax where it applies; where buying online isn't available, the card says to contact RushHour once the credits run low. Purchased credits are used after the month's included credits and never expire. If a pack's payment is refunded or disputed, the credits that the returned amount paid for are removed automatically, but never more than the purchased credits you still have, so credits already used are not taken back. If the refund fails or is canceled, or the dispute ends in RushHour's favour, those credits are returned, and company admins see each change under Recent purchases on the AI credits card. When the credits run out, AI features, including voice transcription, pause until the included credits reset or more are bought, and the AI assistant says why. Settings → Subscription also lists each plan's monthly AI credits and its price for extra credits. AI requests paid with your company's own AI provider key (Bring Your Own Key) use no credits, and a company without a plan, or on a plan without AI credits, has no AI credit limit unless RushHour sets one.

Starter, Growth and Pro can now be bought online on rushhourapp.com/pricing, and every plan except Enterprise starts with a 30-day free trial. Starter is $299 a month or $2,699 a year, Growth $599 or $5,399 and Pro $999 or $8,999, plus sales tax or VAT where it applies, calculated at checkout, and each plan includes monthly AI credits: 15,000, 30,000 or 50,000. You enter a card at checkout, but your plan is not charged during the trial; when it ends, the card is charged for your plan, monthly or yearly as you chose. A company admin can cancel any time before the trial ends under Settings → Subscription → Manage billing, and then you pay nothing. The one-time onboarding fee ($299, $599 or $999) is not charged to the card: RushHour invoices it separately after the trial. Checkout runs on Stripe, which sells the plans as the merchant of record through its Link service, so your receipts come from Link. After checkout you finish creating your RushHour account at app.rushhourapp.com with the same email, and your company is active straight away; new companies now sign up this way. Enterprise stays with our sales team. If a subscription bought online later ends unpaid or is canceled (a trial canceled early counts once the trial is over), your office staff can no longer create new quotes and orders; everything else keeps working, including existing quotes and orders. A company admin turns it back on under Settings → Subscription: pay the open invoice in Manage billing, or restart the subscription (charged straight away, with no new trial). Above 1, you can create a sub-order for each extra truck, up to 25 per save, with the same stops, items, charges and price, or continue with one truck; the split is offered only when the Full Load is the order's only pickup item. Quantity of Items stays as you enter it, a Full Load is priced as one truckload whatever its item count, and in the Old UI a Full Load pickup has an Edit Item button. In the order's item editor, and in the Old UI also while confirming a stop, the [+] next to Quantity of Trucks is disabled on a Full Load item that is already saved, though you can still type a number; to keep the [+], turn on Allow [+] on Quantity of trucks for saved Full Load items under Settings → Profile → Order Info → Production behaviour options. When a customer changes the Quantity of Trucks of a Full Load in the Customer Portal, the quote stays one quote with that number of trucks, unless you turn on Split a customer's Full Load into one quote per truck in the same place; the Customer Portal then asks the customer whether to create one quote per truck or keep 1 truck.

Invoice fees show Qty and Item Cost with Fee Cost calculated from them, and quantities can include a fraction

In the invoice preview and editor, each fee now has Qty and Item Cost columns before Fee Cost. You can still type a Fee Cost directly, and in the items table Qty now sits next to Item Cost. A fee's Qty can include a fraction, to two decimals: a fee of 2.5 units, or 1.5 hours of waiting time, is billed and printed as 2.5 or 1.5, and QuickBooks receives the same quantity. An item's Qty can include a fraction too, for example 1.5 hours. The line's total is then rounded to the cent: 1.5 at $6.67 each is billed as $10.01, and the invoice editor and preview, the invoice total and balance, invoice PDFs and QuickBooks all use that rounded amount. Items with a whole-number Qty are billed exactly as before.

