Report an issue from the app with photos, and edit it while it is still open

Drivers can report an issue by picking a category and urgency, describing it and attaching photos; the truck, route and current location are filled in for them. While a report is still Submitted, the driver can open it again, change it and save it with Update Issue. The issue list and details refresh when the driver comes back to them.

Collect cash on delivery, photograph damage and rate each location

Pickup and delivery details show a liftgate badge and any freight payment to collect on delivery, with a Collect payment button that records the payment and a photo of its front and back. Drivers can photograph damage from the stop and rate the location when they finish, and a failed pickup or delivery attempt now records the arrival and departure times. Amount and quantity fields use a number keypad and stay above the keyboard.

A delivery on hold cannot be completed, and its address stays hidden

When the office puts a delivery on hold, the driver still sees the stop marked ON HOLD, but the app will not confirm it, shows Address hidden - on hold instead of the address, and offers no map pin or navigation for it. Arrival prompts skip it too. Pickups are never put on hold.

Pallets and Pallets+ counted separately, with details for each pallet

Full-load Pallets and Pallets+ (pallets holding boxes, bags or other contents that get scanned) are now separate load types. Each pallet can carry its own product category, traits such as Fragile or Perishable, handling instructions, size and material. The order's load types appear as expandable cards, and Add More opens a picker with quantity steppers to add a type or change a count.

Scan history grouped by load type, with progress for each type

Scan history groups scanned items under Pallets, Boxes and Bags with a progress bar for each, and ends with Confirm Incomplete and Report Missing Items. While scanning, every load type on the stop shows as a section you can open to see each item's status and the scanned and missing counts. Scanning also recovers better when the connection drops.

Redesigned stop list and stop screens, and messages with the office

The stop list groups stops by route in sections you can open and close, with each route's pickup and delivery counts, and a Payment due badge marks stops where payment is collected. Pickup Details and Delivery Details share one layout, and on blind stops the driver sees the name meant for the driver instead of the real customer's name. Messages open the driver's own conversation with the office, with clearer chat bubbles.

Dark mode fixes, full-screen pages and a refreshed dashboard

Text that showed dark on dark now follows the theme on the pickup, delivery, map, pallet, scanning, chat, settings and other screens. Settings, profile, inspections, trainings, notifications, issues and other secondary pages open full screen with a back button, while the bottom bar keeps the main tabs and no longer covers action buttons or gets cut off by Android gesture navigation. The dashboard was also refreshed.

Real data on order, profile and training screens

Screens that showed placeholder values now show real data: completed order details list the actual payment method and scanned documents, and order cards show payment status and amount with a call button. Trainings list your company's training materials, play their videos and remember which ones were finished, with suggested trainings next to violations. Personal and vehicle information open as read-only pages with an edit button, nearby amenities are sorted by real distance, and drivers choose start or end of shift when they start an inspection.

Fixes for the orders search, the map on Android and stop details

Typing in the orders search no longer lags, the map no longer stays on its loading screen when an Android phone cannot get a GPS fix right away, and a stop with missing details opens without an error.