In the Copy to Driver window you can now highlight part of a stop's details, such as a phone number or address, and still drag the cards to reorder them. On an order, Copy to Driver in the actions menu and in a stop's menu now appears only while a driver is assigned and there is a stop not yet completed, and completed stops are left out of the window. To keep Copy to Driver in a completed stop's own menu, with that stop's details, turn on Allow Copy to Driver on completed stops under Settings → Profile → Order Info → Production behaviour options; the order's actions menu works the same either way.

A more compact header and filter row on the Old UI Orders and Quotes lists

The Old UI Orders and Quotes lists have a more compact header and filter row, each sized to fit one line on a typical laptop screen. New Air/Port Order or Quote now opens from the arrow beside New Order or New Quote.

Late stops are optimized and listed together with today's stops

Reroute, including Optimize with AI, now orders open stops from days that have already passed together with today's stops, instead of oldest day first, and stops planned for later days still come after today's. On the Dispatch board those late stops are listed with today's: in the Old UI the heading reads Today + late stops and each late stop shows the day it was planned for in red, and in the New UI each card still shows its own date, with a divider marking where a later day begins. Optimizing or reordering doesn't change their dates; use Edit Date to reschedule one. Today means your own day, in your computer's time zone.

In Accounting, the Send QB tooltip now also says how your company sends invoices to QuickBooks, as set under Send to QuickBooks in Settings → Billing: in Manual mode an invoice is sent right after the click, and in Automatic mode invoices are sent on their own. In Automatic mode the button looks inactive but still works: clicking it asks Send now anyway? with the number of selected invoices, and nothing is sent unless you choose Proceed. A warning when one driver gets an order's stops in two countries

When you assign stops of an international order on the Dispatch board and the driver now has stops of that order in more than one country, on this route or another of their routes, a "One driver, more than one country" message names the driver, the order and the countries. The assignment is saved as usual: one driver may cross the border, and the message is a reminder to check that they can. This works in the New UI and the Old UI.

Selecting a route on the Dispatch board zooms the map to where the route starts

When you select a route on the Dispatch board, the map now frames it the same way in the New UI and the Old UI. A route with only pickups or only deliveries is centred on its first stop. A route with both is fitted around its first pickup and the next three stops when they are close together, or centred on the first pickup when they are spread over more than about 30 miles. Before, the New UI always fitted the whole route, and the Old UI did so unless its stops spread over more than about 30 miles. Once you zoom in, nearby stops of a selected route or order show as separate numbered pins instead of one cluster dot, while stops at the same location still share one counted dot.

On pages without a list it opens Global Search. You can also type several words, such as a driver's name and a truck's name on the Dispatch board: the Dispatch board, Orders, Quotes, Customers, Drivers, Fleet, Locations, Zones, Outsource, and Accounting's customer list and its invoices and payments list then also show what matches every word, in any order and across different fields.

Unassign on the Dispatch board, which refreshes all routes, or on the order screen; deleting warns first. A transfer a driver has started is kept, and deleting tells you to finish or remove it on the board. To keep the transfer when you unassign one stop while the order's other stop is still assigned, as before, turn on Keep the transfer while the order's other stop is still assigned under Settings → Profile → Order Info → Production behaviour options; it is then removed when the last of those stops is unassigned, and deleting a delivery still removes it.

Searching by the text the address picker shows finds the saved address again

On an order's pickup and delivery stops, the Address picker lists saved addresses in a shortened form, such as 7513 147Th St, Queens, NY for a saved 75-13 147th St, and keeps that text in the box after you pick one. Searching with that text, or editing it, now finds the saved address, and so does typing the street without its punctuation, such as 7513 147th. Before, a dash or other punctuation in the saved street meant no saved address matched, and only map suggestions came back, which could point to unrelated places. When the box holds exactly the text of a saved address, as it does after you pick one, the picker shows that saved address without adding map suggestions; after you edit the text, map suggestions can still appear alongside it.

Saving an edited invoice always saves it or shows what to fix

In Accounting, Save, Save and Send and Save & Close on an invoice you are editing, for example after Add Fee, now always save it or point you to what needs fixing: invalid lines open for editing, and other invalid fields are highlighted with a message asking you to check them. Before, Save could do nothing at all, for example right after you corrected a value.

Settings → Billing shows the invoice settings that are actually saved

Settings → Billing now loads your company's billing settings from the server each time you open it, so Create Invoices and the page's other settings show what is actually saved, even if they were changed in another tab or by another user since you opened the Portal. Before, the page could still show the values from when you opened the Portal, for example Manual while invoices were in fact being created automatically. Changes you have already started on the page are not overwritten.

The Assign Driver panel keeps its page numbers in view and estimates a distance for drivers without a recent location

In an order's Assign Driver panel, in the New UI and the Old UI, the list of drivers now scrolls inside the panel and its page numbers stay pinned below it, so you can always reach the next page of drivers. Before, the rows above the list could push the page numbers below the bottom of the panel. Drivers without a recent GPS location now show an estimated distance, marked with "~" and a tooltip naming its source: the driver's last completed stop or, for users allowed to view driver details, the driver's home address. How many days back the driver's last known app location counts is a new setting, Settings → Driver App → Preferences → Last known location window (days), 30 days by default as before. The distance is measured to the stop that still needs a driver, using that stop's saved coordinates for companies that look up coordinates when an address is saved. While driver GPS history pruning is on, that window cannot be longer than the GPS retention period (and never more than 365 days), and Assign Driver uses no GPS location older than the retention. Lowering the retention under Settings → Profile → Driver data retention lowers the window too, and a message says so.

The AI assistant tells you when a route's toll costs can't be calculated

For companies connected to Trimble Maps, the AI assistant can look up truck tolls along a route. When no toll provider is connected for your company, it now says toll costs can't be calculated and that an administrator can connect one under Settings → Integrations, instead of reporting $0 in tolls. TollGuru is available there.

Clean all data and Clear All no longer show an address error before you type

After Clean all data in a pickup or delivery address window, or Clear All on a New UI order stop, the emptied Address field no longer shows its required-field warning before you have entered anything; the checks still run when you edit or save. In the pickup window, Save, Save and add item and Add items later on an incomplete stop now point out the missing fields, as the delivery window already did, instead of doing nothing.

Saving a customer's Company information, or editing the customer's address from an Old UI order, no longer fails with an address error when another of the customer's locations already has the same title as its main location, for example a location named after the customer. Giving a location a title the customer already uses is still refused.

Confirm & Create Delivery offers the items left to deliver and asks which driver takes them

When you confirm an order's last stop with items left over and choose Confirm & Create Delivery, the Add Items to Delivery window now offers the items still to deliver. Before, the quantities you had just lowered were not counted yet, so the window showed nothing left to add and its Add All button read All Added. After you add items, you are asked "Assign to the same driver?": Yes gives the new delivery to the driver who has those items, as before, and No leaves it in Unassigned. While that new delivery has items to deliver, confirming the stop no longer closes the order. This works in the New UI and the Old UI.

The Dispatch board no longer shows the same route cards twice

Scrolling down the Dispatch board while it was reloading its routes could add the next page of routes to the old list, so a block of route cards appeared twice. For companies that use miles, the distance from the driver to the selected stop on the Dispatch board showed every digit, for example "Driver is 12.394349587425422 mi away". It now shows two decimals, "Driver is 12.39 mi away". Route mileage on route cards already had two decimals and looks the same as before, and kilometers are unchanged. This applies to the New UI and the Old UI.

Starting a shift in the Telegram bot no longer changes the driver of finished routes

When a driver starts a shift in the Telegram bot and picks a truck, completed and archived routes now keep their driver. Before, starting a shift took that driver off their own finished routes and put them on every finished route of the chosen truck, so a finished route could show no driver or the wrong one. Open routes still move to the driver who starts the shift, as before. Also, a driver who has no route can now send the truck photos when ending a shift; before, the bot refused each photo and asked for a picture taken on the device.

Bills of lading printed from the Company Portal now print at 100% scale, with a typical one on a single Letter or A4 page, so there is no need to scale them down by hand, and pallet labels print at their true 4 × 6 in size, the same as the label PDF. Printed documents keep their background shading (for example the proof-of-delivery section headers and highlighted BOL items) even when the browser's Background graphics option is off. Invoices printed in the classic layout now use a plain Arial 12 px font on a white background.

An order with no saved route, for example one created through the API, now opens for assignment, for example in its Assign Driver panel, instead of failing with "The system cannot find route directions for the provided order stop address." The route is looked up once and saved with the order, and the order's price is not changed. If no route can be found for the addresses, the same error is shown, and the lookup is tried again after a few hours or as soon as an address is corrected.

Map providers, Customer Portal self-service and QuickBooks

Companies can now connect their own HERE, Mapbox, Radar or Trimble Maps account for maps, address search and routing. Dispatchers get driver instructions for individual stops, a driver History tab and faster loading for large routes. Billing teams can add waiting time straight from an invoice and send a single payment to QuickBooks, and QuickBooks exports now wait until the linked invoices are approved. Customers can cancel approved orders and invite colleagues to the Customer Portal, stop instructions now travel with the details sent to drivers, and Hours of Service is more reliable. Data access in the Customer Portal and driver app is also tighter.

Connect Trimble Maps, and use your map vendor for more lookups

Connect your Trimble Maps account under Settings → Integrations, with separate switches for address search and directions; Trimble is not used to draw the map itself. If you connect Radar, HERE, Mapbox or Trimble Maps with address search turned on, that vendor also turns coordinates into an address, finds nearby fuel stops and amenities, and handles the AI assistant's address and place lookups. The pricing-zone editor now uses the map provider your company has selected.

The billing customer is ticked by default, and Create New now also works on invoices that have no billing customer yet.

Paste map links from more map apps into customer addresses

The Map Link field on a customer address now reads the location from OpenStreetMap, HERE WeGo, Bing Maps, Apple Maps and Waze links that include coordinates, as well as from Google Maps links. Shortened HERE WeGo links to a dropped pin now work alongside shortened Google Maps links, and applying the link fills in the address from that spot. The field is now labelled "Map Link" instead of "Google Map Link", with matching Hebrew wording.

In the new accounting view, invoice and order numbers sit inside their coloured labels.

QuickBooks payments now wait until every linked invoice is ready

For companies connected to QuickBooks Online: a payment is sent to QuickBooks only once every invoice it is applied to is ready for QuickBooks and already in QuickBooks. While it waits, the invoice audit log records the hold and lists the invoices it is waiting on; once they are ready, the payment is sent automatically in the background. A payment already in QuickBooks is updated there, not added a second time.

Integration Test connection now stops after about 20 seconds

Test connection for map and routing integrations in Settings > Integrations (Valhalla, VROOM, Radar, HERE, Mapbox and Trimble Maps) now stops waiting after about 20 seconds. Driver distances show for more drivers when assigning an order

When assigning a driver to an order, the distance next to a driver was often missing: unless the truck had a live position from a connected fleet-tracking integration, the distance could only use a location the driver app had reported in the past 24 hours. It now uses the driver's last location reported through the driver app in the past 30 days, so more drivers show a distance. This is a straight-line distance from the last known location, which may not be where the driver is right now.

The app shows no shift in progress for as long as that rest continues.

Opening a customer, driver, outsource company, order or quote (from the list, a bookmark or a shared link) now retries once when the first request fails for a temporary reason, such as a dropped connection or a brief server error. Previously that one failure could leave the record blank, or close it and remove it from the address bar. A record that doesn't exist or that you can't access is not retried.

The classic order view also keeps the truck type and pallet size you pick instead of clearing them when you save.

On the new dispatch board, the Search Driver box now shows the term the routes are filtered by when you open the board from a saved or shared link, an order's View in Dispatch button, or a route picked in global search. Previously the box could stay blank while the list was filtered, so the board looked unfiltered. Typing in the box works as before.
